The purpose of this study was (1) to find out the physics learning outcomes of students who were taught using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Makassar. (2) to find out the physics learning outcomes of students who are taught without using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Makassar. (3) to analyze the effectiveness of Teams Games Tournament type cooperative learning model application on the physics learning outcomes of students in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Makassar. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group design using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The descriptive research results obtained an average physics learning result in class XI IPA-6 which was taught using the Teams Games Tournament type cooperative learning model of 85.50 and was in the Very Good category, while the average student learning outcomes in class XI IPA-7 taught without using the Teams Games Tournament type cooperative learning model of 79.25 are in the Good category. Based on the results of inferential statistical analysis using hypothesis testing (Independent samples t-test) SPSS data processing obtained Sig = 0.000, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted because sig (2-tailet) < α or (0.000 < 0.05 ), thus it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in student physics learning outcomes between classes taught with the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model and classes taught without the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model.

A Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement (PPJB) is an obligatoir agreement that usually includes a power to sell clause. Under certain conditions, illegal acts may arise such as the seller disappearing after signing the deed as in the case of a civil case registered in the Karanganyar District court number 2 / Pdt.G / 2021 / PN Krg. The obligation to include an Electronic KTP in the transfer of rights raises problems with the paid PPJB and selling power made during the transition of self-identity from Non-Electronic KTP to Electronic KTP, namely in 2011 at which time the process of transferring rights at the National Land Agency (BPN) office was still received using a non-electronic KTP. This research method is juridical normative to determine the legal strength of paid off PPJB and the power to sell with a non-electronic ID card identity. The legal force of PPJB in full and the power to sell with a non-electronic ID card identity is valid and has binding legal consequences and must be implemented by the parties as ordered by law, if the PPJB is carried out and meets the requirements for the validity of the agreement as stipulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code, the fulfillment of the principles of the agreement and the elements of the agreement therein and does not violate the provisions, decency and decency and the laws in force at the time the deed was made. Apart from that, the legal force of proof attached to an authentic deed is perfect in the sense that the proof is sufficient with the deed itself unless there is evidence of an opponent who proves otherwise and the judge is bound by the deed itself as long as the deed made is in accordance with the provisions of the validity of a deed as stipulated in the UUJN and Civil Code.

The purpose found out the method of implementing the value of ecological awareness through the development of mobile multimedia modules for elementary school students using a daily project-based learning approach. This type of research was research and development (research and development). The development model for this multimedia module is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model from Lee & Owens. The results of the material validation showed that the overall average value of the validation is 3.6 in a very valid category. Media validation with an average value of 3.4 categories was valid. User response showed that an average number of 3.2 indicating a positive response. The test results on students showed the value of Sig. (2 tailed) was 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a difference in the average Pre-Test and Post Test, which meant there was a change that showed the effectiveness of implementing ecological awareness values through the development of mobile multimedia modules for elementary school students with a daily project-based learning approach. People with disabilities in Indonesia still experience difficulties in benefiting from the facilities at tourist attractions. The matter is not only related to tourist attractions but most of the supporting facilities for the implementation of tourism activities such as hotels, tour packages and adequate means of transportation are also difficult to find for persons with disabilities to support tourism activities. Motivated by these matters, there are two issues examined in the study: (1) how is the protection of persons with disabilities legally regulated in Indonesia? (2) How is the fulfillment of tourism rights for persons with disabilities in Indonesia implemented?. The method used in this study is empirical juridical research method. Data for the research were collected using field data collection technique and library data collection technique. The data were processed and analyzed qualitatively and presented in a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study are: first, the essence of protecting the right to carry out tourism activities, especially in the provision of tourism accessibility rights for persons with disabilities is a form of Indonesian state’s obligation to provide respect, protection and respect for human rights for all its citizens without discrimination in order to realize welfare for persons with disabilities. This proportion is regulated in Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities, Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism, and Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 42 of 2020 concerning Accessibility to Settlements, Public Services, and Protection from Disasters for Persons with Disabilities. Second, the fulfillment of tourism rights for persons with disabilities in Indonesia has not been implemented properly. These obstacles are caused by the absence of legal certainty guarantees regarding regulations on the minimum standards of accessibility rights for persons with disabilities. As a result, in practice, there are still many public facilities supporting tourism activities that are inaccessible to persons with disabilities. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to have mandatory minimum standards that must be met so that persons with disabilities can enjoy traveling activities safely and comfortably.

Juridical settlement of personnel disputes according to Law No. 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus is resolved through administrative remedies, consisting of administrative objections and appeals. Personnel dispute resolution is resolved through the State Administrative Court, while in Law No. 5 of 2014, personnel dispute resolution is resolved through administrative efforts consisting of administrative objections and appeals. Based on this, the legal protection provided by Law No. 5 of 2014 against the State Civil Apparatus in dispute reduces the procedural rights of the State Civil Apparatus, because it can no longer defend its rights to the judiciary. Law enforcement carried out by judges in examining and trying case No. 45/G/2020/PTUN-JKT., is in accordance with legal provisions as specified in the PTUN Law. Based on the examination before the court, it was revealed that the legal facts that the defendant had issued a decree on the object of dispute, namely the Decree of the Governor of DKI Jakarta No. 1616 of 2019 concerning the imposition of severe disciplinary punishment in the form of dishonorable dismissal of non-permanent employees on behalf of Susanto at Satpol. PP. not in accordance with the principle of presumption of innocence, the Defendant has also issued a decision on the object of dispute not in accordance with the basic regulations that authorize the Defendant so that in substance the decision of the object of dispute contains juridical reproach. One of the resolutions of disputes according to Islamic law is the courts (Al-qadha). Etymologically, Al-qadha means to decide to establish. While terminologically, Al-qadha is a judicial institution tasked with delivering binding legal decisions. The postulates about qadha' are quite numerous in QS. Al-Baqarah (2) verse 213.
