Abstract

Educators serve as the spearhead of curriculum development and as implementers of the curriculum in the field, which is a key factor in the success of the curriculum. According to researchers preblem based learning model (PBL) is a method triggered by problems that encourage students to learn and work cooperatively in groups to get solutions, think critically and analytically, be able to determine and use appropriate learning resources. Physical education is an important part of the overall education system, so it must be directed towards achieving educational goals. To achieve these goals, specialist sports teachers and classroom teachers must work together (Lynch, 2015).One method of collecting data is by using the test method. The test method is used to determine the number of scores obtained by students after the pretest and posttest using Kiorroga Activities. The test was carried out in two stages, namely the pretest and posttest stages. In the pretest stage the results are used to determine the development of children's fine motor skills before being given treatment and for the posttest the results are used to see the extent of the development of fine motor skills of students after practicing basic gymnastic activities such as (front roll, back). The population of this study consisted of 16 students of class VIIl at AZZHAHIRIYYAH Islamic Junior High School located on the Karawang-Bekasi border. The pre-experimental method was used in this research, with a one group pretest-postest design. Saying that Pre-experimental design is a design that includes only one group or class that is given a pre and post test. This one group pretest and posttest design, carried out on one group without a control or comparison group (Sugiyono, 2014: 109). This research instrument is in the form of multiple choice with 30 questions and one answer score. The Likert scale was used to calculate the score in this review. The Likert scale according to Sugyono (2018) is used to assess the perceptions, beliefs, and attitudes of a person or group towards social phenomena. Several stages or steps that must be considered in the preparation of instruments include construct planning, factor evaluation, indicator preparation, and question item preparation (Irfan Zinat Achmad, 2017). The statistical tests used are N-gain scores, Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, homogeneity test with Levene statistics, and paired sample test. This research resulted in the finding that the problem-based learning model (PBL) has a significant effect on the child's motor skills in performing basic gymnastic movements. After we know the data from the three tests, the problem-based learning model (problem-solving learning model) provides many benefits for students, Bruner in Dahar (2011) considers that "Discovery learning is in accordance with the active search for knowledge by humans and in itself provides the best results. Making your own efforts to find solutions to problems and the knowledge that comes with them, produces knowledge that is truly meaningful". Knowledge acquired by discovery learning shows several advantages. First, the knowledge is long-lasting or long-remembered or easy to remember. Second, the results of discovery learning have a better transfer effect than other learning outcomes. Third, overall discovery learning improves students' reasoning and ability to think freely. In physical education, the objectives of problem-based learning (PBL) are designed to according to Ibrahim and Nur (in Rusman, 2010) in more detail, among others, as follows: a. Help learners develop thinking and problem-solving skills. B. Learning various adult roles through their involvement in real experiences. . This study aims to investigate the effect of this problem-based learning model to train students' flexibility in performing basic gymnastic activities such as front roll, back roll, candle stance, and kayang in first-year school students. Through this study, the authors wanted to find out whether the use of problem-based learning model can improve students' movement skills in the context of basic gymnastics. The conclusion of this study is that the use of the Inquiry learning model has a positive and significant effect on students' movement skills in basic gymnastics movements in junior high school. This study also provides a basis for further research on the use of different learning models in the context of basic gymnastics learning.

Abstract

Students' problems with fear of speaking a foreign language are usually related to the atmosphere built in the classroom. The educator's performance usually dominates the atmosphere in the classroom. This research aims to explore teacher's attitudes toward students' speaking anxiety in the classroom and what a teacher does to help students overcome their anxiety. Qualitative was used as a research design. This research involves one teacher and four students in junior high school. This research used interviews and observation to collect the data according to the theory of Zukani, N. M. (2018). The data analysis is adapted from the thematic analysis by Braun & Clark (2006). The findings showed that teachers had a very positive attitude toward the phenomenon of students' speaking anxiety in EFL classrooms. This research can be applied to every teacher in overcoming student problems when students have problems in speaking such as being afraid to speak or worrying about being wrong. This can be used to increase the effectiveness of learning in the classroom and can make students play a more active role because of the reduced anxiety possessed by students.

