Abstract

This article aims to provide an understanding of the proper use of language in class III Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ali Imran Medan, where the equivalent of most children uses the wrong language in morphological studies. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method by observing elementary school children. The result is that many grade III students of MI use standard language mixed with everyday language so that the pronunciation is not beautiful when applied, students are also used to using regional accents so that when using Indonesian it feels foreign, the purpose of this research is to help students be able to speak according to good and correct terms. Abstract

Introduction to the school field (PLP) I is the initial stage in the process of introducing the school field to the undergraduate education program. The aim is to observe student characteristics, school culture, learning process and teacher competence. Collecting research data is direct observation and using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that there are efforts made in developing student character, implementing a good school culture, carrying out an effective learning process, and having teachers with appropriate competencies. Abstract

The goal of this study is to gain an overview of personal and social guidance programs that can help students better adjust to social situations in the classroom. The description of the guiding program was discovered using qualitative research techniques. Interviews were the primary data gathering method employed in this study. In this study, counseling professors from MA Mualimin UNIVA in Medan City served as interview subjects. As a result, group and individual counseling are the techniques employed in personal and social therapy to enhance students' social adjustment. Effective communication techniques, the capacity to control one's emotions, the development of confidence, the management of stress, and an understanding of the significance of preserving one's mental and physical health are among the topics covered in the guiding program. However, social scientists and academics also discovered challenges in the implementation of personal guidance programs, including a lack of parental support, time restraints, and limited resources. It is crucial to do study on initiatives aimed at enhancing students' social adjustment. Previous research has demonstrated that group guidance programs can aid pupils in enhancing their social adjustment. Students can learn to identify and handle personal or social issues that affect their capacity to adapt to their surroundings through a successful personal and social counseling program. Abstract

In the educational process, educators play a very important and decisive role in achieving educational goals. Educators are adults both by nature (parents) and by profession (becoming educators because of job duties) responsible for developing students. Parents as the first and main educators are obliged to educate their children because of the reasonableness of the responsibility of life itself. The second educator is because the position gets a temporary assignment from parents to educate their children (parents). Those who include educators because of their positions, for example, kindergarten to high school teachers, mentors in play groups, caregivers in orphanages and others. Educators are adults who guide children so that the child can lead to maturity. Educators are people who are responsible for the implementation of education with the target being students. Students experience their education in three environments, namely the family environment, school environment, and community environment. Therefore, those responsible for the education of students in the family environment are parents, in the school environment are teachers, in the community environment are people involved in educational activities, such as caregivers of orphans, mentors in play groups. Education takes place in association, as stated by Langeveld (1980): every association between adults (parents, teachers, etc.) and children is a field or a place where educational actions. Abstract

MAS PAB 1 Sampali is located at Jalan Pasar Hitam No. 69 Sampali, Sampali Village, Sampali Village, Percut SEI Tuan sub-district, Sampali Village, Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra Province. MAS PAB Sampali is a private school, this school is incorporated in one area or one entrance gate with several schools, so the PAB Educational Institution organizes formal education. MAS PAB 1 SAMPALI School is an educational facility located at JL. Black Market No. 69 Sampali, Sampali Village, Percut SEI Tuan sub-district, Sampali Sub-district, Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra Province was established and operational in 1988 and is still operating today. Apart from being a place of education, this school also has educators and administrators as well as school administrators with the best quality and competence in their fields, learning support activities such as extracurriculars, student organizations, learning communities, sports teams, and libraries so that students can learn optimally. MAS PAB 1 SAMPALI also guides students to have good morals (noble character), and is also a place to hone talents in various fields such as: sports in the arts and also other extracurricular activities such as Osis, Scouts and Paskibra. The facilities at the Madrasah MAS PAB 1 Sampali school can also be said to be adequate, even though the BK room is still attached to the principal's room, administration room, and UKS but there is already a special room for BK, if there are students who experience problems, they need guidance, or if you need counseling, you can go to the counseling room, the counseling room there is not too big, and there is a bathroom in it. Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase the understanding of community small business actors in Kutalimbaru sub-district, Deli Sedang Regency about business opportunities based on socio-economic characteristics. The specific target in this community service is that small business actors in the Kutalimbaru sub-district community know what business opportunities are and the concept of socio-economic characteristics how to apply them in the world of household businesses and their impact on household income, for example by becoming a new source of income from small household businesses that have been applied so that they are able to read the problems that occur in the market closest to the settlement, and as well as small markets around the Kutalimbaru sub-district. The materials presented in this community service are: what are business opportunities and socio-economic characteristics, how the impact of business opportunities on household income. Which is related to improving the welfare of households as economic actors in Kutalimbaru sub-district through community knowledge/understanding related to the establishment of small household businesses, target markets and forms of problems that exist in the market. From this community service, the results show that the Kutalimbaru sub-district community already knows and understands business opportunities based on the concept of socio-economic characteristics, so that they start opening small businesses that can increase income that utilizes productivity to become an alternative in increasing income and then can improve welfare through community income. Abstract

