Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of elementary school teachers' professional competence on student achievement. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational method, the study was conducted with teachers and fifth- and sixth-grade students at several public elementary schools selected purposively. Data on teacher professional competence were obtained through a questionnaire based on indicators from the Minister of National Education Regulation No. 16 of 2007, while student achievement was measured from report card scores in Mathematics, Indonesian, and Science. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and simple linear regression. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between teacher professional competence and student achievement (r = 0.628; p < 0.05), with a contribution of 39.4% to the variation in learning achievement. These findings confirm that teachers with good mastery of material, curriculum understanding, and learning strategies can significantly improve student academic achievement. The study recommends strengthening ongoing teacher professional development programs to improve the quality of elementary education.

Abstract

The use of study time is very important in successfully improving student learning achievement. The purpose of this study is to how the use of study time affects the learning achievement of Civil Engineering Study Program students, Faculty of Engineering Unima, How is the Learning Achievement of Civil Engineering Study Program students, Faculty of Engineering Unima, and is there an influence between the use of study time on the learning achievement of Civil Engineering Study Program students, Faculty of Engineering, Mando State University. The method used in this study is observation with a qualitative and descriptive approach to obtain an overview of the use of study time on student learning achievement. This approach emphasizes the role of the researcher as the main instrument in understanding the nature of the subject. Data collection methods involve triangulation, data analysis that has an inductive nature, and focus on meaning rather than generalization. The results of the data analysis obtained for the use of study time are 35 students (62.8%) with the category of sufficient use of study time while for the learning achievement of Civil Engineering Study Program students, Faculty of Engineering Unima is in the very satisfactory category with the results of 15 students (37.2%) and there is a relevant relationship if the use of study time students of Civil Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering Unima is less, the lower the achievement index achieved value with a significance level (p) of 0.010.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover teachers' perceptions of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the 3T (Underdeveloped and Remote Areas) region, focusing on a case study of Juanga Public Elementary School on Morotai Island. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, and document analysis. The results indicate that teachers have positive perceptions of the Independent Curriculum because it provides flexibility in learning and is oriented towards student character development. However, limited training, infrastructure, and resources hinder its implementation. A key finding of this study is the utilization of local potential as a curriculum adaptation strategy, which has proven effective in supporting project-based learning in remote areas. This confirms that the success of education policy implementation is determined not only by national policies but also by teachers' creativity in managing local resources. This research contributes to the development of education policy implementation theory and provides practical recommendations for the government in designing more contextual training programs for teachers in the 3T (Underdeveloped and Remote Areas) region.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan media digital oleh Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Maluku Utara dalam mempromosikan destinasi wisata unggulan daerah. Pergeseran trend promosi dari media konvensional menuju media digital telah memberikan peluang baru dalam memasarkan pariwisatan secara lebih luas, cepat, dan interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pejabat Dinas Pariwisata, observasi media sosial resmi, serta dokumentasi konten promosi digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahw Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Maluku Utara telah memanfaatkan media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan Youtube, serta website resmi sebagai sarana publikasi dengan tujuan untuk menarik wisatwan. Namun, pemanfaatan tersebut masih belum optimal karena keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, minimnya inovasi konten, serta kurangnya strategi digital marketing yang terintegrasi. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan strategi komunikasi digital, kolaborasi dengan kreator konten lokal, serta revitalisasi website pariwisata agar Maluku Utara mampu bersaing dengan destinasi lain di tingkat nasional maupun global.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Job Stress on Employee Performance at the National Road Implementation Agency of North Maluku Province. The population in this study consists of 298 employees at the National Road Implementation Agency of North Maluku Province. The type of research conducted is quantitative, with a sample of 85 employees taken using the census method. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative analysis with the help of SPSS 20 software.The results of this study show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the National Road Implementation Agency of North Maluku Province. Job stress also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the National Road Implementation Agency of North Maluku Province. Partial testing results found that there is a relationship between the work environment and employee performance, as well as between job stress and employee performance.

