Abstract

Organizational change and development occur through a coherent discourse of change to strengthen culture, structure, and process. Today's organizations are moving dynamically to create new approaches to change. Change is important for organizations to compete and meet internal and external demands, in order to continue to exist and be trusted by the community. This article is compiled using a literature review study approach, starting from reviewing theories relevant to educational change management, then conducting a review. Based on the study conducted, it is known that the results of the study emphasize the importance of adaptation to the paradigm shift of the leader's vision in sustainable change management, teacher readiness for change and school innovation is very important in facing the global education reform movement. In other matters, it is necessary to explore future education business opportunities involving issues of commercialization and education business that present challenges in directing education in a sustainable direction.

Abstract

A will is a message about a good thing that will be carried out after a person dies. The testament comes from the word washa which means to convey or give a message or forgiveness. In other words, a will is property given by its owner to another person after the giver dies. The concept of a will in Islam refers to the transfer of assets to distant relatives or relatives who do not have inheritance rights as well as to other people. From this concept, a theory of legal reasoning regarding will law emerged, which then developed to include reasoning about its legal posistion. The aim of Islamic law is to realize the benefit of the people. One of the aspects that is the focus of this study is wills, namely the posistion of wills in the inheritance distribution system, the legal impact of testamentary events, and the legal posistion of Islmaic wills in the Indonesian legal system.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation of curriculum planning, whether it is in accordance with the development of the times applied in Madrasah Aliah Negeri 3 North Aceh and what are the factors that hinder the curriculum planning. This research is a field study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique uses observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions from the data that has been collected. Meanwhile, to ensure the validity of the data, triangulation techniques with theory are used. The results of this study show that: (1) The planning of the MAN 3 North Aceh curriculum has been running in a structured manner such as the preparation of prota, prosem, time allocation program, syllabus, lesson plan, KKM and others, but it is still necessary to align the plans that have been made so that everything can be carried out as planned at the planning meeting which is held routinely at the beginning of the school year. (2) Obstacles that arise in the curriculum planning process at MAN 3 North Aceh are caused by human resources (HR) in madrasas. Lack of awareness of each individual's responsibility, cognitive ability, and professionalism of human resources are the main factors in the emergence of these obstacles. (3) As an effort to overcome the obstacles that arise, improving the quality of human resources is the main solution in the success of madrasah curriculum planning activities. Good madrasah resources will result in the achievement of educational goals optimally.

Abstract

The flow of globalization makes many people and even educators do not understand the theories and educational concepts of previous muslim scholars and philosophers, for example the learning models of Imam Al-Ghazali in the book Ihya Ulumuddin. Formulation problems: 1. What is the learning model of Imam Al-Ghazali in the Ihya Ulumuddin book? 2. How is the relevance of Imam Al-Ghazali’s learning model of Ihya Ulumuddin in current context? The purpose of this study is to analyze the learning model of Imam Al-Ghazali in Ihya Ulumuddin with the contemporary context. This is qualitative research (library research) with a pedagogical approach. The nature of research is descriptive, the data collection served with documentation and techniques content analysis. The results of the study: 1. The learning model of Imam Al-Ghazali in Ihya Ulumuddin is the learning model of tahshil wa waqfah, istikhraju wa aktsaru himam, ikhtilafu bi hal and ‘ilm al-mu’amalah wa al-riyadhah. 2. Imam Al-Ghazali’s learning model in ihya ulumuddin is relevant to contextual, cooperative, problem-based and active learning models. Imam Al-Ghazali’s learning model mentions the steps to discuss and guide students. This learning model is relevant to be applied in this contemporary era.

Abstract

The Family Planning Program (KB) according to Islamic law is permissible (Mubah) if it is carried out as a form of family birth control/sparing births or a temporary pregnancy prevention effort in connection with special situations and conditions for the benefit of the family concerned or for the benefit of the people. Furthermore, the Family Planning (KB) program is illegal (Haram) if the goal is to limit a certain number of families/children, for example two or three children for each family in all situations and conditions without exception. This study examines the causative factors that cause the people of BlangCrum Village, Muara Dua District, Lhokseumawe City to participate in the Family Planning (KB) program, using qualitative research using library research and field research methods. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors causing the people of BlangCrum Village, Muara Dua District, Lhokseumawe City to participate in the Family Planning (KB) program are as follows: Practicality because they are busy with work, maternal and child health, family economic ability, religious interests, desire to raise children well and psychological factors.The Family Planning Program (KB) which is participated in by residents of BlangCrum Village, Muara Dua District, Lhokseumawe City, has implications for fostering a sakinah family in the village, namely; improving maternal health and harmonious marital relations, influencing children's intelligence and health, fulfilling care and affection for children and achieving well-being of life.

