Abstract

Mulhani, 2024, Tamtsl qadat shakhsiat aleph f film mutaharrik "alifi 2053" lijurj 'abu mahy (dirsat alsmiyah). Jambi. Program Studi Bahasa dan Sastra Arab, Fakultas Adab dan Humaniora, Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Syaifuddin Jambi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang representasi kepemimpinan tokoh Aleph dalam film animasi “Alephia 2053”. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan kepemimpinan yang direpresentasikan tokoh Aleph dalam film “Alephia 2053” dilihat dari analisis represenment, object, dan interpretant. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu metode dokumentasi atau screenshot dan menganalisa data yang telah terkumpul untuk mendapatkan jawaban dari penelitian yang peneliti lakukan. Adapun berdasarkan penelitian yang peneliti lakukan dapat diperoleh bahwa didalam film “Alephia 2053” tokoh Aleph merepresentasikan kepemimpinan yang otoriter. Ditunjukkan melalui sepuluh adegan yaitu dari segi represenment berupa otoritas tertinggi berada di tangan raja aleph, sistem keamanan proaktif, dan runtuhnya kekuasaan raja aleph., dari segi object berupa doktrin raja berdaulat, dinasti Aleph, penyerapan budaya barat atau westernisasi, serta penyampaian aspirasi masyarakat kepada pemerintah melalui bunga mawar merah dan pemberontakan. Dan dari segi interpretant berupa kebijakan penjatahan makanan, kebijakan alephia atas / alephia bawah dan kebijakan penggersangan.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the intrinsic elements (theme, plot, characterizations, setting, language style) in the film "Theeb" by Naji Abu Nowar, and to determine the moral message in the film "Theeb" by Naji Abu Nowar. This research uses qualitative research. The data source for this research is the Jordanian Arabic film “Theeb”, and from several related or relevant books, journals, and theses. The object of this research is the intrinsic elements contained in the film Theeb. Using the documentation method with a descriptive approach which was analyzed using inductive data analysis. The results of the analysis of Theeb film's research, there are two themes in this film, namely major and minor themes, the conflict of changes in manual transportation using camels and horses with Hijaz rail transportation and the introduction of Bedouin cultural customs. There are three plots in Theeb's film, namely the beginning of the conflict, the culmination of the conflict, and the settlement. The plot in Theeb's film uses a forward plot. There are six dominant characters in Theeb film, namely Theeb, Husein, Sheikh, Marji, Edward, and Hasan. This film has five place settings and three time settings, namely the Theeb family settlement, Roman Well, Mountain or Cliff, Train, and Station. The setting of this film is Morning, Afternoon, and Night. This film has two language styles, namely rhetorical and figurative. This film has two moral messages, namely the moral message of human relations with themselves and human relations with other humans. From the results of the analysis in Theeb film, it can be concluded that this film has two themes, three plots, six characters, five place settings, three time settings, two language styles and two moral messages

Abstract

The novel “قلب الليل” tells the dramatic story of a man named Ja'far. Ja'far was once at the peak of happiness before he fell into a valley of suffering. He became impoverished, his family life fell apart, and he became involved in a politically motivated murder case. The strong emotional pressures from his past led Ja'far to face difficult situations in his life. Ja'far displays a range of emotions when confronted with these challenging situations. Therefore, this study aims to uncover the basic emotions of the main character in the novel “قلب الليل”, Ja'far, from the perspective of David Krech. This research employs David Krech's literary psychology approach to explore characters' emotions in literary works. This is a qualitative-descriptive study. The primary data source is the novel “قلب الليل” by Naguib Mahfouz. Data collection techniques include reading and note-taking. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, involving data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study finds that the basic emotions of the main character in the novel “قلب الليل” include: two types of anger, two types of sadness, one type of joy, and one type of fear.

