Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

In an effort to improve the quality of education, the procurement of curriculum development is a necessity, because the curriculum is the pias well as the direction of implementing education in schools. The world of education is required to be able to produce skilled workers who are able to be active and able to be directly involved in global developments. To meet the demands of these developments, reforming and updating the various components of education, especially the educational curriculum, is an urgent thing to do, because in reality the curriculum that is not in accordance with increasingly advanced situations and conditions is no longer relevant to deliver students to be able to compete by treading developments. For this reason, the government through the Ministry of National Education in the 2004/2005 academic year implemented a new curriculum called the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC). Through various assessments and careful planning, it is hoped that this KBK will be able to produce quality human resources and be able to respond to the global challenges of society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about the effect of tactical training methods on the handball shooting skills of extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 2 Klari. The method used in this paper is an experiment with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. Data analysis techniques used Prerequisite analysis tests, namely the normality test using the Shapiro-Wilk test, homogeneity test and statistical hypothesis testing using the t-test (Pairedt-test). The sample in this study were 20 students from SMA Negeri 2 Klari who were taken using total sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a t-test result with a sig.(2-tailed) value of 0.00 where the value is smaller than 0.05 (sig. <0.05) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is an effect of tactical training methods on handball shooting skills of SMA Negeri 2 Klari extracurricular students, this is also supported by a pretest average score of 17.35 and a posttest average of 30.85, a Mean Difference score of 13.5 is obtained, this shows that the tactical training method for shooting skills have a better effect if calculated by a percentage (37.5%) compared to before being given the tactical training method.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik adalah kegiatan atau rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan bagi setiap warga negara dan penduduk atas barang, jasa, dan pelayanan administratif yang disediakan oleh penyelenggara pelayanan publik. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik di Bidang Administrasi Kependudukan maka Pemerintah Kota Surabaya melalui Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dispendukcapil) Kota Surabaya membuat suatu inovasi pelayanan publik berupa Jemput Bola Administrasi Kependudukan (Jebol Anduk) sebagai inovasi pelayanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah Inovasi Pelayanan Jemput Bola Administrasi Kependudukan (Adminduk) Melalui Balai Rw Di Kelurahan Bongkaran sudah memenuhi standar pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pelayanan publik terkait Pelaksanaan inovasi “Jebol Anduk” melalui balai rw di kelurahan bongkaran dan Dampak positif dari pelaksanaan inovasi program Jemput Bola Administrasi Kependudukan “jebol anduk”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian menggunakan Keputusan Menteri PAN Nomor :63/KEP/M.PAN/7/2003 yang terdiri dari 6 indikator yaitu prosedur pelayanan, waktu penyelesaian, biaya pelayanan, produk pelayanan, sarana dan prasarana, kompetensi petugas pelayanan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa standar pelayanan yang telah dilakukan di tiap balai rw kelurahan bongkaran sudah berjalan dengan baik dan juga inovasi pelayanan jemput bola ini berdampak positif bagi masyarakat yaitu Inovasi Program Jemput Bola Administrasi Kependudukan dapat mempermudah masyarakat untuk mengurus data kependudukan dan melalui inovasi pelayanan jebol anduk membuat masyarakat sadar mengenai pentingnya kepemilikan dokumen kependudukan. Masyarakat juga puas dengan pelayanan yang telah disediakan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Implementation of Fish Auction Implementation Policy in Ambon City. Fish auction place (TPI) is one of the main functions in fisheries activities which is also one of the driving factors in improving the welfare of fishermen. This type of research is a qualitative research that aims to find out the implementation of Fish Auction Implementation Policy in Ambon City based on the problems discussed, namely the problems that occur at the research location. The informants in this study were 13 people. Data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing, while data validity uses triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The results showed that the implementation of the policy of organizing fish auctions in Ambon City was not optimal because of the interests that occurred more to personal interests, lack of facilities, the role of implementers/staff who were less effective.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence chatbots are changing the nature of online services by revolutionizing the interaction of service providers with consumers. Thus, this study aims to explore the antecedents (compatibility, perceived ease of use, performance expectancy and social influence) (customer engagement) of chatbot initial trust. A sample of 153 responses was collected in Indonesia using a questionnaire and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) by AMOS 23. The results revealed that except for performance expectancy, all the other four factors (compatibility, perceived ease of use, performance expectancy and social influence) significantly boost customers’ initial trust toward chatbots. Further, initial trust in chatbots encourages customer engagement. The study provides insights into some variables influencing initial chatbot trust. This study suggests key insights for marketing managers on how to build chatbot initial trust, which, in turn, will lead to an increase in customers’ interactions with the brand.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan Islam merupakan tempat dimana pendidikan dalam kerangka Islam menunaikan tugasnya untuk mewujudkan keinginan umat Islam. Salah satu dari sekian banyak pesantren adalah Pondok Pesantren Thawalib Sumatera di Parabek yang terletak di Ladang Laweh oleh Jorong Parabek, Kecamatan Banuhampu, Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi. Pada tahun 2009, Pondok Pesantren Thawalib Parabek mengalami banyak perubahan infrastruktur: asrama putri dan putra 4 lantai, gedung sekolah megah 4 lantai, Rusunawa 4 lantai dan 5 lantai, Kampus II di Jambu Air (sekarang Ar-Raudah TK), sarana olah raga, laboratorium. Sains, bahasa, komputer, radio, ruang kelas dilengkapi infocus dan video surveillance, perpustakaan memiliki tempat penitipan anak (TPA) dengan gedung Islamic center. Dan juga pengembangan pendidikan dan pesantren Sumatera Thawalib Parabek berperan penting dalam masyarakat, baik dalam bidang dakwah dan agama, dalam bidang sosial dan ekonomi.

