Abstract

This research aims to describe the form of code-mixing speech that occurs in the film Cinta Subuh by Ali Farighi by Indra Gunawan, to describe the design or form of TikTok media, and to describe the use of code-mixing analysis in the form of TikTok media in learning dramatic texts in class XI. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques in this research are listening techniques and note-taking techniques. The research results in the film Cinta Subuh found 326 data using 49 speech samples consisting of inward code mixing, 146 data were obtained with 11 samples, 171 data were obtained for outward code mixing with 29 samples and 9 data were obtained for mixed code mixing. with 9 samples. The results of this research will be used as an audiovisual learning medium for drama text material in high school class So it can be concluded that the output or final result of this research is in the form of a TikTok-based audiovisual learning video.

Abstract

The phenomenon of globalization accompanied by the development of information and communication technology has brought various positive and negative impacts on world society. Relations between communities are becoming easier, in fact the pattern of these relations has changed from local and regional to global and even blurring regional boundaries. Apart from positive impacts such as increasing relationships, this relationship pattern has apparently brought many new modes of crime, for example fraud. The existing opportunities mean that fraud, which was previously carried out directly and conventionally, now involves the use of information and communication technology and is carried out beyond national borders. This challenges countries in the world to formulate regulations or laws governing public relations in the cyber world (cyber space law). For example, a case occurred in Indonesia in early 2023, where there was an arrest of a group of fraudsters who had committed fraud against foreigners outside Indonesian territory using electronic media, carried out by 55 Chinese citizens from Indonesia. In this article the author tries to examine how the follow-up of this case is in accordance with existing regulations compared to the real decisions taken by the Indonesian government. The government's decision to deport the perpetrators turned out to be the best decision in line with what the author discusses in this article.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the growth and development of the elderly with their lifestyle. This research uses a literature view which is carried out by looking at several pieces of literature from other articles. The results obtained in this article are that growth and development in the elderly can be balanced with a good or positive lifestyle, one of which is an elderly exercise lifestyle. This lifestyle is balanced by doing exercise for the elderly. Physical benefits include, physical fitness, body balance, breathing, and reduced blood pressure in hypertensive elderly. Psychological benefits include improving sleep quality, insomnia, depression or stress.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the growth and development tasks of students aged 12-15 years. This research uses a literature view which is carried out by looking at several pieces of literature from other articles. The results obtained in this article are the development and growth tasks of students aged 12-15 years including: Physical Development, Intelligence Development, Emotional Development, Social Development, Moral Development, Personality Development and Religious Development. Where development is a progressive change that discovers the way organisms behave and interact with the environment as well as increasing the structure and function of the body which is more complex in the ability of gross movement, fine movement, speech and language as well as socialization and independence. Human growth is a physical change to become bigger and longer, where the process occurs from the time the child is born until this development and growth can occur in adolescence.

Abstract

In facing the era of openness in various fields, aspects of sovereignty are asked to be at the forefront of defense which determines national security and state stability. The more sovereign a country is, the more logical consequences it has to face, both in terms of policy and juridical strengthening. Issues related to handling international refugees are a dilemmatic discussion when viewed from the legal basis that binds them and the attitude of Indonesia's foreign policy which did not ratify the 1951 convention and 1967 protocol on refugees. At least 145 countries have signed the convention and 146 countries have signed the protocol as a national legal instrument. The logical considerations that underlie Indonesia's stance have not ratified the two international legal instruments as an urgency that must be resolved. Even though the handling of refugee issues has been included in the National Human Rights Action Plan (RANHAM), in the 2021-2025 period the political will of the legislature shows that the urgency of handling refugees is not a priority study. This article will examine aspects of state sovereignty in overcoming potential law violations from an immigration perspective, which intersects with Indonesia's status as a transit country for refugees before being transferred to a third country hosting refugees.

