Abstract

Perasaan tidak aman (insecure) inilah yang pada akhirnya mendorong anak untuk membuat "topeng" untuk dirinya sendiri agar orang lain tidak dapat melihat sisi lain yang ingin ia sembunyikan. Dengan kata lain, dia berusaha menutupi sisi lain dengan melakukan sesuatu yang menurutnya bisa membuatnya terlihat lebih baik di mata orang lain. Di sinilah kita sering menjumpai anak kecil dengan kepribadian seperti kecemasan, pengecut, rasa bersalah, rasa malu, yang menurut para ahli sering disebut sebagai “neurotik” atau “ketidakamanan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perilaku insecure pada anak usia dini yaitu perilaku pemalu. Penelitian ini dibuat dalam bentuk literatur review dengan menggunakan database berupa Google scholar. Literatur yang digunakan dalam bentuk Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia dalam waktu 8 tahun terakhir dan dapat diakses secara penuh. Berdasarkan hasil dari literatur review, ditemukan Malu berasal dari kata malu, yang berarti merasa sangat buruk (hina, rendah diri, dll), karena telah melakukan sesuatu yang buruk (tidak baik, karena kebiasaan dan memiliki cacat atau cacat). Sedangkan pemalu artinya orang yang mudah bergaul (yang sifatnya pemalu).

Abstract

This study aims to (i) determine whether there is an effect of learning facilities on the student learning achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara; (ii) determine whether there is an effect of learning discipline on student achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara; (iii) determine whether there is an effect of learning facilities on student achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara through the learning process; (iv) determine whether there is an effect of learning discipline on student achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara through the learning process; and (v) determine whether there is an effect of tutor discipline and learning facilities on learning achievement through the learning process of the Luwu Utara Pokjar students. The research method uses a quantitative approach, and the type is correlational research with an ex-post facto design. The data collection technique is primary data that comes directly from the research subject. The population is 230 students at UPPJB-UT Makassar Pokjar Luwu Utara. The sampling technique used was random sampling so that 103 people were obtained. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, path analysis requirements test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the learning facilities had an effect on the learning achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara students; learning discipline has an effect on the learning achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara students; learning facilities have an effect on the learning achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara students through the learning process; learning discipline has an effect on the learning achievement of Pokjar Luwu Utara students through the learning process; learning facilities have an effect on learning achievement through the learning process of the Pokjar Luwu Utara students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce a hypothetical development model for reality group counseling services to increase the self-resilience of Adem 3T students at SMA Negeri 1 in West Sumatra. The research method is the development method with the R and D model by Borg and Gall, using five stages of development, namely (1) research and data collection, (2) planning, (3) product draft development, (4) expert validity test, and (5) product revision. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the research data. Based on the results of the feasibility test by experts on the hypothetical development model of reality group counseling services, the average result was 4.52, with a percentage value of 90.33% product validity, which was in the very valid eligibility criteria. Thus, it means that the product developed in the category is very feasible. It can be concluded that the development of a hypothetical model of reality group counseling services is considered very feasible in terms of content and can be used by counseling teachers to increase the self-resilience of Adem 3T students at SMAN 1 West Sumatra.

