Abstract

The law is a collection of rules that must be obeyed by all people in a society with the threat of having to compensate for losses or get criminal if they violate or ignore these rules, so that an orderly and fair life in that society can be achieved. The conception that embodies that Indonesia is a state of law basically has joints that are universal, such as the recognition and protection of human rights, the legality of the actions of the state or government in the sense of a legally accountable state apparatus, and the guarantee of Free Justice. The type of writing used by the author is juridical normative (legal research) juridical normative research is carried out by examining various rules of law that have a formal nature, namely laws, regulations and literature that contain theoretical concepts that are then connected to the problems that the author will discuss in this dissertation research. Pretrial as part of the criminal justice system in force in Indonesia is an effort to combat crimes that are penal by using criminal law as the main means of material criminal law and formal criminal law. Pretrial as part of law enforcement, as stated by Barda Nawawi Arief that the problem of law enforcement, both in abstracto and in concreto is an actual problem that has recently received a sharp spotlight from the public. As is the case with the implementation of pretrial which is part of a principle of the rule of law which is that a rule of law has various criteria and elements.Based on the foregoing, the philosophical basis of the pre-trial arrangement in Indonesian criminal law is based on the existence of human rights, namely because Indonesia is a state of law based on Pancasila and recognizes human rights. The idea of a pretrial institution was born from inspiration derived from Habeas Corpus in the Anglo Saxon judiciary, which provided a fundamental guarantee to the human being of the right to independence.

Abstract

Children's education consciously guides and guides the condition of the soul, especially so that it can cultivate good morals and habits from the beginning of its growth and development, until it reaches puberty, so that a personality is formed in accordance with educational goals. In order to study the concept of children's education, it is necessary to study the thoughts of previous scholars, because it is undeniable that there have been many contributions made by previous scholars, especially in the world of education. Educational figures who are used as research objects are scholars of interpretation, hadith, ushuluddin, and Arabic, but not much research has been done on the concept of education. The concept of the figure's education is outlined in his books, but the world of education does not recognize him as an educational figure. Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah, with his characteristics and personality as a knowledgeable person, we will undoubtedly find some hints, views and instructions about education, in addition to his sincerity in discussing various other fields of knowledge. We certainly find advice about the concept of education in the books written by these figures. Therefore it is very interesting if it is discussed more deeply regarding the concept of children's education according to Ibn Qayyim Al-Jauziyyah. The type of research used in collecting data is library research, namely a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing research materials. There are three important aspects in the concept of children's education according to Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyyah, namely the goals of children's education, children's education materials, and educational methods. In terms of children's education goals, Ibn Qayyim al-Jauziyyah explained that the main goal of Islamic education is to grow and develop all of the child's potential, maintain nature, and protect it from deviations and realize the meaning of worship to Allah. In the aspect of children's education material, Ibnu Qayyim revealed that there are seven children's education materials namely Faith Education, Mental Education, Intellect Education, Moral Education, Social Education, Physical Education and Sex Education. In terms of educational methods, Ibn Qayyim explained several methods that can be used in children's education including the habituation method, the exemplary method, the advice method, and the punishment method.

Abstract

BSR-10 type biofuel pellet forming machine is widely used in renewable energy industry to produce high quality biofuel pellets. However, prolonged operation and heavy loads on these engines can cause their temperature to rise excessively and potentially damage the electric motors. To overcome this problem, this study aims to investigate the effect of using a Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) as a protection against overheating in a BSR-10 type biofuel pellet forming machine. This research involves measuring temperature and engine performance when operated with and without TOR. Motor temperature and engine ambient temperature are observed and recorded during normal operation and heavy load situations. In addition, engine performance in terms of rotational speed, energy consumption and pellet production were also evaluated with and without TOR. The results showed that the use of TOR significantly reduced the motor temperature in the BSR-10 type biofuel pellet forming machine. When given a heavy load, the engine that is protected by TOR shows a more stable and controlled temperature compared to the engine without TOR. In addition, TOR-equipped machines also show improvements in overall performance, including more stable rotational speeds, more efficient energy consumption and consistent pellet production. In conclusion, the use of Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) as protection against overheating in the BSR-10 type biofuel pellet forming machine is effective in controlling motor temperature, improving engine performance, and preventing damage caused by excess temperature. This research provides a better understanding of the use of TOR in the context of biofuel pelletizing machines and can provide useful guidance to the renewable energy industry in improving the operational efficiency and reliability of their machines..
