Abstract

This research was conducted based on the results of observations at SDN 20 Ampenan, namely the low problem solving ability of students, especially in social studies subjects. This is because teachers tend to use the one-way (conventional) method and the teacher lacks variety in applying learning methods. Therefore, there is a need for an update in implementing the learning method, namely using the Brainwriting method. Based on this, this study aims to determine the effect of the Brainwriting method on problem solving abilities in social studies class V at SDN 20 Ampenan, Mataram District, in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The population and sample in this study were all students of class VB as the experimental class and students of class VA as the control class. Data collection methods used are observation, tests, and documentation. The instrument used is an observation sheet on the implementation of learning the Brainwriting method and a problem-solving ability test. In testing the instrument, the researcher used the expert validity test. The data analysis in this study begins with a normality test using the Kolmogrov Smirnov formula with a significance level of 5% (0.05) followed by homogeneity testing and research hypothesis testing. Then the problem solving ability data were analyzed by t-test to determine the research hypothesis. The results of data analysis showed that the value of sig.2 tailed was 0.000, which was less than 0.05, so based on the research hypothesis, if the value of sig.2 tailed was <0.05 t-table, then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. This shows that there is an effect of the Brainwriting method on problem solving abilities in social studies lessons for class V SDN 20 Ampenan for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

Mathematics is a universal science that underlies the development of modern technology. In the reality, mathematics learning activities have a higher level of learning difficulty compared to other subjects, especially in fractional operations. This can be seen when the learning process takes place, the lack of interest and attention of students towards learning mathematics, students passive interaction with the teacher and the use of conventional methods as learning methods. This study aims to determine the types of learning difficulties in mathematics on the material of fractional arithmetic operations and the improvement efforts made by teacher in class III SDN 3 Terong Tawah in overcoming students' learning difficulties. This research is a qualitative research that apply descriptive method. The research was conducted at SDN 3 Terong Tawah with the research subjects with the research subjects being 6 third grade students who had difficulty learning mathematics and who scored below the KKM. Data collection techniques using diagnostic tests, interviews and documentation. Data analysis of Interactive Analysis Method. The results of the study showed that students had difficulty learning the material for fractional arithmetic operations. The types of mathematical difficulties experienced by students are difficulties in reading and understanding the meaning of the questions, difficulties in understanding mathematical concepts in fractional counting operations material, and students having difficulty in processing skills in working on fractional arithmetic operations. The improvement efforts used by the third grade teacher of SDN 3 Terong Tawah are by holding special tutoring, repeating material that has not been understood by students and making improvements or remedial to students who get scores below the KKM.

Abstract

In this 21st century era, there is a huge change accoured in the world called industrial revolution 4.0. In this era, a High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) of fifth grade students at 30 Mataram Elementary School year 2020/2021 in order to be able to compete and participate directly in this industrial revolution 4.0. This study focusing on 6 aspects of critical thinking, such as focus, reason, inference, situation, clarity and overview. This study used descriptive qualitative approach. The samples of this study were fifth grade students at 30 Mataram Elementary School. Data collecting methods used were test, observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this study showed that 25,71% of students' got result that were categorized as very good, 40,00% of students' result were categorized as good, 22,86% of students' result were categorized as fair and the rest of 11,43% were categorized as poor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between group learning activities and the learning outcomes of class IV social studies content at SDN Kalijaga cluster 05, Aikmel sub-district. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational study approach. The techniques used for data collection are questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were processed using the Product Moment correlation analysis technique assisted by the SPSS version 16.0 for windows program. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were all fourth grade students at SDN Gugus 05, Aikmel District, while the samples were grade IV at SDN 1 Kalijaga Selatan, SDN 1 Kalijaga Timur, SDN 2 Kalijaga and class IV at SDN 3 Kalijaga. The results showed that the group learning activity score was 41.4 (high). While the complete value of student learning outcomes for social studies content is 89.6 (good). The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a significant relationship between group learning activities and students' social studies content learning outcomes as indicated by a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001 <0.05 at a significance level of 5% with a Correlation Coefficient value of 0.399 (rcount)> 0 ,2027 (rtable). So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant relationship between group learning activities and the learning outcomes of social studies content for students at SDN Cluster 05 Kalijaga, Aikmel District, for the 2020/2021 academic year. This means that the better the group learning activities carried out by the teacher, the better the students' learning outcomes. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation to learn during the Covid-19 pandemic in fifth grade students at SDN 03 Ketapang Raya, Keruak District, for the 2020/2021 academic year. The results of this study are that the learning motivation of grade V students at SDN 03 Ketapang Raya, Keruak District, East Lombok Regency during the covid-19 pandemic is classified as good, indicated by: 1) Students have shown an attitude of desire and desire to succeed in learning even during the covid-19 pandemic. 19; 2) Students have shown an attitude of encouragement and need in learning; 3) Students have shown an attitude of hope and ideals in the future; 4) Students have shown an attitude of appreciation in learning; 5) Students have shown an attitude of interesting activities in learning during the covid-19 pandemic; 6) Students demonstrate a conducive learning environment during the covid-19 pandemic Keywords: Student Learning Motivation, Covid-19 Pandemic Period