Abstract

Reading is considered one of the fundamental skills through which a person understands the relationship between written symbols and spoken sounds. The ideal proficiency in reading is evident when a person can read effectively, comprehend texts, and expand their vocabulary. Through reading, a person can understand the Holy Quran, the Hadiths, and Arabic language books. One of the schools where Arabic is taught is Al-Rayah Islamic Elementary School in Sukabumi. The lack of diversity in the teacher's use of educational aids and the students' perception of the difficulty of learning Arabic indicate their reluctance to learn it. The objective of this research is to determine the method of using the picture guessing game and its effectiveness in teaching reading skills. This research is a qualitative and quantitative study using an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The data obtained are in numerical form through observation, interviews, and tests. The data analysis method employed by the researcher is the t-test using the Excel program to determine (p(T<=t), two-tail). The research reached two conclusions: the use of the picture guessing game in teaching reading skills consists of two versions: one implemented through PowerPoint and the other using written tools. The effectiveness of using the picture guessing game was evaluated through statistical calculation in Excel. The pretest and posttest results showed a (P(T<=t), two-tail) value of 0.000778484, which is less than 0.05. This means that H0, which states that the use of the game is not effective, is rejected, and H1, which states that the use of the game is effective, is accepted.

Abstract

This research highlights the position of rhetoric in the classical Arabic tradition, as well as several literary genres that developed during that period,particularly those with unique characteristics that distinguish them from the literature of other nations. The aim is to explain how the Arab people paid great attention to the importance of beauty and effectiveness in language to strengthen the message conveyed to the listener. In addition, this study also aims to explore the characteristics and uniqueness of several literary genres such asal-qas}i>dah, al-khamriyyah, al-maqa>mah, dan al-ams|a>l. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a text analysis method where data is taken from various references, especially those related to classical Arabic literature. The findings are as follows: 1) The Arabs have long emphasized the aspects of beauty and effectiveness in speech, even before rhetoric (al-balagha) became a formal academic discipline. 2) In the classical Arab tradition, there are several literary genres that are unique and distinct from those of other cultures, reflecting the creativity of Arab writers at that time.

Abstract

The vocabulary mastery of students at MAN 1 Kota Padang is relatively low. This issue is attributed to the lack of variety in instructional media, which diminishes students' motivation to learn. Therefore, engaging learning media such as Wordwall and Quizizz are needed to improve vocabulary learning outcomes. This study aims to investigate the effect of using Wordwall and Quizizz on students' vocabulary learning outcomes. A quantitative approach with an experimental method was employed. The research sample consisted of two classes: an experimental class using Wordwall and Quizizz, and a control class that did not use these media. Data were collected through observation and tests. Data analysis included normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing using a t-test. The results showed a t-value of 3.416 with a significance level of 0.001, which is less than 0.05. This indicates that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, demonstrating a significant effect of using Wordwall and Quizizz on students' vocabulary learning outcomes at MAN 1 Kota Padang. Thus, Wordwall and Quizizz are proven to be effective in enhancing students' vocabulary learning outcomes. Keywords: Arabic Learning, Quizizz, Vocabulary, Wordwall

Abstract

Abstract:When reading a literary work, readers naturally have their own opinions regarding the work. The presence of a literary work becomes valuable when it receives various forms of acceptance and responses from readers, which can be examined through several aspects, one of which is the readers’ emotional aspect. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the classification of readers’ emotional responses to Maulid Simth al-Durar using the approaches of Literary Reception and Literary Psychology. The researcher employed a descriptive qualitative analysis method by relying on data in the form of readers’ responses to this qasidah, focusing solely on the emotional aspect, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and text analysis. The results of the study indicate, first, that readers give diverse emotional responses. This research contributes to understanding how readers respond to literary works and how literary works, in turn, influence readers.

