Abstract

This research analyzes the level of satisfaction of Mitra schools towards educational field practice students using a qualitative descriptive research method with a percentage formula. The focus of the research is the results of the analysis carried out at the training school for PLK students for the Odd Semester 2022/2023, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mahaputra Muhammad Yamin University. This research framework relies on the foundation of thoughts, ideas and policies in the 2022 PLK guidebook. There are 22 training schools for PLK, consisting of 10 middle schools and 12 high schools in public and private schools in Solok City and Regency. Comprehensive analysis of the data shows that the results of the Training School Satisfaction Survey for Educational Field Practice students can be concluded that the results of training school satisfaction with PLK on student Ethics were found to be in the highest percentage of very satisfied (88%), communication was obtained in a satisfied percentage (81%), the ability to use technology is also very satisfied (88%), self-development presentation is satisfied (83%) in the sense that PLK FKIP UMMY students are liked by many respondents and they feel very satisfied. This research explains in detail the essence of implementing PLK which can provide advantages and benefits for schools and tutors and provide an in-depth understanding of their roles.

Abstract

The curriculum has a central role in the world of education, serving as a guideline for designing and implementing the learning process. guidelines for designing and implementing the learning process. With a focus on the curriculum of SD Negeri 13 Batang Gasan, which is located in Batang Gasan, Padang Pariaman Regency, the diversity of students and the environment is an important factor in the development of education services. educational services. Diversity is considered an asset and a challenge that motivates the school to realize its vision with a commitment to guide students with compassion. This curriculum emphasizes active learning, creative, effective and fun, utilizing existing facilities and potential. The values of national culture and character, such as religion, honesty and tolerance, are integrated into all educational activities as part of the school's vision, are integrated in all educational activities as part of the school culture. Through the curriculum, SD Negeri 13 Batang Gasan is committed to implementing educational programs according to the characteristics, potential and needs of students. The curriculum development process involves the entire school community in coordination with stakeholders around the school. Abstract

Protection of Human Rights (HAM) in Indonesia has been mandated and maintained by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. However, the reality on the ground shows that there are a number of obstacles, including human rights violations by individuals, restrictions on freedom, and limitations in upholding human rights. Therefore, contributions from the theory of dignified justice are needed to overcome this problem. The research method applied in this research is a normative legal study using a statutory approach. Then the research results will be analyzed descriptively, analytically and prescriptively. The research results show that the theory of dignified justice places Pancasila as the highest source of law, linking it to justice and political ethics. Dignified justice emphasizes that the law must humanize humans and create a dignified society. By focusing on the essence of law, this theory creates a strong connection between values in the legal system. The reality of Human Rights (HAM) in Indonesia, as recognized by Law Number 39 of 1999, emphasizes that human rights are a gift from God that is inherent in human nature. Even though it is absolute and universal, there are serious challenges such as human rights violations, restrictions on freedom, and suboptimal enforcement. Issues involve violence, child abuse, bullying, and the injustice of the legal system.

Abstract

Young people are the buds, potential, and generation that will carry forward the ideals of the nation and state in the future. Children must undergo character development, which is a process that involves actions taken to live a worthy life. The character of a country determines how far the country can progress. Children need proper education to develop good character. Becoming better begins with knowledge, which also helps a person to distance themselves from negative traits such as acts of corruption. Corruption is the act of abusing trust in an organization or in something to benefit oneself. Corruption is behavior that can hurt many aspects of people's lives, including income, poverty, and economic growth. This can also cause several problems resulting in significant losses for the country. Therefore, efforts are needed to eradicate corruption, especially for children who are still in elementary school. Give children a definition of corruption and teach them the importance of respecting authority figures. This research aims to teach Indonesian citizen children in Kampung Pandan Malaysia that moral qualities can protect a person from negative things, such as corruption.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the dynamics of electronic contract agreements in digital business by conducting a comparative analysis and analyzing their legal implications. The research method used is a descriptive analytical approach by collecting data from various primary and secondary sources. The main findings of this study include the comparative analysis results between electronic contracts and conventional contracts, as well as the identification of key findings related to legal implications in digital business. The analysis results show that electronic contracts have different characteristics from conventional contracts, including in terms of proof, validity, and legal enforcement. Relevant legal implications in digital business include legal recognition of electronic transactions, consumer protection, dispute resolution, and taxation aspects. The conclusion of this study indicates the need for a deeper understanding of electronic contracts for legal practitioners, entrepreneurs, and researchers involved in digital business. The recommendations provided include the need for legal regulation adjustments, increasing public understanding of electronic contracts, and implementing appropriate legal practices in managing electronic contract agreements in digital business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the best roasted brownies with the substitution of coffee husk flour in making baked brownies that were preferred by the panelists. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatment levels and 3 replications. Observational data were analyzed using ANOVA and Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) advanced test at a level of 1%. The treatment in this study was the substitution of wheat flour with coffee husk flour (A=70:30, B=60:40, C=50:50, D=40:60, E=30:70). The results of this study indicate that the substitution of wheat flour with coffee husk flour has an effect on the water content, ash, fat, protein, and total sugar content. Based on the organoleptic test, the baked brownies with treatment C (wheat flour ratio: coffee husk flour = 50: 50) were the most preferred by the panelists and met the quality requirements of SNI 01-3840-1995 with a composition of water content (10.03%), ash content (0.95%), fat content (7.22%), protein content (15.23%), and total sugar content (32.71%).

