Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price, customer reviews, and customer ratings on the purchasing interest of Nuku University students. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study is Nuku University students, totaling 515 people. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests), multiple linear regression, t-tests (partial tests), F-tests (simultaneous tests), and determination coefficient tests. The research results show that (1) price has a significant impact on purchase interest, (2) customer reviews do not have a significant impact on purchase interest, (3) customer ratings have a significant impact on purchase interest, and (4) price, customer reviews, and customer ratings have a simultaneous impact on purchase interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of conformity between the implementation of the SIMBA (BAZNAS Management Information System) application and the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 109 concerning Zakat, Infak, and Sedekah (ZIS) at BAZNAS Ternate City. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the process of collecting and distributing ZIS at BAZNAS Ternate City is in accordance with PSAK 109 provisions, particularly in the recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure of transactions. The financial reports generated by SIMBA are also consistent with PSAK 109 as they present the five main components, namely the statement of financial position, cash flow statement, statement of changes in funds, statement of changes in managed assets, and notes to the financial statements, including the separation of zakat, infak, and sedekah (ZIS) funds. However, there are several limitations, such as the absence of PSAK 109 application in cases of non-cash zakat in the form of fixed assets, as well as the management of infak/sedekah funds in the form of revolving fund enterprises. This study suggests that the central BAZNAS continue to update SIMBA features, BAZNAS Ternate City improve the competence of SIMBA management human resources, and strengthen transparency through regular publication of financial reports.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Attitude, and Locus of Control on the Consumer Behavior of KIP Kuliah recipients from the Faculty of Economics at Nuku University in Tidore Islands City. This research is quantitative research using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires, which were then measured using a five-point Likert scale. The research sample consisted of 95 students receiving KIP Kuliah scholarships. The data analysis method used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the assistance of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software. The research results show that: 1) Financial literacy, financial attitude, and locus of control simultaneously have a significant effect on the consumer behavior of students receiving KIP Kuliah at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Nuku, Kota Tidore Kepulauan. 2) Financial literacy partially has no and is not significant effect on the consumer behavior of students receiving KIP Kuliah at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Nuku, Kota Tidore Kepulauan. 3) Financial attitude partially has no and is not significant effect on the consumer behavior of students receiving KIP Kuliah at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Nuku, Kota Tidore Kepulauan. 4) Locus of control partially has a significant effect on the consumer behavior of students receiving KIP Kuliah at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Nuku, Kota Tidore Kepulauan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the In House Training (IHT) program in improving the quality of deep learning-based instruction at SMA Muhammadiyah Galela. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, involving 23 teachers from various subject areas as participants. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using an interactive model of data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that all participants successfully designed teaching modules aligned with the 2025 learning outcomes and the Merdeka Curriculum by integrating deep learning principles with Artificial Intelligence (AI). The training process, which included theoretical sessions, practical activities, and evaluation through module presentations, was effective in enhancing teachers’ competence, creativity, and collaboration. This study concludes that IHT is an adaptive and sustainable strategy to strengthen teacher professionalism and improve deep learning practices in secondary schools..

Abstract

This study explores the role of the Teacher Subject Forum (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran/MGMP) in enhancing teachers’ creativity in designing deep learning-based teaching modules at MAN 1 Sula. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research involved 15 teachers who actively participated in MGMP activities. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using an interactive model of data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that all participants successfully developed teaching modules aligned with the 2025 Merdeka Curriculum learning outcomes, emphasizing critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and communication. The MGMP sessions, consisting of material delivery, practice, and evaluation, effectively fostered innovation, reflective practices, and professional collaboration among teachers. Despite challenges such as limited digital infrastructure and varying levels of digital literacy, MGMP proved to be a relevant and effective platform for supporting curriculum implementation and improving the quality of deep learning in the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Management of Village Owned Enterprises in Balbar Village, find out the Welfare of the Balbar Village Community, and also the obstacles faced by Bumdes Berkah, this research took place in Balbar Village, North Oba District, Tidore Islands City, North Maluku Province, the research was conducted on November 4, 2022.This research is a descriptive qualitative research, and the methods used in data collection are: observation, interviews, and documentation, with a total of 7 informants.The results of the research are (1) The management of Bumdes Berkah in Balbar Village has been well managed and has fully implemented the management principles (2) Village-owned enterprises (umdes Berkah) have a significant effect on increasing the welfare of the people in Balbar Village because there are still units other Bumdes business units that are still active, the role of Bumdes related to income has been able to fulfill the needs of other communities (3) The constraints faced by Bumdes Berkah in operational costs and lack of human resources, it is very necessary to have training to improve human resources, the operational costs of the Bumdes waste management business unit require large capital to operate again, so the role of the related government is very important in the waste business

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital marketing on consumer buying interest at the shopee market place in Tidore District. Digital marketing is a marketing strategy that is that is carried out onlien using various digital media platforms, such as websites,social media,e-mail,and market places. One of the popular market places.one of the popular market places in Indonesia is Shoppe. The study uses a quantitative approach, by collecting data from respondents who are active shoppe users in Tidore Ditrict. The sample used in this study amounted to 40 respondents and used a non-probability sampling technique. The data analysic used was correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20 software.The results of the data analysis showed that there was a positive influence between digital marketing and consumer purchasing power of 3.45%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh investasi, wisatawan asing, dan ekspor terhadap perekonomian pdrb di provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa time series tahun 2001 – 2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa investasi, wisman dan ekspor berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 87.7% terhadap pdrb di provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the civil service police unit in the city of Tidore Islands. The sample taken in this research was 38 respondents. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach to test the level of reliability using Cronbach Alpha, then the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis tests. Hypothesis testing uses Test with a significance level of 5%. This research uses SPSS Version 20 tools. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis test show that employee performance is influenced by system and HR variables. The test results explain that information and decision making variables do not have a significant effect on employee performance, while system and HR variables have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the Determination test (R2) use an adjusted r square value of 0.540 or 54%. This shows that the independent variables (information, systems, human resources and decision making) can influence the dependent variable (employee performance) as seen from the R square of 58.9% and the remaining 41.1% is influenced by other variables that are not in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja perangkat desa Desa Bajo, Kecamatan Kayoa, Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan dalam bingkai Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa. Fokus penelitian meliputi pelaksanaan administrasi pemerintahan, pelayanan publik, perencanaan pembangunan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat pada tahun 2025. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yakni wawancara secara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan terdiri dari kepala desa, sekretaris desa, perangkat teknis, anggota BPD, dan tokoh masyarakat. Analisis data mengikuti model reduksi, penyajian, verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja perangkat desa belum optimal dalam aspek pelayanan public yang lambat dan belum terstandar, administrasi cenderung manual dan kurang terdigitalisasi, perencanaan kurang partisipatif, pemberdayaan masyarakat yang minim. Faktor penghambat utama adalah rendahnya kapasitas sumber daya manusia, kurangnya pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan lemahnya mekanisme pengawasan. Rekomendasi meliputi pelatihan berjenjang, digitalisasi administrasi, pembentukan indikator kinerja desa, dan penguatan partisipasi masyarakat.