The word learning is not far from a word, namely evaluation, as time goes on, and with the sophistication of existing technology, it creates various kinds of media in the application of learning. E-Learning is the answer to all the sophistication that exists at this time. Where learning methods using current technology are urgently needed because of advances in technology in each learning place or school or college. This research uses the Research and Development method. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of E-Learning media-based learning. The results of the data that the researcher will obtain are the responses of Tadris Biology 3rd Semester VI UINSU Students. Abstract

Indonesia is a country known for its cultural diversity, more than that Indonesia also has a very wide water area. Most of Indonesia's territory consists of oceans and has considerable marine potential. With the potential it has, it should be able to prosper the community, fishermen who depend on this marine (maritime) potential. But in reality, the life of fishing communities is always poverty stricken, even the life of fishermen is often identified with poverty. Fishermen (especially labor fishermen and traditional fishermen) are part of a community group that can be classified as the poorest social layer among coastal community groups. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research design. The population in this study were all fishermen in the coastal area of ​​Pantai Labu, Palu Sibaji District. Sampling of this study by accidental sampling. Data collection techniques in research by way of interviews using prepared questionnaires. Respondents in this study amounted to 30 people who work as fishermen. The findings from this study, most of the fishermen still catch fish using traditional tools, besides that the fishermen also make efforts to protect aquatic ecosystems such as making fish houses and strictly prohibiting the occurrence of sea bombings. Abstract

One of the factors that influence a child's self-confidence is a less supportive environment. Based on what happened in the competition, there were some children who were not confident when participating in religious competitions. In addition, the absence of skills possessed by a child is one of the factors that cause a child to not be confident. For this reason, the need for motivation from parents and support from the environment is very important for children as an effort to foster self-confidence in a child. Self-confidence is an attitude or belief that a person has for his abilities. One of the efforts that can be done to foster self-confidence in a child is by conducting group guidance. In this group guidance service, there is a change or effect on the individual himself. Where the self-confidence of students before and after group guidance experienced a difference, namely experiencing a better and more active increase. Keywords: Religion, self-confidence

Abstract

Algae have the potential as a very useful resource for humans. Some types of algae have been known to have antioxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal properties that can help in the treatment of diseases. This research was conducted in traditional markets and modern markets in Medan City, especially on Jl. Jamin Ginting, North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to identify the types of algae-based medicinal products (microalgae or macroalgae) available in traditional/modern markets in Medan city. The sampling method used in this study was the cruise method with purposive sampling technique. The results showed 3 types of medicines in traditional and modern markets in Medan City that are made from algae, namely Ever E 250 (Seaweed Capsules), Algae Calcium (Red Algae) and Brown Seaweed (Brown Algae). Some of the health benefits of red algae include maintaining thyroid function, lowering cholesterol and as a healthy diet menu. The benefits of brown algae include algin or alginate acid from brown algae used in ice cream formation, pill formation, ointments, tooth cleaners, and lotions. Meanwhile, green algae contain carotenoids, phycocyanin, plant sterols, and linoletat which can help maintain heart health. Keywords: Algae, medicinal ingredients, traditional market
