Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui : 1) Ada tidaknya hubungan antara Literasi fisik dengan Perkembangan personal pada remaja tingkat SMP dan SMA di Bandung raya 2) Ada tidaknya hungan antara kesehatan dan perkembangan personal pada siswa remaja tingkat SMP dan SMA di Bandung raya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa tingkat SMP dan SMA di Bandung raya dengan jumlah 2 Sekolah Menegah Pertama dan 11 Sekolah Menengah Atas di Bandung raya. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling sebanyak 370 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket/kuesioner untuk semua variabel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Literasi Fisik dan Kesehatan terhadap Perkembangan Personal pada Remaja tingkat SMP dan SMA di Bandung raya. 2) Terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat antara Literasi fisik dan Kesehatan terhadap Perkembangan Personal pada remaja tingkat SMP dan SMA di Bandung raya.

Abstract

KALIMASADA Program (Civil Administration Aware Community Neighborhood Area) is an innovation from the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Office which aims to improve Civil Administration services for Surabaya City residents. Optimization of KALIMASADA program will be achieved when the administration service itself can be carried out in an excellent service. Against this background, this study aims to analyze the implementation of KALIMASADA program's excellent service at Rungkut Tengah Office. The qualitative research method forms the basis for the procedure for conducting this research, where the author then obtains data through interviews as well as the results of observations during the research period at the Rungkut Tengah Office. The results of the study indicate that there are still two principles of excellent service that cannot be fulfilled in the implementation of the KALIMASADA program at the Rungkut Tengah Office. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the KALIMASADA program at the Rungkut Tengah Village Office is still not optimal because the two principles of excellent service have not been fulfilled, namely service that exceeds residents' expectations and service that prioritizes quality.

Abstract

Kota Surabaya menjadi salah satu kota metropolitan di Indonesia yang menjadi kota tujuan perpindahan penduduk. Berdasarkan data pada tahun 2020, setidaknya 25.723 penduduk Kota Surabaya merupakan penduduk pindah datang. Menanggapi fenomena tersebut, pemerintah Kota Surabaya harus mampu menyediakan dan menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik yang prima khususnya pada bidang administrasi kependudukan. Oleh karena itu optimalisasi masyarakat sadar administrasi kependudukan bagi warga pindah datang sangat diperlukan khususnya di Kelurahan Panjangjiwo. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis bentuk optimalisasi masyarakat sadar administrasi kependudukan bagi warga pindah datang di Kelurahan Panjangjiwo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam menyusun artikel penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini yaitu penyebaran tanggung jawab kepada setiap anggota dalam organisasi, keterlibatan individu dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan rasa kedekatan organisasi kepada pelanggan. Hasil dari penelitian penulis selama magang menampilkan kenyataan bahwa pelaksanaan optimalisasi masyarakat sadar administrasi kependudukan bagi warga pindah datang di Kelurahan Panjangjiwo dilihat dari sudut pandang teori pemberdayaan pelayanan publik telah terselenggara dengan baik dan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

This study was conducted to learn more about the characteristics of the franchise industry and how it develops in relation to the rapid development of the franchise industry in Indonesia. According to the findings of the study, the franchise industry is still largely unknown among Indonesians even though it is a more profitable and capital-efficient business model than starting a new business. With certain rights and obligations carried out by each party based on the terms of the agreement set forth in the Civil Code, this franchise business can be launched immediately after an agreement is reached between the owner of the franchise right and the holder of the franchise right. However, apart from the basic contractual terms, the government-specific laws and regulations that serve as the legal framework for the growth of this franchise business are still sorely lacking. Abstract

Islamic education has grown and developed in line with the existence of Islamic preaching that has been carried out by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Islamic education has different styles and characteristics in line with the changing times. renewal efforts in the next journey of Islamic education continues to experience changes both in terms of curriculum (subjects). This study uses a qualitative methodology with library research data collection techniques. The purpose of making this journal is to find out the main curriculum ideas in the Classical Islamic Education Tradition and to explain the thoughts of Muslim scientists regarding Classical Islamic Education. The classical Islamic education curriculum is a classical education system that is different from the current Islamic education system. When viewed from the aspect of goals, teachers, students, curriculum, methods, facilities, and infrastructure, the difference is clear. There have been many developments in the world of Islamic education. The term classical Islamic education is a process of teaching and learning activities carried out by individuals, certain groups or government/institutions, formal or non-formal, within a certain period of time during the growth and development of Islam.

Abstract

Insurance agreements in their implementation often lead to legal problems, where the insurance party is often negligent in their responsibilities which results in default. This often becomes a problem that ends up in court and the judge acts as a mediator. This study aims to add insight to the readers, as well as provide a clear sequence and flow so that it makes it easier for the reader to understand. This study uses a normative juridical method and discusses cases related to acts of default, which resulted in the Defendant being declared defeated and having to be punished with a portion of the lawsuit filed by the Plaintiff. From this case it can be concluded that the agreement is a bond that must be carried out by both bound parties, and the responsibilities of both parties must be fulfilled and if not carried out, then there is a penalty that must be met by the originating party. The author believes that all considerations and judges' decisions are fair to restore the rights of both parties

Abstract

At the end of 2020, Indonesia, including Karawang Regency, is being tested in the form of health cases that need to be worried about. This is a concern for all the people of Karawang Regency due to the spread of the virus or COVID-19 disease. Several efforts have been made by the government to minimize the transmission of Covid-19, namely by administering the Covid-19 vaccine. The purpose of this study is to find out what strategies need to be implemented in improving the quality of Covid-19 vaccination services. The qualitative method used in this research is a descriptive approach. The results of this study are in the form of a strategy that need to be implemented in improving the quality of Covid-19 vaccination services such as accessibility, information and communication, public service innovation and medical staff training. Furthermore, the benefit of this research is that it can be a reference in improving the quality of Covid-19 vaccine services

Abstract

This study aims to analyze student perceptions of the use of ChatGPT in the era of education 4.0. In an era of education characterized by technological development, ChatGPT as an artificial intelligence-based chatbot offers exciting potential. The research method used is qualitative with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach, and data collection is done through Google Form. The results of the analysis show that students have a positive perception of the use of ChatGPT in self-development, improving quality, creativity, time efficiency, and learning productivity. Students also feel happy and satisfied and have high motivation to use ChatGPT. However, there are several indicators that need to be considered in the development and implementation of ChatGPT, such as access difficulties and challenges to student creativity in writing. This research provides valuable insights for educational institutions and technology developers to optimize the use of artificial intelligence technology in students' learning experience in the education 4.0 era.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the pronunciation errors in the field of phonology in President Joko Widodo's speech at the UOB Economic Outlook 2023 event. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The data source is a video from the social media platform YouTube. The data for this research is the president's speech at the UOB Economic Outlook 2023. The data collection technique involves careful listening and note-taking to obtain relevant research data, followed by explaining and categorizing the phonological errors found. Content analysis is employed as the analysis technique. The findings from the research on President Joko Widodo's speech at the UOB Economic Outlook 2023 event are as follows: 1) There are omissions of vowel/diphthong phonemes. 2) There are changes in vowel and consonant phonemes. 3) There are reductions in vowel and consonant phonemes.