Abstract

This research aims to describe the educational values of karater contained in the traditional games of the sasak tribe in the village of babussalaam gerung west Lombok. The research approach used is qualitative research with ethnography methods. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses Milles and Huberman Model data analysis. The results showed that there are character education values in traditional engklek games, traditional congklak games, and traditional catfish starch games. In traditional games, the value of character education includes peace- love, faith and piety, love of the environment, love of the homeland, hard work, learners, creative, brave, discipline, cooperation, solidarity, honesty and deliberation. With the highest percentage of appearances, namely independent characters with a percentage of 100%, then religious characters with a percentage of 75% and continued with mutual aid characters with a percentage of 66%. In traditional games congklak integrated character education values include peace, faith and piety, love of the environment, love of the homeland, hard work, learners, creative, brave, discipline, cooperation, family, honesty and deliberation. With the highest percentage of appearances, namely independent characters with a percentage of 100%, then religious characters with a percentage of 75% and continued with mutual aid characters with a percentage of 66%. In traditional games pati lele integrated character education values include peace, faith and devotion, love of the environment, love of the homeland, hard work, learners, creative, discipline, cooperation, solidarity, honesty and deliberation. With the highest percentage of appearances, namely independent characters with a percentage of 80%, then religious characters with a percentage of 75% and continued with mutual aid characters with a percentage of 66%. The three games are very suitable for cultivating independent, religious and mutual cooperation characters in children.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the problems that occurred in grade 1 students, namely the activeness of students at school. This study aims to determine the activity of students in grade 1 using an inquiry approach or without an inquiry approach. This research method was carried out on grade 1 students at SDN Tunjung 4 Burneh. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. In this research, knowledge is built to find out and solve a problem that exists in school. This type of research used is Classroom Action Research. Based on the results that have been described that in the first cycle student activity is very less, where the acquisition of information or how to convey learning that is applied by the teacher using the lecture model, while in the second cycle students are very enthusiastic and very active in class. . So it can be concluded that the inquiry approach applied by researchers in the learning process has a very important effect on student activity, therefore, for future learning, it is more important to prioritize an effective approach for students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability to write short stories for fifth grade students of SDN 7 Mataram in the academic year 2020/2021 in terms of (1) completeness of formal aspects, (2) story elements such as themes, characters, setting and plot, (3) effective sentences, use of spelling, and coherence between paragraphs. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The population in this study was the population in this study were all students of class VB at SDN 7 Mataram. The data sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. While the data collection method used documentation analysis in the form of short stories by students. The instrument used in this research is the short story assessment rubric which has been validated by experts usingtechniques expert judgment. The data analysis used iscontent analysis because this study will analyze short stories (short stories) for fifth grade students at SDN 7 Mataram. The results of the students' short story analysis showed that in terms of the completeness of the formal aspects, the fifth grade students of SDN 7 Mataram obtained 38.75% results, and were included in the low category, in terms of story elements they were in the very good category because the average obtained was very good. which is 96.25%, in terms of effective sentences, it can be categorized as sufficient because the average value is 62.5%, in terms of spelling usage, which is 81.25%, it is in the good category, in terms of the aspect of inter-paragraph cohesiveness, it is categorized as very good because it is average. the average score is 91.25%. The results of the average value of 20 short stories by class V students of SDN 7 Mataram in terms of completeness of formal aspects, the existence of short stories elements, effective sentences, completeness of spelling, and coherence between paragraphs is 73.25%, it can be concluded that the ability to write short stories of class students V SDN 7 Mataram is in quite good category.

Abstract

This research aimd to find the influence of Peer Teaching Method students poetry writing skill at IV grade students of SDN 1 KAWO in academic year 2021/2022. The method used in this research is quasi experiment with research Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique. The sample of this research is 38 students. In the control class used conventional methods and in the experimental class used Peer Teaching Method. The instrumen used to collect data is the skill of writing poetry by using rubric and observation sheet. the data obtained were tested by using t-test formula that is test Polled Variance at 5% significant level. The results showed that the average value of Pretest experimental class is 61 and the average Pretest grade of control is 55,1. After the action done in both classes, the average of posttest of experiment class obtained is 74,4 and control class is 62,7. Result of t-count of hypotesis test in experiment control class are -0,015, while result of ttable by using interpolation formula is -2,662 Based on the result of hypothesis testing, it is obtained tcount ≥ ttable at a significant level of 5%, then HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore it can be concluded that the use of peer teaching method influenced the skill of poerty writing at IV grade student of SDN 1 Kawo in academic year 2021/2022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Maria tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kela IV SDN 3 Maria. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji anova satu jalur dengan bantua SPSS 16 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peroleh Fhitung sebesar 4.617 dan nilai sig 0.00 < 0.05 maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 3 Maria Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Sehingga pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS berada pada kategori sedang.