Abstract

Hemiscyllum halmahera merupakan salah satu spesies endemik perairan Maluku Utara. Publikasi sekaligus koleksi spesies hiu berjalan (walking shark) yang ditemukan hingga kini, baru ada sembilan spesies hiu berjalan yang ditemukan di dunia. Enam dari sembilan spesies tersebut ditemukan di wilayah Indonesia, sementara tiga lainnya tersebar terbatas di wilayah Papua Niugini dan utara Australia. Dan salah satu yang ditemukan di Indonesia adalah Hemiscyllum halmahera ini. Sebagai salah satu spesies endemik, tentu saja Hemiscyllum halmahera memiliki distribusi yang sangat terbatas sehingga spesies ini rentan terhadap kepunahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui spesies sebaran spesies Hemiscyllum halmahera di perairan pulau Tidore. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan Hemiscyllum halmahera ditemukan tersebar di Perairan Pantai Goto, Tugulufa, Dowora, Seli, Soadara, Akesahu, Tanjung Tongolo, Tanjung Mareku, Ome dan Perairan Toloa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial literacy and risk tolerance on investment decisions among Generation Z in West Bandung Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that the financial literacy level of Generation Z falls into the "good" category, with strengths in managing savings and loans, although their understanding of different types of insurance remains relatively low. Similarly, risk tolerance is also categorized as good, particularly in terms of adjusting investments to financial conditions, although readiness to face potential losses remains a challenge. Investment decisions are likewise classified as good, with portfolio evaluation and adjustment strategies being the strongest aspect, while investment diversification is still less than optimal. Regression analysis results show that both financial literacy and risk tolerance, whether partially or simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.551 indicates that 55.1% of the variation in investment decisions can be explained by these two variables. These findings emphasize that financial literacy and risk tolerance are crucial factors in shaping prudent investment behavior among young generations.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the integration of Islamic values in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on information and communication technology (ICT) at SMA Negeri 4 Kota Ternate. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that lesson planning is systematically carried out through school policies requiring the use of Islamic digital media in lesson plans. The learning process applies a blended learning model by utilizing PowerPoint, Islamic videos, and interactive applications that enhance student engagement, although challenges remain such as limited internet access, unequal device ownership, and digital distractions. The impact of ICT-based learning includes improved understanding, religious attitudes, and positive student habits. However, the evaluation system is still weak and requires more structured affective assessment instruments. This study highlights the importance of synergy between school policies, teacher competence, and evaluation support to optimize the integration of Islamic values through ICT-based learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and brand awareness on consumer purchase decisions of Fore Coffee on the Shopee E-Commerce platform. The background of this research is based on the increasing competition in the coffee shop business in Indonesia, particularly in utilizing digital media as a means of promotion and brand awareness development. As one of the local coffee brands, Fore Coffee implements various promotional strategies and builds brand awareness to enhance consumer purchase decisions. The research method used is quantitative with descriptive and associative approaches. The population in this study consists of Fore Coffee consumers who made purchases through Shopee, with a sample of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decisions of Fore Coffee. Likewise, brand awareness is proven to have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. Simultaneously, promotion and brand awareness variables significantly affect consumer purchase decisions of Fore Coffee on Shopee

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh endorsement influencer dan online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian produk smartphone Samsung pada masyarakat kecamatan Baleendah kabupaten Bandung. Peneliti ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, menyebarkan kuesioner kepada masyarakat kecamatan baleendah dengan jumlah 150 responden untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik endorsement influencer dan online customer review memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di masyarakat kecamatan baleendah.Endorsement influencer secara umum dinilai baik, dalam memberikan daya tarik meskipun pengetahuan yang dimiliki influencer menunjukkan beberapa kelemahan. Demikian pula, online customer review dinilai positif dalam membantu konsumen sebelum melakukan pembelian, meskipun terdapat keterbatasan dalam kedetailan informasi yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kepercayaan terhadap influencer serta optimalisasi online customer revew dapat mendorong konsumen dalam membuat keputusan pembelian. Rekomendasi praktis mencakup pemilihan influencer yang relevan dan terpercaya, serta penyediaan ulasan produk yang lengkap dan mendalam.
