Abstract

Mandiri mobile banking application from PT Bank Mandiri Tbk is a financial application. Bank Mandiri customers can print bank statements, validate transactions, access other financial platforms, and make withdrawals effectively. In addition, customers can also view transaction pages effectively. This study aims as an effort to determine the effect of performance expectations, effort expectations and behavioral intentions related to the behavior of using Mandiri banking services in Karawang. For this study, 110 respondents of Mandiri mobile bank customers in Karawang who could not be identified were used. The research method was carried out with path analysis. The results show that behavioral intention has a positive but insignificant effect on the performance expectation variable, by having a calculated t value of 1.742> t table (0.187) with a significant value of 0.085> 0.05. Effort expectations on behavioral intentions are positively and significantly correlated with behavioral intentions with a t value of (4.053) > t table (0.187) and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Behavioral intention has a significant and somewhat positive influence on user behavior, which is indicated by the sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 and t count (3.455) > t table (0.187).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the satisfaction and level of interest of Generation Z in Jakarta towards the Sunset Trip program on Radio Prambors 102.2 FM using a qualitative approach with Focus Group Discussion (FGD) as the data collection technique. The research participants are Generation Z individuals residing in Jakarta, and the findings from the FGD will be analyzed to gain a deep understanding of the listeners' perceptions and experiences regarding the Sunset Trip program. This research is expected to provide additional insights into the satisfaction and interest of Generation Z listeners towards radio programs and holds theoretical benefits for the development of communication studies, particularly in the field of radio broadcasting. Additionally, it has practical benefits by offering a reference for other researchers interested in studying radio programs and audience interests. In this context, the S-O-R Theory explains the influence on receivers as a result of communication studies (McQuail, 2000:234), including the impact of voice and intonation in radio broadcasts on listener responses, including attitudes, emotions, and behavioral intentions (Burgoon, Birk, and Pfau, 1990). The Sunset Trip program on Radio Prambors 102.2 FM, with its combination of music, casual conversations, and enjoyable segmentation, provides interactive stimulus to millennial listeners in Jakarta, often referred to as Kaula Muda (KaMu).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh Personalized System for Instruction (PSI) model dalam penguatan fisik sit-up dan push-up pada siswa kelas XII SMAN 3 Cikampek. Personalized System Of Instruction merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran pendekatan individual. Personalized System Of Instruction yang disingkat dengan PSI dikembangkan oleh Fred S. Keller (1968), terutama digunakan di tingkat universitas, untuk mengatasi sistem kuliah konvensional. PSI merupakan salah satu bentuk sistem pembelajaran yang menekankan kepada belajar tuntas melalui sistem pembelajaran individual dengan modifikasi pembelajaran kelompok. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas PSI model dalam meningkatkan kemampuan fisik siswa dalam melakukan sit-up dan push-up. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain kelompok kontrol acak. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang menerima pembelajaran dengan menggunakan PSI model dan kelompok kontrol yang menerima pembelajaran konvensional. Masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas XII SMAN 3 Cikampek. Intervensi berlangsung selama enam minggu dengan dua sesi pelatihan dalam seminggu. Siswa dalam kelompok eksperimen menerima pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan dan kebutuhan mereka menggunakan PSI model. Siswa dalam kelompok kontrol menerima pembelajaran konvensional tanpa penyesuaian. Data diperoleh melalui tes sit-up dan push-up sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji independent untuk membandingkan perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan fisik antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok siswa yang menerima pembelajaran dengan PSI model mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan fisik sit-up dan push-up dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa PSI model efektif dalam penguatan fisik sit-up dan push-up siswa kelas XII SMAN 3 Cikampek.

Abstract

Kukuh Village is a village with the highest rate of poor household within Marga District with the amount of 1.471 people with the largest population composition in Marga District which includes six hamlets with a population of 5.789 people. The purpose of this study are 1) to analyze the influence of age, work experience, number of dependents, and customary activities on the amount of working hours of women workers in the informal sector in Kukuh Village, Marga District. 2) To analyze the influence of age, work experience, number of dependents, and customary activities on the income of women workers in the informal sector in Kukuh Village, Marga District. 3) To analyze the influence of age, work experience, number of dependents, and customary activities which indirectly influence women’s income through the amount of working hours of worker in informal sector businesses in Kukuh Village, Marga District. This study uses primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to informal sector women workers in Kukuh Village. The respondents of this study were women informal sector workers in Kukuh Village, with a total sample of 90 people with sample determination using snowball sampling. The type of data used is quantitative data with primary data sources. Study data collection was carried out by means of observation and structured interviews. Data processing was analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, path analysis and Sobel tests. The study results showed that the variables age, work experience, number of dependents had a positive and significant effect on the amount of working hours and customary activities had a significant negative effect on the amount of working hours. Meanwhile, the variables age, work experience, number of dependents have a positive and significant effect on women's income and customary activities have a significant negative effect on women's income. The amount of working hours does not mediate the relationship between age, work experience, number of dependents, and customary activities on women's income in Kukuh Village, Marga District.

