Jurnal Aksi Afirmasi merupakan jurnal pengabdian kemasyarakatan yang menerbitkan artikel dan penelitian hasil diseminasi yang fokus pada pemberdayaan masyarakat, pengembangan komunitas lokal, kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh pelajar, pemberdayaan terhadap masyarakat perbatasan dan masyarakat adat, pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembangan pendidikan nonformal untuk masyarakat, kegiatan dalam aspek ekonomi, politik, sosial, budaya, dan agama yang yang sifatnya pemberdayaan berkelanjutan (sustainability empowerment). serta produk dan design teknologi untuk pengembangan komunitas. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pemberdayaan dapat menggunakan pendekatan PAR (Participatory Action Research), ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), CBR (Community-Based Research), pembelajaran yang sifatnya pengembangan (Service Learning and Community Development) atau metodologi pendekatan lainnya.

Abstract

Understanding fiqh law and Qur'an education is a very important education to be taught. Fiqh punishes obligatory 'ain for everyone to study the Qur'an. Understanding the jurisprudence and education of the Qur'an is also prioritized to be taught when a human being is still in childhood. In Ponorogo itself, there are many Qur'an Education established by the Government and the private sector. Of the many existing Qur'an Educational Institutions, there are various methods applied in teaching the Qur'an to students, such as the Ummi, Ottoman and even classical methods. The success of each method used certainly depends on various factors. Meanwhile, the understanding of fiqh law can be inserted in the study of the Qur'an. In order to realize success in providing understanding and education of the Qur'an, Academicians of the Riyadlotul Mujahidin Ngabar Ponorogo Islamic Religious Institute (IAIRM Ngabar) and several students who were divided into several groups then assisted in understanding fiqh law and learning the Qur'an at TPQ Roudlotul Jannah which was located in Carangejo Village, Sampung District, Ponorogo Regency. The assistance carried out was carried out by introducing fiqh law and Ottoman methods and began by analyzing what factors were obstacles in learning fiqh law and the Qur'an in the village. The results of the mentoring have a positive impact with the increasing enthusiasm of students in learning fiqh law and Qur'anic.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan petani di Kabupaten Sumbawa dan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan keuangan mereka. Petani menghadapi masalah utama dengan literasi keuangan, yang berdampak pada pengelolaan pendapatan yang kurang efektif dan ketergantungan tinggi pada utang. Kursus dasar manajemen keuangan, perencanaan anggaran, pengelolaan utang, dan investasi sederhana akan dibahas dalam program pelatihan. Desain pre-test dan post-test digunakan dalam penelitian untuk mengukur efektivitas pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petani tahu lebih banyak tentang keuangan. Sebanyak 85% peserta melaporkan telah meningkatkan pemahaman mereka tentang perencanaan keuangan dan pengelolaan kas. Mereka juga mengatakan bahwa mereka telah mulai membuat anggaran tertulis dan mencatat pendapatan dan pengeluaran mereka. Pelatihan ini juga membantu petani: 65% peserta mengatakan mereka lebih mampu mengelola pendapatan mereka dan mengurangi ketergantungan mereka pada utang. Studi ini menemukan bahwa petani lebih mampu mengelola keuangan mereka lebih baik dengan pelatihan literasi keuangan; namun, diperlukan pendampingan tambahan untuk memastikan strategi keuangan yang dipelajari diterapkan dengan benar. Dengan peningkatan pengetahuan keuangan, kesejahteraan petani diharapkan dapat terus meningkat secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

