Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak Metode Pembelajaran, Karakteristik Dosen terhadap Minat Belajar Mahasiswa melalui Kreativitas Dosen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif Universitas Nuku tahun akademik 2019/2022 sebanyak 489 mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 220 mahasiswa yang diambil dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Metode Pembelajaran berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Kreativitas Dosen. Karakteristik Dosen berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Kreativitas Dosen. Kreativitas Dosen berdampak terhadap Minat Belajar Mahasiswa.Metode Pembelajaran tidak berdampak pada Minat Belajar Mahasiswa. Karakteristik Dosen memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Belajar Mahasiswa. Metode pembelajaran berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa melalui kreativitas dosen. karakteristik dosen berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Belajar Mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to quantitatively evaluate the leadership factors that influence organizational performance. Through statistical approaches and data analysis, the study identifies key variables related to leadership effectiveness and how these variables impact organizational performance. The factors analyzed include leadership styles, communication, decision-making, motivation, and team development. Data were collected through surveys from various organizations in the industrial and service sectors. The results show that transactional and transformational leadership styles have a significant influence on organizational performance. Additionally, effective communication and participative decision-making were found to be major determinants of high performance. This study provides valuable insights for management practitioners in improving organizational performance through the development of more effective leadership, focusing on enhancing communication and employee involvement in decision-making processes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data tentang Pelaksanaan Perjanjian Kerjasama PT. Prima Wira Agung Dengan PT. Citra Palma Kencana di Kota Pekanbaru Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian hokum sosilogis yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara kepada pihak PT. Prima Wira Agung Dengan PT. Citra Palma Kencana sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Pada Penelitian ini penulis melakukan penelitian lansung pada lokasi penelitian untuk mendapatkan bahan, data-data yang berhubungan lansung dengan penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Surat Perjanjian 02/Badan Jalan/CPK/LGL-PKU/III/21 tanggal 4 Maret 2021 tentang Pembuatan Badan Jalan bahwa antara Pembanding semula Penggugat dengan Terbanding semula Tergugat sepakat untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan pengadaan tanah timbun mengandung batu bauksit 30% (tiga puluh persen) dengan volume pekerjaan sebesar 10.000 M3 (sepuluh ribu meter kubik) untuk pembuatan badan jalan di Desa Rumbaian, Kecamatan Gunung Anak Serka, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi Riau atas lokasi Kerja PT Citra Palma Kencana. Dengan Periode Pengiriman terhitung mulai dari tanggal 4 Maret 2021 sampai dengan tanggal 31 Juli 2021, dan menurut Bukti P-2 berupa Adendum Kesatu 02/Badan Jalan/CPK/LGL-PKU/III/21 tentang Pembuatan Badan Jalan bahwa volume pekerjaan ditambah 20.000 M3 (dua puluh ribu meter kubik) dan jangka waktu kerja diperpanjang sampai dengan 31 Juli 2021, oleh karena itu total pekerjaan pembuatan badan jalan dengan tanah timbun mengandung batu bauksit 30% (tiga puluh persen) adalah 30.000 M3 (tiga puluh meter kubik) yang akan digunakan untuk peningkatan jalan kebun. tidak dilakukan pembayaran dikarenakan dari Hasil Pemeriksaan Administrasi/Dokumen Tanah Timbun atas kegiatan pengiriman tanah timbun terjadi Manipulasi Penimbangan Tanah Timbun berdasarkan data timbangan dan durasi waktu pekerjaan yang tidak wajar.

Abstract

The phenomenon of the informal sector, including traders, is a common and growing phenomenon, one of which is in Indonesia. The increase in the informal sector is caused by the limitations of the formal sector in accepting more workers. One of the jobs in the informal sector is fruit traders. In business, fruit traders cannot be separated from what is called the existence of strategy, so that the growing role of strategy in the fruit trader community can contribute to supporting smooth activities in fruit traders. The aim of this research is to find out what strategies fruit traders use in selling fruit at the Arengka Morning Market, Pekanbaru city. In the midst of many traders selling fruit. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach using purposive sampling techniques. In this study, the researcher took 5 informants as subjects in research related to the formulation studied by the researcher. Through interviews, documentation and observation, researchers succeeded in finding and obtaining data regarding the profile of fruit traders, the obstacles and risks experienced by fruit traders, the reasons why fruit traders choose fruit as merchandise, as well as the forms of fruit traders' trading strategies used by traders at Pasar Pagi. Abstract

