Abstract

This study examines the impact of Human Development Index (HDI) and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) on poverty in South Sulawesi Province using quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis techniques and panel data from 24 Districts/Cities. Results from SPSS version 26 indicate that HDI insignificantly affects poverty (p = 0.413, t = 0.821, β = 1.523), while GRDP significantly influences poverty (p = 0.000, t = 5.441, β = 0.978). These findings suggest that policymakers should consider GRDP growth to alleviate poverty, rather than relying solely on HDI. This research provides valuable insights for the South Sulawesi government to address poverty based on income levels, as reported by the South Sulawesi Central Bureau of Statistics, and to monitor HDI and GRDP trends annually.

Abstract

Confidentiality of patient personal data is also a patient's right which is regulated in Law number 29 of 2004 and Law number 44 of 2009. Along with the development of technology, some loopholes can be exploited by cybercrime perpetrators. in general, they use malware programs to hack the target's computer system. The Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE) articles 30 and 31 regulate illegal access to systems belonging to other people or the public. Articles 32 and 34 also regulate illegal access and transactions with electronic documents owned by other people or the public. Violators can be charged using article 48 of the ITE Law. To date, no law specifically regulates the crime of hacking using malware on artificial intelligence technology used in hospitals. This research method is normative juridical with descriptive research methods. The specific legal basis (lex specialis) that regulates the protection of patient personal data concerning the illegal buying and selling of patient data (information business and electronic technology) that uses AI does not yet exist in the law, the closest thing is Article 67 of the Personal Data Protection Law in a general context. In this case, it can result in a legal vacuum, legal uncertainty or uncertainty about statutory regulations, or legal chaos.

Abstract

Government organizations must always improve their performance according to the needs of a developing society. The survey results showed that the public did not get satisfaction so they got the highest "B" score for public services and service units. The basis for implementing Community Satisfaction Monitoring is the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Preparing Community Satisfaction Monitoring in Public Service Units. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of digital culture, coordination, job satisfaction on the performance of financial manager employees of KPPN Balige work partners through the mediating variable, namely organizational commitment, using data processing techniques for a sample of 92 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires that used a 5-point Likert Scale to measure the statements of the five variables studied. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that partially coordination, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance do not have a significant effect on the performance of financial manager employees. Only the digital culture variable influences the performance of financial management employees of KPPN Balige partners who oversee 4 (four) districts. So it can be concluded that in general digital culture, coordination and job satisfaction have no or very little influence on organizational commitment because most employees do not want to work in the current agency or organization.

Abstract

Many studies in the banking sector have explained the significant increase in digital technology-based financial inclusion because it is able to exceed targets, increase people's financial understanding and provide easy access to financial products and services. However, little research was found in the unbanked sector that could be a consideration for increasing financial inclusion in digital technology. This article aims to analyze the use of digital media, human resource capabilities in using digital media, and digital fund fundraising strategies towards digital financial inclusion literacy of zakat, infaq, alms and social religion (ziska) in Lazismu Sangkapura, Gresik Regency. This research uses a descriptive-phenomenological approach with qualitative methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection procedures include literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. The analytical tool uses SWOT analysis to test the validity of the data against the research objectives. This research found that Lazismu Sangkapura has used the digital space for Ziska financial inclusion literacy less than optimally. Several practical analyzes identified that digital platforms are limited to m-banking transfers, individual resources are less skilled or trained in operating digital media, fundraising strategies implemented through digital programs have a positive trend of growing ziska fund acquisition and equitable distribution. Various inhibiting factors must be addressed comprehensively, such as institutional management, media, resources and strategies for realizing Ziska digital financial inclusion literacy.