The Bina Sukses Akhlak Mulia (BISAMU) program at SMK Darul Ulum Purwodadi aims to develop students with religious and pious character. This program involves activities such as dhuha prayer, dhuhur prayer in congregation, reading the Qur'an, and religious social activities. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the BISAMU program in instilling religious values in students. The method used is Habitual Guidance (HG), which involves habit identification, planning, mentoring and monitoring, adjustment and evaluation, and positive reinforcement. The results show a significant increase in religious knowledge and positive changes in students' behavior. This program has proven to be effective in creating a more religious and morally upright generation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meninvestigasi apakah budidaya jamur tiram dapat meningkatkan perekonomian di desa Bambang. Tujuannya adalah untuk menilai dampak budidaya jamur tiram terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi dan sosial, yang bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bagaimana inisiatif di bidang pertanian ini dapat meningkatkan mata pencaharian penduduk desa, memberikan pendapatan yang stabil, dan mengatasi tantangan sosial dengan menciptakan komunitas yang saling mendukung. Penelitian ini berfokus pada peningkatan stabilitas ekonomi dan hubungan sosial. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini mencakup dua tahap utama: pelatihan budidaya jamur tiram dan pembentukan Kelompok Wanita Tani. Tahap pertama adalah pelatihan selama dua hari dengan mendatangkan seorang ahli, dengan fokus pada teknik budidaya. Tahap kedua membentuk Kelompok Wanita Tani, untuk mendorong pemberdayaan ekonomi dan keterampilan yang berkelanjutan dengan dukungan kelompok petani hutan sebagai sumber daya informasi dan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil melatih 25 warga desa dalam budidaya jamur tiram, menghasilkan pendapatan dan meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi. Pembentukan Kelompok Tani Wanita semakin memberdayakan perempuan dan mendorong kemandirian di bidang pertanian. Inisiatif-inisiatif ini meningkatkan pengetahuan dan mata pencaharian masyarakat. Rencana yang akan datang mencakup dukungan berkelanjutan untuk budidaya dan pemasaran, di samping pengembangan Kelompok Wanita Tani yang berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Program-program pengabdian masyarakat di desa Bambang secara efektif mengatasi masalah-masalah seperti rendahnya pendapatan, putus sekolah, dan tantangan moral. Hal ini memberikan penghasilan yang dapat diandalkan, meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial, dan memberdayakan perempuan melalui kelompok tani. Potensi pendapatan yang berkelanjutan merevitalisasi moral masyarakat dan bertujuan untuk memperkuat produktivitas, pemasaran, dan pengembangan koperasi untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Pelatihan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka berbantuan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) membawa inovasi ke dalam dunia pendidikan dasar dengan memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam konteks pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada guru SMP/MTs di Kalipare terkait pemanfaatan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran. Tahapan pengabdian dilakukan mulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pendampingan, pelaporan dan tahap refleksi dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian diperoleh bahwa penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran pada kurikulum merdeka berbantuan teknologi AI untuk guru-guru SMP/MTs di Kalipare dapat membantu para guru dalam menyelesaikan berbagai tugas perangkat pembelajaran dan tugas-tugas guru yang lain. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas-kelas SMP. Para guru bukan hanya menjadi pengguna teknologi AI, tetapi juga pencipta dan perancang pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif, inovatif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Para guru-guru SMP/MTs di Kalipare dapat terus mengembangkan dan mengeksplor pengetahuannya tentang pemanfaatan teknologi AI dalam penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, karena penggunaan AI pada era saat ini tidak dapat dihindari lagi, sehingga para guru harus mengikuti.

Abstract

This community service program focuses on assisting teachers at TPQ Al Ikhlas in Sidorejo Village, Pagelaran District, Malang Regency, in creating creative learning media in the Indonesian language for children. The goal of this initiative is to enhance the teaching process by providing teachers with practical skills to design engaging and interactive educational tools. These tools include posters, flashcards, and simple digital media that are tailored to improve children’s understanding of both religious and general knowledge. The program consists of workshops and direct mentoring to help teachers develop creative materials that can stimulate the children's interest in learning. Teachers are trained to integrate these materials into their daily lessons, making learning more enjoyable, dynamic, and effective. Through this project, teachers not only enhance their creativity but also improve their ability to engage children in a fun and meaningful way. The expected outcome is an improvement in the quality of education at TPQ Al Ikhlas, contributing to a more effective learning environment for children. This program aims to have a lasting positive impact by empowering teachers and enriching the learning experience, ultimately benefiting the cognitive and academic development of the children.

