Abstract

This research is aimed at understanding and analysing the legal protection regarding the absence of product information labels on packaging. As legal protection for consumers is an important issue in the context of safeguarding consumer rights and interests, one frequently discussed aspect is the lack of product information labels on packaging. This disorderliness can pose various risks to consumers, such as difficulties in making informed purchasing decisions, financial loss, health, and safety concerns. This study adopts a Normative Juridical research approach. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, examining various regulations and laws that govern consumer protection and product labelling. The research findings indicate that consumers have the right to obtain accurate, clear, and complete information about the products they intend to purchase or consume. The absence of product labelling on packaging can result in consumers' inability to make informed decisions. Therefore, various regulations and laws have been established to mandate businesses to provide accurate and complete information on product packaging. This research concludes that legal protection for consumers concerning the absence of product information labels on packaging is highly significant. Continuous efforts are required to enhance business compliance, effective law enforcement, as well as consumer education and awareness regarding the importance of obtaining accurate information before purchasing products.

Abstract

The purpose of This research is to develop assessment instruments of critical thinking ability in mathematics learning in elementary school. This research using mixed methods research. The planning and preparation mechanisms for critical thinking ability assessment instruments in elementary mathematics learning in this study are adapted from the Borg and Gall models and the Dick, Carey and Carey models. Based on this model, the stages of the research: (1) Research and information gathering that includes preliminary study and needs analysis; (2) development of a draft that includes the planning and development of the initial form of the product; (3) product trials and revisions that include expert judgement, one to one evaluation, and field test; and (4) finalization and dissemination. The results showed that the assessment instruments of critical thinking ability in elementary school especially in mathematics learning have qualified aspects of materials, construction, and language. Thus, this critical thinking ability assessment instrument can be used as one of the instruments used in carrying out the assessment of mathematics learning in elementary school. The results of this study recommend that other assessment instruments be produced that can be used to assess other skills in mathematics learning in elementary school, such as creative thinking ability, systematic thinking ability, associative, evaluative, and others in order to help the pupil to fulfill their competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a performance assessment instrument as an alternative to measure critical thinking skills in elementary mathematics learning. This study describes the process of developing assessment instruments and rubrics used to measure critical thinking skills in grade IV elementary school mathematics learning. This research was conducted in elementary schools in DKI Jakarta. The development of performance appraisal instruments as an alternative to measuring critical thinking skills in elementary mathematics learning is research and development (Research and Development / R &D) using mixed methods research. The model used in this study is the  ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This research has just been carried out with the stages carried out in this study Analyze, Design, Development, and Implementation. Data collection using non-test techniques, namely interviews and product assessments. Data was analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques including expert judgment conducted by material experts (elementary mathematics learning), learning evaluation, and language. The calculation of validation results using Aiken's statistics  and instrument reliability is inter-rater reliability calculated using the Hoyt variance technique. VProduct feasibility alidation in terms of material, construction, and language aspects. The results of the analysis show that all instrument items are valid with a reliability coefficient of 0.98. The feasibility test results showed that the average feasibility of material aspects was 86.7%; construction aspect by 92%; and the language aspect of 90.7% with an overall average of 89.8%. These results show that the performance assessment instrument as an alternative to measuring critical thinking skills in grade IV elementary mathematics learning is categorized as very feasible. Thus, this instrument can be used in grade IV elementary mathematics learning.

Abstract

The judicial power system in the rule of law has a crucial role in upholding law and justice. The principles of the rule of law, especially the independence of the judiciary, are regulated in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 (UUD 1945). Article 24 of the 1945 Constitution stipulates that the judicial power must be independent from the influence of other powers, so that it can administer justice without executive interference. The Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court are institutions that exercise the highest judicial power in the Indonesian judicial system. This research was taken using the method of deductive logic. This method produces specific conclusions from statements of a general nature. The results of the analysis of the legal force of court decisions and the application of Constitutional Court Decisions are analyzed specifically from laws and regulations and other legal sources to formulate scientifically supported conclusions. Based on the analysis and description in the previous chapters, it can be concluded that court decisions that have acquired legal force still have binding and executory force. Bank DKI is obliged to implement and respect the court decision regarding the disbursement of PD Pasar Jaya's current account for compensation payments to Suhaemi Zakir. In addition, Bank DKI did not violate Article 49 paragraph (2) point b of the Banking Law but instead misinterpreted and applied the article. The Constitutional Court decision that invalidated the phrase "for banks" from Article 49 adds to legal certainty and legal expediency.

Abstract

This study aims to review the use of virtual reality in safety training through a meta-analysis approach. The choice of topics in this study was motivated by the lack of studies related to correlations that discuss Virtual Reality" and "safety amid the high use of Virtual Reality in various aspects. The method in this study follows the Preferred Reporting for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). PRISMA was created with the aim of helping to ensure clarity and transparency of reporting, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses. The meta-analysis conducted resulted in the discovery of a large-size effect on the relationship between Virtual Reality and Safety. Based on the analysis with Jamovi, the results of the heterogeneity study obtained a value of Q = 170.487, a value of I2 = 96.25%, and Tau2 = 0.3825 (with SE = 0.1937). In addition, the effect size value is 0.67 (RE Model), the Eggers Regression value is -2.104, and in the forest plot image, it is known that the data represented by black dots are located inside the white triangle and are around the triangle.