Abstract

Religious knowledge is a science that every Muslim, male and female, must be able to read the Koran, this is the beginning of education that must be given by parents to children, so the author is very interested in raising a title "The Role of PAI Teachers in Cultivating Love." "Reading the Koran to Students of SMP Negeri 2 Alue Gampong". Day by day, people's love of reading the Koran is decreasing. As a result, more and more people cannot read the Koran, let alone understand the contents of the Koran. In fact, studying the Qur'an can have a good influence on a person so that they become a Qur'anic teenager. Therefore, Islamic Religious Education Planning is very important in fostering a love of reading the Koran in society. The purpose of writing this journal is to find out the planning, obstacles faced, and efforts made by the Imam of Ceumpedak Village to foster a love of reading the Al-Qur'an in the Ceumpedak village community. The data source in this research is the Religious Chair of Ceumpedak Village. The data collection techniques in this research are through observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use inductive methods, namely reducing data, presenting data, and verifying data or drawing conclusions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the curriculum innovation implemented in SMA Science Plus Baitul Qur'an Sragen. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through observation, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is comparative logic analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The curriculum used integrates the character-based National Curriculum and the Science Plus Baitul Qur'an Curriculum, which includes tahfidz programs, Turats book studies, and foreign language learning. These programs are carried out both inside and outside the classroom. The results of the study indicate that curriculum development is carried out systematically through needs analysis and continuous evaluation. Challenges faced by researchers include time constraints, limited relevant literature, and adjustments to student characteristics. However, through effective collaboration, the curriculum was successfully developed and implemented.

Abstract

Law Number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking is a statutory regulation that regulates the sharia economy in Indonesia. This law came into force on 16 July 2008. This law regulates: Sharia principles, economic democracy, prudence in sharia banking, sharia bank business licensing, types and business activities of sharia banks, feasibility of channeling funds, controlling shareholders, board of commissioners and directors, sharia supervisory board and governance. In compiling this article, the author used qualitative research using library research. As for the nature of the research, the author uses descriptive research. Before discussing the concrete forms of economic welfare and sharia economics, it is necessary to first know the similarities in the characteristics of the Indonesian economy, namely the people's economy and the sharia economy. The characteristics of popular economics that apply in Indonesia are divinity, humanity, unity, deliberation and social justice. Characteristics of sharia economics: Sourced from God and religion, moderate and balanced economy, sufficient and just economy, and growth and blessing economy.

Abstract

The background This study investigates the contribution of Islamic education in the formation and strengthening of the character of the Indonesian nation amidst the rapid flow of globalization. The phenomenon of globalization has brought about important transformations in various dimensions of life, including shifts in socio-cultural values that influence the formation of community identity. As an integral component of the national education system, Islamic education has a great capacity to instill fundamental values that are in line with the nation's identity. Using a qualitative methodology based on literature review and content analysis, the study identified three main aspects of the contribution of Islamic education in strengthening the nation's character: the application of spiritual-moral values in the learning process, the development of character education rooted in religious values and local wisdom, and the strengthening of the function of Islamic educational institutions in building national identity. The research findings indicate that the contribution of Islamic education, especially in the fields of tarbiyah, ta'lim and ta'dib has the potential to be an effective means of filtering the negative impacts of globalization while remaining open to positive developments in the modern world. The application of moderate Islamic values combined with local wisdom and national spirit has the potential to create a generation with strong character, clear identity, and a global outlook.

Abstract

The background of the study examines how career women are considered to be moving and towards gender equality with men, but career women are considered a step backwards in maintaining the image of Eastern customs. Research objectives: 1) to know the efforts of career women in realizing a harmonious family. 2) find out the position of career women in a harmonious family. 3) find out the existence of career women in the analysis of Islamic law. This research was conducted on female lecturers at STAI Jamiatut Tarbiyah, Lhoksukon North Aceh Campus using a qualitative descriptive approach, which seeks to describe some data obtained from the field, both through interviews, observations, and documentation. Then it is continued with the data analysis process. The results of this study show that: 1) The efforts of women who have careers as lecturers at STAI Jamiatut Tarbiyah Lhoksukon Aceh Utara in realizing a harmonious family include: a) quality time, b) maintaining good communication, c) open attitude, d) mutual understanding, e) time management, f) husband's support for his wife for a career, g) maintaining family integrity; 2) The position of the career woman in the concept of a harmonious family is still below the position of her husband so that she must remain obedient and obedient to her husband; 3) In the analysis of Islamic law, there is no distinction between the right of men and women to work, both are given the opportunity and freedom to struggle and earn their own livelihood on this earth.
