Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is a significant influence between lecturer competence from a student's point of view and learning motivation on student learning achievement in the Commerce Correspondence subject, Office Management Departement, STIE Indonesia Malang. The research data were collected using a questionnaire from 85 respondents, then analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression with the help of the SPSS version 25 computer application. The results showed that the variable student learning motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on student achievement as evidenced by a tcount of 4,572 or more greater than ttable (2.048) with a significant level of 0.000. The lecturer competency variable also partially shows a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement as evidenced by the tcount value of 3.358 which is greater than ttable (2.048) with a significant level of 0.002. Simultaneously, student learning motivation and lecturer competence have a positive and significant effect on student achievement as evidenced by the Fcount value of 16.319 greater than Ftable (3.30) with a significant level of 0.000.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Consumer Protection Study on the Mystery Box Sale and Purchase Agreement on the Shopee Marketplace viewed from Indonesian Law. This research is a normative legal research using secondary data sources through library research. The results of the study show that the Mystery Box Sale and Purchase Agreement in the Shopee marketplace violates the provisions of Article 1320 of the Civil Code regarding the element of "halal causes", and there are no specific rules regarding the protection of consumers who carry out electronic transactions, so that the rules regarding consumer protection are still referring to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. In this research, the case will be discussed in a comprehensive manner regarding the concept of a Mystery Box Sale and Purchase agreement and how to protect consumers regarding mystery box buying and selling transactions on the Shopee marketplace. This research is projected as a basis for studying in analyzing similar cases regarding Consumer Protection in Mystery Box Sale and Purchase Agreements on the Shopee Marketplace viewed from Indonesian Law Rules later in the future. The limitation of this research lies in the study using library data sources. In the future, it is hoped that similar research could use this research as a basic reference in conducting research that can obtain concrete data in the field. Thus, it can provide more factual outcomes according to the conditions that occur.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia is a State Institution as a product of the Third Amendment to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The Third Amendment stipulates that the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia must have been established on August 17, 2003.Article 24C paragraph (1) Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia year 1945 stipulates that The Constitutional Court has four powers and one obligation. First review: a .to review the law against the constitution, b. resolve disputes between state institutions whose authority is granted by the Constitution, c. dissolve a political party d. resolve disputes over election results. Meanwhile, one obligation of the Constitutional Court is to decide on the opinion of the DPR that the President is based on the opinion of the DPR regarding alleged violations of the law by the president and vice president according to the Constitution. But this research just discussed the first authority, namely to review the law to Basic Law. This research is a normative legal research using various legal norms as an analysis material. Conclusions are drawn using legal interpretation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of online physical learning at the Jombang District Public Middle School during the Covid-19 pandemic using the CIPP model (contect, input, process, and product). This research is a qualitative descriptive research using quantitative and qualitative approaches (mixed method). The population in the study were teachers of Physical Education at State Junior High Schools in Jombang Regency. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling as much as 25% of the total Physical Education teachers in Jombang Regency Junior High Schools. The research instruments used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative data were analyzed using percentage techniques, while qualitative data were performed through data presentation, reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of research on the implementation of Physical Education learning during the Covid-19 pandemic showed that (1) the results of the context evaluation related to the vision, mission, targets and goals on an ongoing basis obtained very good results, the average value of context = 4.49 from the maximum value 5.00, (2) input: equipment and facilities, new student recruitment system, funding, media, theoretical and practical teaching material modules, the assessment instruments used are very good, the average value of input = 4.39, (3) process: theoretical and practical teaching systems and methods, as well as the e-modules used are of very good quality, because the average value of process = 4.38, and (4) product: the value of theory, practice, and the level of physical fitness of students is very high good because the average value of product = 4.20. Thus it can be concluded that the evaluation of the implementation of online Physical Education learning at the Jombang District Public Middle School during the Covid-19 pandemic was very good.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the position of the buzzer who spreads hoaxes in the perspective of positive law. As well as knowing and analyzing criminal responsibility for spreading fake news by buzzers. This research is a type of normative research. So it can be seen that the threat of punishment that haunted the buzzers spreading hoaxes in the 2019 elections in the Criminal Code is regulated in several articles. The articles in question are Articles 137, 207, 208 paragraph 1, and Article 310 paragraphs 1 and 2. And for stakeholders who order such action from the buzzers, they are threatened with punishment as stipulated in Article 55 paragraph 1 and Article 56 paragraph 1 and 2.