Abstract

Penjualan pasar kosmetik di Indonesia selalu mengalami pertumbuhan dari setiap tahun, begitupun pada pasar skincare. Digitalisasi dan media sosial telah mengubah sifat dan fungsi pemasaran dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Orang-orang semakin memperhatikan platform media sosial untuk berbagi informasi atau mendapatkan produk dan layanan. Menggunakan media sosial secara inovatif juga membantu pemasar menciptakan nilai bagi pelanggan dan meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan, kemitraan, dan nilai merek. Perusahaan mempromosikan produk dan layanan mereka melalui karakteristik pribadi influencer.Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui survey online pada google form. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Nonprobability Sampling. pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui Google form kepada konsumen yang sebelumnya sudah berpengalaman membeli produk skincare dari dorongan social media influencers. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis kausal, analisis regresi sederhana dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Berdasarkan pembahasan terkait hasil penelitian pada bab-bab sebelumnya, berikut kesimpulan dari penelitian ini: 1. Variabel Social Media Influencer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Trust pada pembelian skincare di JABODETABEK. 2. Variabel Brand Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention pada pembelian skincare di JABODETABEK. 3. Variabel Social Media Influencer tidak memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention pada pembelian skincare di JABODETABEK Untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan dan niat beli, perusahaan fokus pada pemasaran melalui media sosial dan memilih SMI yang menarik, menyenangkan, elegan, dan berkarisma. Untuk meningkatkan brand trust, SMI yang dipilih oleh perusahaan harus melakukan memilih SMI yang dapat dipercaya. Untuk meningkatkan purchase intention harus meningkatkan brand trust, manajer pemasaran memilih SMI yang dapat membangun rasa “ingin” konsumen untuk membeli.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are innovations that can be used as a foundational strength for a country, especially Indonesia which is still at the level of a developing country. It is hoped that MSMEs can play an important role in the economy in West Java, considering the history of Indonesia experiencing a monetary crisis in business. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) were able to survive and tended to increase at that time, while many large-scale businesses experienced losses and even went bankrupt. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, describing the data objectively. This research data is accessed via the BPS website. The problem formulation used in this research is how MSMEs contribute to labor absorption, and what are the opportunities for MSMEs to absorb labor. The results of this research reveal that MSMEs have a dominant role in absorbing labor in West Java. In line with the increase in MSMEs, labor absorption has increased significantly. So Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises play an important role in absorbing labor in West Java. However, there is a need for top level regional entrepreneurs who are experienced in developing groups of methods or breakthroughs that have never existed before in order to be able to compete in the global market.

Abstract

The research is motivated by the facts that occur in the field, namely the lack of understanding of students in writing personal letters. In addition, there are still many teachers who use conventional learning models, namely lectures without involving students. Thus, researchers want to compare learning models that suit the needs of students, namely Think Pair Share and Student Team Achievement Division. This study aims to examine differences in the increase in the ability to write personal letters using Think Pair Share and Student Team Achievement Division. To answer the problem formulation, the researcher used a quasi-experimental non-equivalent pre-test post-test control group design method. The population in this study was class VII SMPN 1 Cikampek with purposive sampling and two classes were selected, namely class VII-3 (N=40) as the experimental class using the Student Team Achievement Division model and class VII-1 (N=40) as the experimental class. control class using the Think Pair Share model. Based on the results of data processing using SPSS 16 Software for Windows, it can be concluded that the Student Team Achievement Division model is better than Think Pair Share but there is no significant difference in results. It was obtained that the average pre-test scores of the two classes were relatively the same before being given treatment, namely 65.9 for the experimental class and 65.8 for the control class. Then the value of the experimental class post test is worth 82 and the control class is worth 80.7. Furthermore, the N-Gain value for the experimental class is 0.46 and the control class is 0.43. This means that there is no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class. That way the two models are indeed in accordance with the needs of students..

Abstract

The circulation of cosmetics that do not meet the regulations until now is still circulating in the Pekanbaru City area, The controlling form carried out by the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency in Pekanbaru is expected to be able to supervise the circulation of cosmetics and the circulation of cosmetic products must be in accordance with the provisions and must be safe for the public to use. The purpose of this study is to analyze the supervision of cosmetics circulating in Pekanbaru City by the Food and Drug Supervisory Hall in Pekanbaru, which is a non-ministerial government institution and works in the field of supervision of both medicine and food and knows what obstacles are encountered. The theory used is the supervision phase by Manullang, which contains three indicators: establishing standards, assessment rating, and assessment improvements. The Research Type is Qualitative Descriptive and performs data collection based on interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this study is that the supervision conducted by the Food and Drug Supervisory Hall on cosmetics was carried out but not optimal enough. The obstacles to cosmetic supervision in Pekanbaru are the lack of specificity of the division of labor duties in the examination section, the lack of participation in choosing the use of cosmetic products they use, the lack of attention in legal awareness, and the absence of cosmetic business operators so this can reduce the optimality of supervision carried out by the Food and Drug Supervisory Hall in Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