Abstract

This study aims to describe in depth the patterns of errors in Arabic writing and the factors causing these errors in the use of the imla’ mandzur method in class VIII 2 at Al-Falah Islamic Junior High School in Jambi. This study is decriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The reserch subjects consisted of Arabic language teachers and eighth grade students. Data analysis was carried out throught the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that there were five patterns of writing errors mare by students, namely errors in connecting letters, errors in writing hamzah qath’I, errors in reducing letters, errors in writing similar-sounding Hijaiyyah letters, and errors in wriring harakat. The factors causing these errrors include diverse educational backgrounds, lack of practice in writing Arabic, and concentration factors, namely lack of focus during learning. The implications of this study indicate that the application of the imla’ mandzur method needs to be accompanied by intensive practice and guidance so that students are able to write letters or spellings in Arabic according to the correct writing rules, as well as providing input for teachers to improve the effectiveness of Arabic writing intruction in schools. This research also contributes to improving students’ accuracy and motivation in Arabic writing.

Abstract

تستكشف هذه الدراسة حضور اللغة العربية ووظائفها داخل المشهد اللغوي في شارع هالدون بمنطقة لاكيمبا، وهي ضاحية متعددة الثقافات في مدينة سيدني بأستراليا. وبالاستناد إلى إطار باكاوس (2007)، تحلل الدراسة عشرين لافتة تجارية ومؤسسية لبحث توزّع اللغة العربية إلى جانب الإنجليزية ولغات أخرى. تكشف النتائج أن العربية تظهر بصيغتين: الفصحى والخط المعرّب، وذلك في سياقات قاعدية متنوّعة تشمل المحال والمطاعم ووكالات الخدمات. كما تُظهر الدراسة تبايناً في درجات هيمنة اللغات، يتراوح بين التوازن الثنائي وبين غلبة الإنجليزية أو العربية، بما يعكس آليات تفاوض الهوية لدى المجتمعات المهاجرة. ويتبيّن أن العربية، إضافةً إلى دورها الاتصالي، تعمل كعلامة على الهوية الثقافية الإسلامية، مما يعزّز التماسك المجتمعي والحضور الرمزي في مجتمع متعدد اللغات. وتقدّم هذه الدراسة إسهاماً في النقاشات الأوسع حول هوية اللغة والممارسات متعددة اللغات، ودور العربية كلغة تراثية ولغةٍ للشتات في السياقات العالمية المعاصرة.

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة الفروقات في مصطلحات القرابة بين اللغة اليابانية والعربية من منظور علم اللغة الاجتماعي. وقد كشفت التحليلات أن مصطلحات القرابة في اللغة اليابانية تتأثر بمفهوم "أوتشي–سوتو" 内・外 (الداخل والخارج)، حيث تميّز اللغة اليابانية بين 叔父 (أوجي) الذي يشير إلى عمّ الشخص نفسه، وおじさん (أوجيسان) الذي يُستخدم لعمّ شخص آخر. وعلى العكس من ذلك، تعكس مصطلحات القرابة في اللغة العربية تمييزًا مبنيًا على النسب، حيث تبرز أهمية "النسب" كعامل أساسي، وتؤكد على قوة روابط الدم. يظهر هذا بوضوح في التفريق بين "عمّ" الذي يشير إلى العمّ من جهة الأب، و"خال" الذي يشير إلى العمّ من جهة الأم. تُسهم نتائج هذه الدراسة في فهم الكيفية التي تُشكّل بها البنى السوسيولغوية مصطلحات القرابة في نظم لغوية مختلفة. وتوسّع هذه الدراسة من نطاق المقارنة بين اللغة اليابانية والعربية من خلال ربط البُنى اللغوية بالتوجه الاجتماعي؛ كالانسجام الجماعي في اليابانية مقابل التسلسل النسَبي في العربية. كما تسلط الضوء على تقاطع اللغة والثقافة والسلوك الاجتماعي كمجال جوهري في أبحاث علم اللغة الاجتماعي. وتقترح الدراسة أن يتم في المستقبل استكشاف مصطلحات القرابة في لغات أخرى ذات أنساق اجتماعية متميزة، بهدف تعميق الفهم المقارن بين الثقافات.