Abstract

In 2020, Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation was introduced. From this Job Creation Act, a new agency was born, namely the Land Bank Agency, which is a special institution that manages land. Whereas previously there was a National Land Agency in charge of land affairs. With the existence of two institutions that regulate the same thing, it is feared that there will be overlapping powers. After the issuance of the Job Creation Act, in April 2021 the government issued a derivative rule Number 64 of 2021 concerning the Land Bank Agency. However, in November 2021 it turned out that the Constitutional Court issued Decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020. However, despite the issuance of Decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020, the president still issues presidential decrees, namely presidential regulation number 113 of 2021 concerning The Structure and Administration of The Land Bank. This is contrary to the previous decision of the constitutional court. The purpose of this study is to determine the indications of equal authority between the Land Bank Agency and the National Land Agency and how the existence of the Land Bank Agency after the Constitutional Court Decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 This research uses normative research or commonly referred to as library research. This research approach uses a law approach, a conceptual approach and a philosophical approach.Indications of the same authority between the Land Bank Agency and the National Land Agency are Land Procurement and Land Utilization Control, for the Land Bank Agency itself to obtain Management Rights so that the difference in the task area between the two institutions is visible. However, with the issuance of Presidential Decree Number 113 of 2021, it is a violation and the existence of the Land Bank Agency can be null and void by law.

based on Government Regulation Number 2 of 2003 concerning Disciplinary Regulations for Members of the Indonesian National Police. As well as knowing and analyzing the authority of the police in collecting debts. This research is a type of normative research. So that it can be seen that all police authority is based on Government Regulation Number 2 of 2003 concerning Disciplinary Regulations for Members of the Indonesian National Police. In addition, no one can ask the police to collect debts because it is against the Police Discipline Regulations. If in practice it is found that police act in this way, the aggrieved party can report the member of the police to the Professional and Security Division of the National Police.

Abstract

It has been two years since Indonesia and other countries globally went through an abrupt change due to the pandemic covid 19 in educational delivery experiencing online learning to blended learning. To respond to the shift, practitioners and researchers conducted several studies on the implementation and effectiveness of blended learning in many subject areas, especially in the EFL context. However, it is still obscure find out the study which leads to the direct effect of how blended learning can create a smart learning environment as well as spur selfindependent learning. To fill this void, therefore, this study aims at investigating how EFL teachers harness blended learning to create a smart learning environment and self-independent learning for students. To get the data, researchers employed a mix-method approach by using a survey with 18 items and ten items for an open structured questionnaire, then analyzed the data by using descriptive and thematic analysis. The findings of this study reported that EFL Teachers perceived well that in blended learning, not only does the technology used as the instrument deliver materials but it also can be used to accelerate English proficiency by providing a richexposure milieu, cosy interactions and meaningful tasks while learning. In addition, this study implies that EFL teachers should always be inclusive toward the rapid changing of technology and willing to adjust regardless of the learners' diversity and ensure the learning autonomy for learners.

Abstract

This study aims to produce interactive e-module products based on practical video tutorials of learning models for the History learning strategy course as an innovative learning resource, with innovations containing a collection of multimedia in the form of graphics, text, images, animations that are processed in such a way as to produce movement and movement. equipped with audio so that it seems alive, which is systematically arranged and stores learning messages that can be used to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning. The method used is the research and development method or Research & Development (R&D). To produce a product, test its feasibility, and its effectiveness in accordance with the development objectives. The research was conducted at the Department of History Education batch 2019. The developed interactive e-module has been validated and meets the criteria for good and appropriate learning media to be used in learning, by obtaining a validation value of 85% from material experts and 87.5% from media experts. While the feasibility of each trial ranged from 89.88% for small trials, 89.77% for medium trials, 83.67% for large trials and the effectiveness obtained a value of 81.04%.

Abstract

Learning media has a significant role in achieving learning objectives. Teachers must also select suitable learning media under learning objectives and student characteristics. This article aims to present the results of experiments using historical, educational games on learning outcomes. This study focuses on two learning media: educational games and animated videos. The form of research used is a quasi-experimental, with the research design used Nonequivalent Control Group Pretest Posttest Design. The research instrument used is a Learning outcome test instrument. The research procedure includes the pre-experimental testing stage, the experimental implementation stage, and the post-experiment testing stage. Eighty-two students in two classes, experimental activities were carried out. One class uses educational game media, the experimental class, and one learns using animated video media, called the control class. The experiment carries out in three stages: the preexperimental testing stage, the implementation of the experiment, and the post-experimental testing—data analysis using the U Mann Whitney test. The results showed increased student learning outcomes after using historical, educational game media, and historical animation video media. The data also show that differences in learning outcomes between students who use educational game media and animation videos in learning using historical educational games have an effect of 27.34% on improving student learning outcomes in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 3 Medan.