This service was carried out with the aim of developing the public speaking skills of teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih. This ability is considered important so that the information conveyed by the teacher can be well received by the public. Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) serves as a comparative tool for assessing life expectancy, education, and living standards. It illustrates the extent to which the population has access to developmental outcomes such as income, health, and education. However, issues such as poverty persist even in regions like Banten. Indeed, poverty represents a significant and distressing social issue prevalent across various regions, including Provinsi Banten. This research aims to evaluate the 2023 poverty rates within Provinsi Banten, utilizing a blend of primary and secondary sources for data acquisition. Descriptive and correlation analyses serve as the methodologies employed in this study. The key variables investigated include Kemiskinan, Pengentasan Kemiskinan, and the human development index. It has been observed from the findings that the human development index significantly influences Kemiskinan in Provinsi Banten.

Abstract

Meskipun beragam definisi tentang literasi media telah dikemukakan oleh banyak pihak, namun secara garis besar menyebutkan bahwa literasi media berhubungan dengan bagaimana khalayak dapat mengambil kontrol atas media. Literasi media merupakan skill untuk menilai makna dalam setiap jenis pesan, mengorganisasikan makna itu sehingga berguna, dan kemudian membangun pesan untuk disampaikan kepada orang lain. Intinya adalah literasi media berusaha memberikan kesadaran kritis bagi khalayak ketika berhadapan dengan media. Kesadaran kritis menjadi kata kunci bagi gerakan literasi media. Literasi media sendiri bertujuan untuk, terutama, memberikan kesadaran kritis terhadap khalayak sehingga lebih berdaya di hadapan media. Sementara produser juga mengkonstruksikan isi media. Media memengaruhi khalayak dalam level sosial dan individual. Meski demikian, khalayak memiliki kemampuan untuk meng-handle media. Kemampuan tersebut berkaitan dengan bagaimana memilih media yang tepat, mengatur penggunaan media, kemampuan untuk memobilisasi media, serta bagaimana menginterpretasikan isi media. Literasi media bergerak dalam keempat hubungan di atas.

Abstract

Indonesia dengan posisi geostrategi yang unik dan memiliki kekayaan sumber daya alam yang melimpah, akan selalu menghadapi tantangan, gangguan dan bahkan ancaman. Kekayaan sumber daya alam Indonesia juga merupakan daya tarik tersendiri bagi bangsa lain untuk dieksploitasi secara damai maupun dikuasai secara paksa. Logika demokrasi yang sempit di era reformasi juga mengakibatkan menajamnya rivalitas politik, menguatnya isu kedaerahan dan faham federal dalam sistem otonomi. Nasionalisme bangsa Indonesia yang dibangun diatas landasan konsensus pada peristiwa Sumpah Pemuda 1928, terfragmentasi oleh berbagai kepentingan sempit dan sesaat yang tidak searah dengan kepentingan nasional. Saat ini di era kemajuan zaman dan teknologi kita juga menghadapi tantangan globalisasi. Globilasi masuk ke Indonesia melalui berbagai cara, dan dipermudah oleh media digital. Satu sisi ini adalah peluang untuk generasi bangsa bisa berkarya, namun di sisi lain bisa menjadi ancaman. Untuk itu kita harus menguatkan jati diri generasi muda. Penyuluhan wawasan kebangsaan adalah satu satu cara membentengi diri generasi muda kita dari pengaruh dan ancaman negatif. Wawasan kebangsaan yang kuat akan mampu menjadi landasan identitas yang kokoh sebagai anak bangsa. Wawasan kebangsaan penting bagi generasi bangsa Indonesia karena dapat menjadi pedoman, dorongan, motivasi dan rambu-rambu dalam menentukan segala keputusan, kebijaksanaan, tindakan dan perbuatan bagi penyelenggara negara di tingkat pusat maupun daerah untuk seluruh rakyat Indonesia dalam kehidupan berbangsa, bermasyarakat dan bernegara. Penyuluhan peningkatan wawasan kebangsaan bagi pemuda pelopor se- Kabupaten Pariaman ini merupakan langkah kecil yang dlakukan untuk menguatkan generasi muda yang berada di nagari-nagari untuk siap menghadapi berbagai tantangan masa kini dan yang akan datang.