Khoidir Ali Akbar, Student’s Perception In Collaborative Learning On Writing Class For Vocational High School. Department of English Education. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. University of Singaperbangsa Karawang. 2023. In the context of education at the high school level, the significance of effective writing skills cannot be understated. This qualitative study examines the perceptions of students from the mechanical engineering major at State Vocational High School 1 Karawang regarding collaborative learning in their writing class. The research, conducted through interviews with five respondents, aimed to explore the impact of collaborative writing on their engagement, writing skills, and exposure to diverse viewpoints. The findings indicate a positive influence of collaborative writing, enhancing students' writing abilities and facilitating exposure to a range of perspectives. However, the study also identifies challenges related to scheduling coordination and managing the variety of opinions within groups. Through an inclusive discussion of academic perspectives, this study highlights the various nature of collaborative writing as a potent tool for learning. In conclusion, collaborative writing in English class offers students an approach to improve their writing skills, develop their understanding of different perspectives, and valuable teamwork abilities. By addressing challenges and increasing the role of teachers in guiding students, collaborative writing can become an essential component of a comprehensive and improving educational experience.

Abstract

Land as a social asset is a means of binding unity among the social environment for life and living, while land as a capital asset is as capital in development and has grown as a very important economic object as well as a material for commerce and an object of speculation. Development activities, especially development in the material sector both in cities and villages, require a lot of land as a shelter for development activities. This research aims to examine the spatial legal perception of land disputes against the public interest of outsiders. The typology of this research is descriptive analysis which aims to describe, inventory, and analyse the actual conditions of the study of spatial law to resolve land disputes through library research (library reseach) with emphasis on secondary data sources. The results of the study of Law Number 26 of 2007 concerning Spatial Planning are the legal basis for the government to organise space in the context of national development. Land disputes that occur due to spatial planning issues can involve the government, private parties, and the community. The court is an institution that can resolve land disputes in various ways, such as mediation or through court decisions. Therefore, it is important for communities to understand the legal basis of spatial planning in order to protect their land ownership rights.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkritisi dan mengetahui implikasi yuridis dari putusan-putusan yang berbeda namun mengandung unsur pidana yang sama dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan asas keadilan terhadap putusan-putusan yang berbeda antar perkara di Pengadilan Negeri Muara Teweh Nomor: 58 /Pid.Sus /2022/PN Mtw dengan Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Gorontalo Nomor: 323/Pid.Sus/2016/PN Gto.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian normatif yang dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji bahan pustaka atau data sekunder yang berkaitan dengan ruang lingkup Hukum. Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian pendekatan kasus, yaitu pendekatan yang mengkaji dan menganalisis kasus secara spesifik. yang menjadi putusan pengadilan yang mempunyai kekuatan hukum tetap. Hasil penelitian berupa, pertama. Mengingat kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang saat ini sering terjadi, maka tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa tindak pidana kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) dapat mengakibatkan hilangnya nyawa seseorang, dimulai dari kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) yang sangat sering terjadi hingga membuat para pelakunya pergi. gila dan bahkan tidak berpikir. sampai merenggut nyawa seseorang. Kedua, dalam kasus ini juga telah ada putusan Pengadilan Negeri Muara Teweh yang menangani kasus yang sama dengan kasus KDRT di Pengadilan Negeri Gorontalo. Dan dalam perkara ini Pengadilan Negeri Muara Teweh memutus berbeda dengan putusan Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Gorontalo. Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Muara Teweh memutus berdasarkan KUHP tentang Penganiayaan, bukan KDRT. Hal ini berujung pada keputusan berbeda dari Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Gorontalo.

Abstract

Carsinoma mammae merupakan gangguan dalam pertumbuhan sel normal mammae dimana sel abnormal timbul dari sel-sel normal, berkembang biak dan menginfiltrasi jaringan limfe dan pembuluh darah. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan spiritualitas dan penerimaan diri pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Dadi Keluarga Purwokerto dengan jumlah sampel 70 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan usia dominan 46-65 tahun (48,6%), tingkat pendidikan dominan SMP (35,7%), status perkawinan dominan menikah (54,3%), dan kebanyakan responden tidak bekerja (61,4%). Hasil uji spearman-rank didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0.0001 (p-value < α) dan nilai koefisien sebesar 0.868. Kesimpulannya Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat hubungan spiritualitas dengan penerimaan diri pada pasien kanker payudara memiliki kekuatan hubungan yang kuat dan hubungan positif/searah. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya untuk melakukan penelitian tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi spiritualitas seperti latar belakang etnik dan budaya serta penerimaan diri yang diarasakan pasien kanker khususnya kanker payudara dan adanya penyakit lain apakah mempengaruhi spiritualitas dan perawatan diri pasien kanker payudara.