Giri Mekar Giri Mekar Village, as one of the coffee producers managed by the Giri Senang Forest Farmers Group. There are several obstacles to the development of coffee plants, namely climate change which can cause production to decline and a lack of business capital. The aim of this research is to determine revenue costs and income, determine the feasibility of farming and analyze the level of sensitivity to Arabica coffe farming. The analysis method used is through the NPV, IRR, NET B/C, and Payback Period values as well as sensitivity to production quantities, selling prices. The research carried out resulted in income of IDR 16,004,000 one year and income during the research of IDR 14,915,200 in one year. The NPV value obtained wa IDR 50,694,437, the IRR was 73%, the NET B/C was 10,65 and the Payback Period was 3,58 years. The level of sensitivity value to revenue has a maximum limit of 12% for price reductions, 11% reduction in production quantities and 9% increases in production costs. Arabica coffee plantations show that farming is still worth pursuing.

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical data on the influence of behavior and communication on organizational motivation. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social media on the low academic literacy of undergraduate students in the Management Study Program, Buana Perjuangan University, Karawang. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through questionnaires with 35 Management Study Program student respondents, as well as participatory observation in the campus environment. Data analysis was carried out using thematic analysis techniques to identify the main patterns and themes that emerged from the data. The research results show that social media has a complex impact on students' academic literacy. Some students admit that social media often distracts them from academic activities and reduces the time spent reading and writing in depth. In addition, the type of content often consumed on social media, which tends to be more entertainment than educational. However, there are also students who use social media as a source of academic information and discussion, although the number is relatively small.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Kepenghuluan Kencana, Balai Jaya Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir Regency which aims to find out the process of Javanese traditional marriage tradition in Kepenghuluan Kencana, the meaning contained in each procession of Javanese traditional marriage of Kepenghuluan Kencana, and the factors causing changes in the procession of Javanese traditional marriage of Kepenghuluan Kencana. In determining the research subject using criteria determined by the researcher with Purposive Technique. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of the study prove that the first procession is a procession before the implementation event, this procession is in the form of proposals and offerings, installing tratag, and kenduri. The second is the procession of the wedding ceremony which includes the marriage contract, panggih manten (berbalang gantal, ngidak tigan, putaran talak bala, sinduran, sungkeman, kacar-kucur, sulangan). And finally the procession after the wedding is the ngunduh mantu event. The Javanese traditional wedding procession is not just an ordinary process, but there are expectations from the family and the closest people to live a good household life. The Javanese traditional wedding procession has changed in several stages of the procession held, but now the community prefers to hold events that are considered important. This is influenced by several factors such as lineage, contact with other cultures, and environmental factors.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze body defects as a reason for divorce from the perspective of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). The results of the study show that body defects are recognized as a valid reason for divorce, but their application in legal practice is influenced by the social context and morality of society. Religious court judges consider a variety of factors, including emotional and psychological impacts, when deciding divorce cases related to physical disabilities. The social implications of stigmatizing individuals with physical disabilities were also discussed, demonstrating the need to increase awareness and social support for couples with physical disabilities.

Abstract

The choice of movies viewing services is a decision made by students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Universitas Riau in selecting between streaming services and cinema viewing, considering various factors that influence this choice. This research aims to uncover the internal and external factors influencing students in choosing film viewing services using popular culture theory. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed directly and online (Google Form). The results of the study show that the majority of FISIP Universitas Riau students prefer legal streaming services, with WeTV being the most popular service. Additionally, cinemas are also a popular choice among students, with CGV Transmart Pekanbaru being the most favored cinema. The internal factor that most influences movies viewing decisions among FISIP Universitas Riau students is interest. High interest indicates that individual preferences play a significant role in determining the choice of film viewing services. Meanwhile, the most influential external factor is lifestyle. This external factor shows that film viewing choices are also influenced by social trends and how students identify themselves within their social environment.