Abstract

For Indonesians as well as other people around the world, terrorism is a very frightening crime. As mandated by the 1945 Constitution, the Republic of Indonesia is obliged to protect all Indonesian citizens and all Indonesian bloodshed. Consequently, the state is obliged to protect all its citizens from the threat of national or international terrorism. The purpose of writing is that the reader understands criminal issues related to systematic Indonesian governance. This article is based on normative legal research that utilizes secondary data in the form of primary and secondary legal documents. Utilization of criminal law to eradicate terrorism, as stated in Law Number 15 of 2003, among others, by making it illegal. Terrorism-related crime groups and related crimes are the focus of criminalization policies. It turns out that the law still faces challenges and deficiencies in its implementation so that it requires modification in the future.

Abstract

Digital marketing is one of the main pillars in providing convenience in doing business, especially on social media such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tiktok and others. One of the most popular social media today is Instagram. The phenomenon of using social media Instagram for digital marketing which is growing rapidly is utilized by business actors, especially PT Vocasia Eduka. The purpose of this research is to explore digital marketing techniques on @vocasia's Instagram. The research method used when conducting this research was qualitative by selecting case studies as an approach to research. The results of research conducted on the @vocasia Instagram account are in the form of digital marketing analysis in using the right content ideas. The benefit of the presence of this research is to provide new insights about digital marketing on Instagram social media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana implementasi program Swargaloka dalam memberikan edukasi tentang pelayanan kependudukan bagai masyarakat kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan (observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan program Swargaloka di Kelurahan Simomulyo telah dilakukan dengan baik, hanya saja masih ada beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya struktur media informasi yang belum pasti, serta perlunya sosialisasi dari Dispendukcapil Surabaya. Diharapkan dengan adanya program ini dapat memberikan pemahaman terhadap masyarakat khususnya warga Surabaya dalam kepengurusan administrasi public.

Abstract

Reward or praise has many purposes in the learning process, but the most important is to reinforce appropriate behavior and provide positive feedback to students who have done something right. Punishment is an act of sanction given to students who violate the rules. This study aims to describe the principles and forms of reward and punishment in the perspective of Islamic education. The method used in this research is the literature review method by exploring various reference sources in the form of books and journals. Reward (prize/prize) and punishment (punishment) is a method that is widely used in Islamic education. In order for the use of the reward and punishment method to be effective and efficient in Islamic education, there are several principles practiced by the Prophet Muhammad and should be emulated, namely: 1. Patience, tenacity, and determination in upholding Islamic teachings, 2. Forgiveness, without grudges and envy towards other people who do wrong to him, 3. Love and care for fellow believers. 4. Done proportionally and fairly and 5. Gradually and in line with the Shari'a. Rewards can be done in verbal form in the form of words or sentences of praise and in non-verbal form in the form of material gifts. While the form of punishment can be in the form of preventive punishment and repressive punishment.
