Abstract

The popularity the idea of recycling recycled cans for use in metal crafts. of canned beverages. Pencils and other things are frequently placed directly into trash cans without being handled beforehand. However, it is possible to use recycled cans as the primary component in metal press engineering works. In addition to describing the production procedures and results of using used cans to build metal crafts with press techniques, this study aims to describe the can types that are best used as materials for such constructions. The procedures of observation, interviewing, and documenting were used to collect the data. The results showed that the best type of material for metal crafts manufactured using the press technique was soda cans (Tebs packaging, etc.). This kind of can is flexible, suited for compression techniques, and has a metal thickness of 0.3 mm (relatively thick). It can leave a mark by pressing it once or twice. The metal is very simple to mould, which saves time. The manufacturing process begins with cleaning used cans and cutting them into rectangular shapes. Next, drawings are created, then they are adhered, traced with used pencils or pens, shaped as desired, and finished. Keywords: utilization, used cans, press technique.

Abstract

The problem of this research is an attempt to increase students' learning activities through thematic learning in Class I of Serangsari State Elementary School. This research method is a descriptive method, the form of the research is classroom action research and is collaborative in nature, the research subjects are teachers and first grade students at Serangsari State Elementary School, totaling 24 people. This study used direct observation techniques, documentation techniques and observation sheets as data collection tools. The results of research based on observation through thematic learning can increase student learning activities. This shows that the hypothesis which states the implementation of thematic learning in grade 1 of Serangsari State Elementary School can increase students' learning activities. Abstract

Limited land, especially in big cities such as DKI Jakarta and Surabaya, as well as other areas, has caused land prices to skyrocket in all areas, making housing types such as apartments and condominiums the preferred choice for market consumers. In addition, the apartment's strategic location makes it the right choice in terms of price compared to very expensive condos in big cities. In addition, the increase in apartment sales or what is known as apartments has led to many fraudulent practices carried out by real estate developers or developers, so that consumers suffer huge losses due to this phenomenon. A particular problem is the commercialization of residential construction projects that have not yet been implemented but have been publicly marketed. Abstract

Insurance or coverage is an agreement, whereby an insurer binds himself to the insured by receiving a premium, to provide compensation to him because of a loss, damage or loss of profits that may be suffered due to an uncertain event (Book of Commercial Laws) Criminal Code) of the Republic of Indonesia Article 246). The interesting things to analyze are first, the form of worker protection in the National Health Insurance (JKN) program and second, the problems in its application. The model used in this work is a literature review, in which information that is suitable for the problem being investigated is sought from various references and sources. Following is the selection of scientific articles: The selection of scientific articles is done by searching the PubMed, ScienceDirect and Google Scholar databases for relevant articles published in the 2019-2023 period. The selected articles must meet the established inclusion and exclusion criteria. Determination of Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria: The inclusion criteria used in this study include articles on "Analysis of the effectiveness of health insurance in reducing the patient's financial burden" and studies conducted at the provincial or national level. Exclusion criteria were articles that did not meet the inclusion criteria, articles that were not related to the research topic, and articles published before 2019. Abstract

This study aims to determine language errors in the field of morphology on banners. And pamphlets. This study used descriptive research using the listening, photographing and note-taking method, namely obtaining data by listening to the use of language. In the use of language, errors often occur, both spoken and written, which deviate from the rules of the language and are not in accordance with the enhanced Spelling EYD. The use of language or processes in language can lead to language errors which are closely related to the language learning process. Language errors occur in speech both orally and in writing as at the morphological level with these language errors, and it is very important to have an analysis of language errors. Language errors on banners on the highway in the field of morphology are mostly related to written language, including: the use of standard and non-standard words. Based on the data found and analyzed, it can be concluded that writing on banners still often encounters language errors at the morphological level related to word writing. Abstract

The Occupational Safety and Health Branch (2008) explains that optimizing work shift arrangements can help reduce the potential health impact on employees. Shifts involve a variety of work schedules and patterns, and their arrangement must take into account a number of factors, including the length of the shift or the number of hours worked per shift, number of team members, work breaks, rotation period or speed, and shift time. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of shift work on the stress level of PT. Tamarind Employee in the City of Pinang. To find out whether there is a relationship between work shift variables and work stress of PT. Tamarind City of Pinang, this study uses a qualitative methodology. This study involved 114 participants. This study shows that although morning shift workers do not experience high levels of stress, night shift workers do, which lowers their overall level of productivity. evening and night. Worker performance, health and psychosocial problems are the subject of the complaint. Except for the night shift workers who complained of a lack of focus at work due to poor quality, there was no difference in physical complaints experienced by morning shift workers and night shift workers in terms of body parts complaints. Abstract

In this digital era that is sophisticated and easy, writing by hand especially cursive writing becomes one of the topics of discussion why it is still learned in this era. Whereas cursive writing has many benefits for students. The purpose of this literature review is to provide an overview of the relationship between cursive writing and the reading ability of elementary school students. The method used in this study is the literature study or literature review method. The technique used is collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information related to the research topic. Based on the literature review conducted, cursive writing skills have many benefits including training visual-motor skills, visual spatial skills, spelling, cognitive skills, and understanding of writing so that students’ reading skills become better and faster to capture the content of the reading. Another result of this study is that cursive writing activates the synaptic network of students’ brains so that the information read by students can be remembered longer and also through this cursive writing activity students’ patience is also well honed. Therefore, cursive writing can be one of the strategies to improve students’ reading skills. Keywords: Writing, Reading, Cursive Writing.

Abstract

This journal is being kept to learn more about the process of making flower pots out of plastic straws. A qualitative descriptive research method is employed with this kind of literature review investigation. The findings demonstrated that recycling plastic garbage into flower pots is a step toward reducing plastic waste, as it is well known that plastic waste cannot degrade naturally. Making flower pots out of plastic garbage has a variety of purposes, including: By employing plastic trash as a primary component of flower pots, which can be reused and does not end up as waste in the environment, it is possible to reduce the amount of plastic waste in the environment. Abstract

One of the fundamental problems in Indonesia is the low level of public literacy. In order to increase literacy in Indonesia, the government created the National Literacy Movement (GLN) program which consists of the School Literacy Movement (GLS), the Family Literacy Movement, and the Community Literacy Movement. To support these activities, the Ministry of Education and Culture has again launched a new policy called Freedom to Learn on an Independent Campus (MBKM), one of its programs, namely Campus Teaching which focuses on increasing literacy and numeracy in schools. One of the efforts made by campus teaching students to increase school literacy at SD N Tambakromo 1 is by making a magazine with the theme of local wisdom. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method, which is a data collection technique by means of observation and interviews. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that there is an increase in literacy in students at SDN Tambakromo 1 through bulletin boards with the theme of local wisdom. This is due to the students' interest in local culture or wisdom which is used as a bulletin with their own creativity. In addition to increasing students' literacy in making magazines, it also increases the creativity and skills of students at SDN Tambakromo 1. Keywords: Literacy, Media, Local Wisdom

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship between online learning interest and students' cognitive learning outcomes when studying biology subjects online at SMPS Muhammadiya 1 Medan. The research was carried out on SMPS Muhammadiya 1 Medan, based on the observations of SMPS Muhammadiya 1 Medan, the interest in online learning is still relatively low, and the learning outcomes are relatively low, so it is necessary to conduct online learning.This study belongs to the type of quantitative research. The data analysis used in this study is a product-moment correlation data analysis to understand whether there is a positive correlation between online learning interest and students' cognitive learning outcomes during online study of biology subject at SMPS Muhammadiya 1 Medan.