Abstract

“O Ammalek” is the name of the grandmother/mother. In the book “O Ammalek” reflects on reminiscing/memorabilia for the grandmother or mother who raised the author and this moment becomes information how meaningful life means with the presence of “O Ammalek” so that anyone for a mother is very multi-meaning in a life. Code-mixing is the process of transferring linguistic units from one language to another to broaden the language’s style or variety. Code-mixing is a component of sociolinguistics that occurs not only orally but also in writing. Language is a tool that humans use to express their thoughts and feelings. Language is a means of communication that is critical in the expression of the soul. The purpose of this study is to examine the structure, function, type, and elements that contribute to the creation of code-mixing in a collection of poems by Goenawan Monoharto, entitled “O Ammalek” (2020). Qualitative descriptive method was used in this study. The primary source of data for this study is Goenawan Monoharto’s poetry collection "O Ammalek." Data were collected by researchers using documentation techniques and analyzed descriptively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data reduction entailed summarizing, selecting the essentials, concentrating on the critical, and deleting the irrelevant. The qualitative study employed a narrative format for the data display, while the conclusion was drawn based on the supporting evidence gathered during the research process. The results indicated that (1) There are two substantial things in O Ammalek's poetry book, namely the game of meaning and the game of sound. Wordplay in vertical typhography and phoneme play in typhoid is meaningless. “O Ammalek” is a book of poems written by Goenawan Monoharto in 2020. “O Ammalek's” poetry book contains 66 poems. 15 poems using a mixture of mangkasarak (Makassar) language. (2) employed code-mixing in the Mangkasarak language in the form of words, phrases, clauses, and idioms that served as a means of respecting an individual, confirming meaning, explaining, demonstrating self-identity, influencing a conversation, adjusting the topic/material, and expressing feelings or emotional situations, (3) code mixing in the form of words. The word "taena" indicates code mixing in the Mangkasarak language. This term translates as "no" in Indonesian, code-mixing in the form of phrases, and (4) One of the causes of code mixing is the identification of roles, identification of variations, desire to interpret, and inappropriate expressions in the language used by the speaker.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional adalah kemampuan kepala sekolah untuk mempengaruhi orang lain agar dapat menyelesaikan tujuan yang diharapkan oleh seseorang atau organisasi. supervisi klinis diartikan sebagai bentuk bimbingan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatan profesionalitas guru berdasarkan kebutuhannya melalui siklus yang sistematis dimulai dari perencanaan, observasi kelas dan pertemuan balikan secara obyektif tentang penampilan mengajar yang nyata. Kinerja guru adalah bentuk perwujudan dari hasil kerja, unjuk kerja dan prestasi kerja yang sesuai dengan aturan norma dan etika yang telah disepakati. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: 1) menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja; 2) menganalisis pengaruh supervisi klinis terhadap kinerja; dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan trasnformasional dan supervisi klinis secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Wilayah Gugus 21 Kecamatan Ciputat Timur. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Model kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Pengujian menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 136 guru diperoleh dengan metode random sampling teknik slovin. Hasil uji t diperoleh taraf signifikansi variabel kepemimpinan transformasional sebesar 0,000 dan supervisi klinis sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 artinya terdapat pengaruh kedua variabel terhadap variabel kinerja guru. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,005 artinya bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan supervisi klinis secara bersama-sama dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,447 atau sebesar 44,7 %. Hal ini berarti bahwa sebesar 44,7 % variasi yang terjadi pada variabel kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi dari variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan supervisi klinis. Sementara itu 55,3 % merupakan kontribusi variabel bebas lainnya. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa secara bersama-sama dan signifikan variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan supervisi klinis berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aims to (i) determine the effect of learning readiness on student learning outcomes at UPBJJ UT Makassar, pokjar Sidrap; (ii) knowing the effect of self-concept on student learning outcomes at UPBJJ UT Makassar, pokjar Sidrap; and (iii) knowing the effect of learning readiness and self-concept simultaneously on student learning outcomes at UPBJJ UT Makassar, pokjar Sidrap. The research method uses a quaternative approach and is classified into the type of ex post facto research. The technique of collecting data through primary data comes directly from the research subject. The population is 530 students at Universitas Terbuka, Pokjar Sidrap students. The sampling technique used was random sampling in order to obtain 201 samples. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, path analysis requirements test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that learning readiness had a significant effect on student learning outcomes at UPBJJ UT Makassar pokjar Sidrap; self-concept has a significant effect on student learning outcomes at UPBJJ UT Makassar, pokjar Sidrap; Learning readiness and self-concept simultaneously have a significant effect on student learning outcomes at UPBJJ UT Makassar, pokjar Sidrap.

Abstract

This study aims (i) to determine the effect of resilience of social support on student academic achievement at UPPJB-UT Makassar Study of Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students; (ii) to determine the effect of self-confidence on student academic achievement at UPPJB-UT Makassar Study on Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students; (iii) knowing the effect of learning behavior on student academic achievement at UPPJB-UT Makassar Studies on Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students; and (iv) knowing the effect of social support resilience, self-confidence and learning behavior simultaneously on student academic achievement at UPPJB-UT Makassar Studies on Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students. The research method uses a quantitative approach, and its type is correlational causality research. The technique of collecting data through a questionnaire. The population is UPPJB-UT Makassar students who study on Pendas Pokjar Pinrang students, totaling 667 people. The sampling technique used was random sampling in order to obtain 199 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, path analysis requirements test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the resilience of social support had a significant effect on the academic achievement of students at UPPJB-UT Makassar in the Study of Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students; self-confidence (self-confidence) has a significant effect on student academic achievement at UPPJB-UT Makassar Studies on Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students; Learning behavior has a significant effect on student academic achievement at UPPJB-UT Makassar Studies on Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students; The resilience of social support, self-confidence and learning behavior simultaneously affects the academic achievement of students at UPPJB-UT Makassar Studies on Pendas Pokjar Pinrang Students.

Abstract

Inquiry Role Approach merupakan model pembelajaran yang mewadahi pelajar untuk secara aktif memperoleh dan mendapatkan informasi dengan melakukan observasi dan atau eksperimen untuk mencari jawaban atau memecahkan masalah terhadap pertanyaan atau rumusan masalah dengan menggunakan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan logis. Inquiry Role Approach menjadikan guru sebagai fasilitator dan bukan lagi sebagai objek pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Posttest- Only Control Design, yang bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil belajar Tematik antara kelas eksperimen yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Inquiry Role Approach dengan kelas kontrol yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Jumlah siswa pada kelas eksperimen maupun kelas kontrol sama jumlahnya yaitu masing-masing 28 orang. Pada analisis deksriptif terlihat perbedaan skor hasil belajar Tematik antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yaitu 18,82 pada kelas eksperimen dan 16,14 pada kelas kontrol. Kategorisasi hasil belajar menggunakan skala lima dengan kategori sangat tinggi, tinggi, sedang, rendah dan sangat rendah Melalui pengujian normalitas terlihat bahwa populasi berasal dari populasi yang terdistribusi normal dan varians yang homogen. Dari hasil uji hipotesis terlihat bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan taraf sigifikansi ? = 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Inquiry Role Approach lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran tematik.

Abstract

This research is aimed to develop the way of thinking system among Junior High School Students in Sidrap and Sinjai regencies, South Sulawesi province, Indonesia. The ability of the thinking system is mainly important for students in Indonesia since it may create skills to anticipate the global change. This research applied a qualitative description approach with literature study method, interviews and observations held in 5 schools. The result of this research shows that thinking system hasn’t yet been done properly because there are some obstacles such as incomplete curriculum and non-professional teachers. Based on the findings, schools need to have complete and proper curriculums, including improvement of the competence of professional teachers through training and education.