Abstract

Tanjungpinang merupakan ibu kota Provinsi Kepulauan Riau yang merupakan kota yang terus berkembang sehingga tidak luput dari ancaman keamanan digital. Kasus kejahatan dunia maya, khususnya penipuan online, kerap meresahkan masyarakat dengan modus yang semakin canggih. Pelaku kejahatan dunia maya akan lebih cenderung memanfaatkan teknologi peretasan dan penipuan online untuk mendapatkan keuntungan ilegal. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Apa saja faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan meningkatnya kasus penipuan online pada platform Facebook di Kota Tanjungpinang, (2) Bagaimana upaya preventif yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi kasus penipuan online pada platform Facebook di Kota Tanjungpinang? Peneliti menggunakan metode normatif, dimana metode normatif merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber seperti buku-buku di perpustakaan, peraturan perundang-undangan, modul, internet, dan website yang bersifat laporan atau informasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kasus cybercrime seperti penipuan online ditinjau dari aspek kriminologis disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti kurangnya kontrol sosial, lemahnya ikatan sosial, dan motif pelaku yang dapat dikategorikan intelektual atau ekonomi. Langkah preventif yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap literasi siber, edukasi mengenai keamanan online, dan pemahaman terhadap platform e-commerce.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of learning discipline on the learning outcomes of Class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Amurang. This research is a quantitative approach, with correlational methods. The population members in this study were all class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 East Amurang, totaling 200 students. The sample size was set at 15%, so there were 30 students who were members of the sample. The technique used in sampling is the Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique for variable X uses a questionnaire and data for variable Y uses documentation. The data analysis technique for hypothesis testing uses simple regression analysis, which is preceded by testing the requirements for parametric analysis, namely data normality and linearity tests. The results of the hypothesis testing analysis of this research show that there is an influence of learning discipline on student results, the regression equation Y = 8.11 + 0.89. The significance of the regression equation can be tested using the calculated F value. It turns out that the calculated F value is greater than the F table, so the Ha hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion is that there is an influence of learning discipline on student learning outcomes, this is shown by the regression coefficient (F) value of 95.08 with a significance of 0.000.

Abstract

This development research is motivated by the lack of ability and creativity of students in the learning process. This is caused by the choice of learning methods that are only teacher-centred. The aim of this research is to create a STEM-based PjBL model learning tool that can increase students' creativity that is valid, effective and practical. Syllabus, learning implementation plans (RPP), student worksheets (LKPD), and creativity test instruments are some of the products developed in research and development (R&D) which are included in the Borg & Gall model. The research instrument consists of a validation sheet, practicality sheet, and creativity test sheet. The validity of the learning tools was carried out using a validation questionnaire which was assessed by 4 validators, consisting of two lecturers, one principal and one class teacher, who were then evaluated using a Likert scale. The results of the pretest and posttest with the N-Gain test are used to find out how effective the STEM-based PjBL model learning tools are. The practicality of learning tools through questionnaires used by teachers and students. The results of the validity analysis of learning tools using a Likert scale show that 92% of the syllabus is in the very feasible category, 90% of the RPP, 88% of the LKPD, and 93% of the test instruments are in the category very worthy. By using the average NGain test results of 0.40 and the medium category, creativity increases. The results of the questionnaire analysis of teacher and student responses to the PJBL-STEM learning model showed practicality of 4.00 (very good) and implementation of activities of 3.92 (very good) and 3.00 (good). Thus, it can be concluded that the STEM-based PjBL model learning tools were developed correctly, efficiently, and can be applied to increase student creativity.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the lack of student learning motivation which is illustrated by the condition of students who are less active and less responsive when SKI learning takes place. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of the Teams Game Tournament (TGT) and Talking Stik (TS) cooperative learning models in SKI subjects in class X IPA 2 MAN 2 Karawang and to describe the effectiveness of implementing the Teams Game Tournament (TGT) and Talking cooperative learning models. Stick (TS) on SKI subjects in class X IPA 2 MAN 2 Karawang. This study uses experimental research with a mix method approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and tests while the data analysis techniques for observations and interviews used interactive analysis according to Miles and Huberman, for tests using the N-gain test with the help of the SPSS 18 application program. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Teams learning model Game Tournament (TGT) and Talking Stick (TS) in SKI subjects in class X IPA 2 are carried out with the following steps, first the teacher first conveys a learning material about Caliph Usman bin Affan and Caliph Ali bin Abi Thalib, then after the material is delivered the students are divided into several groups, the teacher has provided several questions (quizzes) and sticks for each group, then the sticks are played in each group while singing the song that has been agreed with the teacher, then the teacher dismisses the song and the student who last held the stick when stopped by the teacher is the one who has the right to answer the questions (quizzes) that have been provided and the use of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) and Talking Stick (TS) methods is quite effective in increasing the learning motivation of class X students IPA 2 MAN 2 Karawang in SKI subjects, while the use of lecture and question and answer methods is not effective for increasing the learning motivation of class X IPA 1 MAN 2 Karawang students in SKI subjects

Abstract

Education is essentially an internal process that aims to develop personality and abilities inside and outside oneself. Developing interests and talents is part of it. This research examines the influence of high school students' interests and talents on the learning process. This research uses literature study research methods and qualitative research methods. The sample used several related journals from the last 10 years and collected data sourced from interviews with students of SMA N 01 BUKIT SUNDI. The research results show that interests and talents are very influential in the learning carried out by high school students. The strategy implemented by class teachers is to integrate interest and talent material into learning material, choose appropriate methods and facilities, remediate learning, build communication, provide examples, appreciate and know, identify and choose supporting programs. Interest in learning has a very big influence on learning outcomes, because if the learning material studied does not match their interests, then students will not learn well because it is not interesting to them. Teacher qualifications need to be further improved so that students' interest in learning and talents are better than before.