Abstract

Late teens, namely in the age range 18 – 23 years, are the age range where teenagers tend to develop shopping habits, one of these shopping habits is compulsive buying (compulsive shopping). There are factors that influence the occurrence of compulsive buying in teenagers, one of which is self-control. This research was conducted to determine whether there is a relationship between self-control and compulsive buying in late adolescents who use food delivery services. The type of research carried out was quantitative research using a one-stage cluster sampling technique involving 147 late adolescents who live in West Denpasar sub-district. Data collection was carried out boldly using a questionnaire consisting of; The Self-Control Scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.896 and the Compulsive Buying Scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.35. Data analysis in this study used a simple linear regression test technique. The results of the simple regression test show a significance value of 0.000 (P<0.05). The results of these values ​​indicate that self-control has a significant influence on compulsive buying of 49.9% (R Square = 0.499; significance value 0.000 < 0.05). Thus, the higher the self-control they have, the lower the level of compulsive buying by young people who use food delivery services in West Denpasar.

Abstract

This study explores communication experiences, motivations, and meaning within the Pemuda Pancasila community organization in Tarumajaya district, Bekasi. Using qualitative methods and Alfred Schutz's phenomenological framework, it examines internal and external communication dynamics, reasons for joining, and the significance of membership. Data collection involves interviews, observations, and document analysis, with thematic analysis focusing on communication, motivation, and meaning. The findings reveal complex communication experiences and various motivations for joining, from societal contributions to upholding Pancasila's values. The study also explores the meaning members attribute to their roles and how communication experiences influence this. This research offers valuable insights into Pemuda Pancasila members in community organizations, aiding our understanding of their role in the broader social context and informing policies supporting youth participation in community development.

Abstract

Maregam is one of the villages in North Maluku where the people have creativity as craftsmen using soil, the local people call it "boso" (pottery). Pottery is a handicraft made from clay. The process of making pottery in Maregam village has long been developed by the community, starting from the story of a woman named Mo're who lived in ancient times (Ngongole), namely an era before humans knew about metal, so they used stone and earth as the main materials for making tools. At that time, "Mo're" made pottery as an alternative tool used to support kitchen utensils, because at that time there were no tools that could be used by the community to support their living needs. The aim of this research is to determine the efforts made by pottery craftsmen to improve the economic welfare of the community in Maregam Village, South Tidore District, Tidore City, Islands, North Maluku Province. Tidore City, Islands, North Maluku Province. This research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a phenomenological approach, a qualitative descriptive method is a method that aims to systematically describe a situation, the condition of the object in the field of study at one time accurately. The results of the research are increasing capital, increasing product innovation, expanding marketing networks, and business prosperity.

Abstract

Local governments have an interest in building permits. In order to carry out the construction of a building, whether carried out by individuals or private parties who have business functions, they are required to have a Building Construction Permit (IMB) and this permit is needed to fulfill one of the construction requirements. However, since the Job Creation Law came into force, Building Construction Permits have changed to Building Construction Approvals. One of the provisions in building permits is the Building Boundary Line (GSB). For Jalan HR Soebratas, the building must have a GSB of 40 meters from the road axle. In reality, there are still many buildings, especially shophouses, adding buildings beyond the building boundaries. Some of the consequences are traffic jams because land that should be used for parking is used. Based on Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation Number 07 of 2012 concerning Building Permit Levy, specifically in Article 106, there are administrative sanctions imposed on violators of the Regional Regulation, especially shop owners who add buildings beyond the GSB. From the results of the research that has been carried out, implementation has gone quite well. This is because the relevant agencies move through reports or complaints.

Abstract

Single Identity Number (SIN) is a population identity number that is unique or distinctive, single and attached to someone who is registered as an Indonesian resident. Indonesian citizens and foreigners who have permanent residence permits are only allowed to be registered on one Family Card. This means that a person who is polygamous, even though both marriages are legally valid, cannot be registered on two Family Cards (KK). This is because each resident can only have one Population Identification Number (NIK) which is recorded on one family card (KK). If more than one family card is recorded, it will be recorded as duplicate data. One case of having a SIN occurred in a person named Mr. S. Mr. S had 2 family cards. The reason he has two family cards is because he is polygamous which requires him to be the head of a family who has two wives and two family cards. This research discusses the Single Identity Number in the Family Card to reduce the number of unregistered marriage couples in Pekanbaru City and what factors inhibit the implementation of the Single Identity Number Family Card as well as the efforts made by the Pekanbaru City Government in the Family Card making service.
