Abstract

The integrative curriculum in Catholic schools has different characteristics from the curriculum in general. In the education system, more specifically in educational institutions (schools), ideally teachers have the required competencies in order to carry out their duties and functions properly and responsibly. Challenges in the implementation of the Integrative Curriculum pose various challenges for teachers, such as the incorporation of Catholic values with general subject matter, the use of appropriate learning methods, and comprehensive evaluation. This research will review several literature studies as a reference for researchers in designing interactive curriculum implementation in Catholic schools to improve teacher competence. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The SLR method is used to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research with the topic area of the phenomenon of interest, with specific relevant research questions. The results of the study concluded that developing a training design is an important step to improve teacher competence in implementing an integrative curriculum. The improved competencies include an understanding of Catholic teachings, skills to integrate these values in learning, and the ability to use relevant learning methods

Abstract

The use of microlearning can help students to focus more on the learning process. Thus, this article aims to analyze various studies related to microlearning in educational institution from 2019 to 2023. The method used in this research is literature review. The literature review method is used identify and interpret microlearning research available in educational settings. The focus is to analyze how microlearning is developed and implemented in educational institutional. The results of this study indicate that the use of the development model does not determine the success of the microlearning product developed and the success of the learning process and improving student achievement is not solely influenced by microlearning, but also influenced by factor outside microlearning. Likewise, the duration of microlearning implementation can be adjusted to the learning objectives to be achieved.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop artificial learning media to facilitate active learning to improve student learning outcomes in gas chromatography material separation chemistry, determining the suitability of website media as assessed by material expert validators, learning experts, and design experts, as well as describing the effectiveness of this media in improving student learning outcomes on the concept of gas chromatography. This Research and Development uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Test the product conducted in small groups consisting of 27 students from two classes. Expert material, prayer a learning expert, two design experts, and pre-test and post-test results were used collect data, which is then explained and described. Validators stated that website media was suitable for use in the learning process with an average score of: 93.5%, 95.3%, and 97.2% with very feasible criteria and media created by this website has been effective in improving student learning outcomes and can be used in learning process. The average pre-test score is 70.65/150 while the average post-test score is 124.25/150 obtained. with a standard error of 0%, and effectiveness reaching 90% using Shapiro Wilk data processing in SPSS 16

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether or not there are differences in the value of collaboration skills and student learning outcomes taught using various learning models and student learning activities with the help of Macromedia Flash media on chemical bonding material, as well as to see the interaction between learning models and student learning activities on collaboration skills and student learning outcomes. Experimental class I (X-6) applied the Discovery Learning model and experimental class II (X-10) applied the Guided Inquiry model. The instrument used is a test instrument, a non-test instrument. Hypothesis testing was carried out using two-way ANOVA with multivariate General Linear Model (GLM). The research results obtained a price of sig. 0.000 for collaboration skill value and sig price. 0.001 for learning outcomes. Price sig. < ???? (0.05) so there is a significant difference in the average value of collaboration skills and student learning outcomes with various learning models. Obtained sig value. 0.000 on collaboration skills and learning outcomes. Sig price value. < ???? (0.05) so there is a significant difference in the average value of collaboration skills and student learning outcomes with various learning activities. The interaction between the learning model and learning activities obtained a sig value. 0.045 for collaboration skills and sig. 0.014 for learning outcomes. From the two sig values. < ???? (0.05) so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, there is an interaction between the learning model and student learning activities on the value of collaboration skills and student learning outcomes in the Chemical Bond material.

Abstract

The existence of realtime, fast and accurate information is very important for human survival. Website-based information systems provide accessibility for consumers to access information without time limitations and interactivity provided by producers to consumers by offering various interactive features as a form of online consultation. The purpose of this research is to implement a website for sales and repairs using the Laravel Framework at Vespa Clinic Kotabumi (Vecko) and to facilitate management and bookkeeping that is fully recorded on the Web. The method used is Waterfall development with the application of blackbox testing methods and Mean Opinion Score. Researchers made the Vespa Clinic Kotabumi Workshop as the object of research. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews and observations. In this case, the creation of information systems is expected to increase income with faster and more efficient business processes and expand the reach of information. The results of the research are a form of implementation of the Laravel Framework in the sales and repair system at the Kotabumi vespa workshop equipped with attractive features for admin and customers consisting of reservation, product page, and confirmation. In this research, the Laravel Framework has succeeded in maximizing the development of the sales website. The sales system becomes more efficient and greatly helps transactions between sellers and buyers. The use of Laravel framework on this system has helped and facilitated the development of the system in this study

Abstract

This study aims to describe elementary school teachers' perceptions of ICT-assisted reading skills teaching strategies. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through semi-structured interviews and classroom observations. This research uses a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach was chosen because this research aims to understand and describe teachers' perceptions of reading skills teaching strategies in depth and contextually. The research results show that teachers have a positive perception of the importance of teaching reading skills. Teachers use various strategies for teaching reading skills, such as extensive reading, intensive reading, and metacognitive strategies. However, teachers still face several challenges in implementing reading skills teaching strategies, such as limited time, lack of learning resources, and differences in student abilities.

Abstract

Current learning is not only in the form of theory but also, in direct practice to provide students with experience that can provide them with skills in the world of work.  Problem-solving as applied to work environment also needs to be accompanied by person and team creativity. This research aims to improve the problem-solving and creativity of multimedia engineering students in videography material. The students involved in this research were class A computer education students, FKIP, Universitas Mulawarman. This type of research is classroom action research carried out over 2 cycles. The result obtained increased using case method in cycle I with an average value 78.74 to 84.24 in cycle II. Project with creativity also experienced a slight increase in the average score from 83.89 in cycle I to 84.76 in cycle II. Student responses to multimedia engineering learning using the project-based case method are positive and provide real contributions.

Abstract

The occurrence of anxiety in public speaking can occur anywhere and to anyone. The problem that often arises at this time, the tendency of a person will experience anxiety when talking about something in a crowd that is influenced by the person himself. The current problem in schools in Bandar Lampung, a student will tend to feel depressed if the teacher asks him to perform in front of the class, the student will feel threatened if he gets a question directed at him. For this reason, this research seeks to explain group guidance techniques to reduce public speaking anxiety in literature. This research uses the SLR Method used to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research with the topic area of the phenomenon of interest. The results showed that group guidance techniques are effective in reducing public speaking anxiety. Through this technique, individuals can identify the causes of their anxiety, learn coping strategies, and gain support from group members. This can increase confidence in public speaking and reduce anxiety symptoms. Thus, the Group Guidance Technique can be an effective approach in helping individuals overcome public speaking anxiety.