Abstract

SMK Modern Al-Rifa’ie telah memiliki produk unggulan barang dan jasa sesuai dengan program keahlian, namun selama ini beberapa siswa masih kesulitan dalam membuat video produk. Oleh karena itu dilakukan pengabdian pelatihan pembuatan video produk dengan tujuan dapat meningkatkan pemasaran digital dari produk yang telah dihasilkan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian melalui beberapa tahapan, diantaranya adalah tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pengabdian ini dilakukan 2 hari dengan 2 sesi di tiap harinya. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dari pengabdian ini siswa menyambut baik pelatihan ini dan bersemangat mempelajari hal-hal baru. Dengan Kemampuan siswa dalam penyusunan video produk ini dapat terus dikembangkan sehingga bisa meningkatkan pemasaran produk unggulan dari masing-masing program keahlian di SMK Modern Al-Rifaie.

Abstract

English proficiency at MTs Nadlatut Thalibin, an Islamic boarding school in Tegalwatu Village, Probolinggo Regency, faces significant challenges due to limited exposure and practical use of English in students' daily lives. Conventional teaching methods and the lack of engaging media have resulted in low motivation and skills in English. To address this issue, the KKN Team of Universitas Nurul Jadid implemented the Mini English Village Program, aiming to improve English literacy among students through enjoyable and contextual activity-based learning. This program engaged students in interactive activities such as storytelling, morning talks, English games, and song-based learning. The activities aimed to enhance students' speaking and listening skills while providing them with opportunities to use English practically outside the classroom. Additionally, the program included training for teachers to design more creative and activity-based teaching methods. The evaluation results showed a significant improvement in students' speaking and listening skills. Students, who were previously hesitant, became more active in discussions and quickly absorbed new vocabulary through enjoyable activities. The Mini English Village Program successfully motivated students and provided them with an English learning experience that was applicable and relevant to their daily lives. This program proved to be effective in enhancing English literacy at MTs Nadlatut Thalibin and can serve as a model for other Islamic schools in rural areas.

Abstract

Zain Academy as a non-formal English course institution faces obstacles in administrative management, especially related to attendance lists and student registration which are still done manually. This manual system causes various problems such as the risk of losing data, low work efficiency, and delays in recapitulating information. The purpose of this service activity is to provide practical solutions based on digital technology through assistance in using Google Form as a tool in compiling and managing digital administration. The service method used includes five main stages: identification of partner needs through field observations, design of Google Form-based digital forms, technical training for institution managers, system implementation in operational activities, and evaluation of the effectiveness of using digital forms. The solution offered is the use of two types of Google Forms, namely attendance register forms and student registration forms, which are integrated with Google Sheets and Google Drive. The results of the activity show that partners are able to operate this system independently, and have proven to be able to improve recording efficiency, data accuracy, and speed up the process of recapitulating administrative information. This activity also has a positive impact in shaping an adaptive digital work culture in the institutional environment. The conclusion of this activity is that simple technology-based assistance such as Google Form can be an effective solution for administrative digitalisation in non-formal education institutions. The limitation of this programme lies in the scope of the solution which is still limited to two aspects of administration. Therefore, it is recommended that broader system development and further training be carried out in the future, as well as replication of this model in similar institutions to strengthen digital technology-based governance in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve teachers' understanding and skills in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI)-based learning technology to support the effectiveness of the learning process. Held at MA Raudlatul Ulum 2 Putukrejo, this activity was motivated by low digital literacy and limited use of AI technology among teachers. The implementation method included a pre-test, material delivery, a practical workshop on using AI applications such as MagicformApp, Quizgecko, Kahoot, Quizizz, and Readworks, a presentation of the practical results, a post-test, and an activity evaluation. The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge of various AI platforms that can be used to automatically generate questions. In addition to providing new experiences, this training also encouraged teachers' independence in creating learning evaluation materials. The main obstacles faced included limited technological infrastructure and a ban on students using digital devices in the Islamic boarding school environment. Nevertheless, this training made a significant contribution in broadening teachers' horizons about the application of AI in learning. It is recommended that this activity be held on an ongoing basis with the support of facilities and further training.
