The research results show that East Lombok Regency is the area with the most toddlers suffering from stunting in NTB based on February 2024 data, with Sikur District being a red zone with a prevalence of 30.33%. Prevention and handling of stunting are still carried out conventionally by relying on socialization and integrated health posts from health centers. The presence of the tuan guru figure amid community life who is a role model and role model for the community in everyday life is an alternative solution that can accelerate the reduction in stunting rates and maximize prevention efforts. Dramaturgical actions in front and behind the stage by the tuan guru can be an alternative solution to expedite the handling of stunting in East Lombok through preaching packaged concerning the general conditions of the target community. Parenting pattern intervention is the main target of Tuan Guru's preaching in terms of preventing and handling stunting to create healthy and prosperous families.

Abstract

This study seeks to explore the impact of green advertising, eco-friendly packaging, and perceived green value on consumer purchasing decisions within the beverage industry, particularly in the bubble tea sector. Most bubble tea beverages are served in disposable plastic cups, lids, and straws, contributing to the accumulation of waste in Indonesia. Observing this issue, the Indonesian public has begun to feel a sense of guilt associated with the use of plastic packaging and prefers brands that incorporate sustainability in their packaging. Consequently, Chatime has initiated the implementation of green marketing by introducing the Eco Cup as an environmentally friendly alternative beverage packaging made from paper. Chatime promotes its Eco Cup to consumers through green advertising on Instagram. This study employs the SOR theory to explain how green advertising and green packaging serve as stimuli that partially influence green perceived value (the organism), ultimately leading to purchase decisions .(the response). Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, questionnaires were distributed to 400 respondents. The findings indicate that while green perceived value has an indirect impact, the direct influence of green advertising and green packaging on purchase decisions is more significant. The indirect effect of green packaging on purchase decisions through green perceived value is notable, as is the direct influence of green packaging on both green perceived value and purchase decisions. Green packaging plays a crucial role in shaping positive perceptions before individuals make a purchase

Abstract

This study introduces the Epigenetic and Microbiome-Integrated Mental Health (EMIMH) Framework for Community Health Centers (CHCs), aiming to enhance mental health care delivery. CHCs face challenges including funding constraints, workforce shortages, and difficulties implementing integrated care models for mental health services. The EMIMH Framework proposes integrating epigenetic and microbiome considerations into CHC mental health care, offering a personalized and preventive approach. We conducted a critical discourse analysis of texts from 2018-2024, examining perspectives on integrating advanced biological approaches in CHC mental health care. Results reveal growing interest in epigenetic and microbiome approaches, alongside concerns about implementation barriers, ethical implications, and potential health disparities. The EMIMH Framework presents a promising avenue for improving CHC mental health care, potentially enhancing outcomes and reducing costs. However, successful implementation requires addressing practical, ethical, and equity challenges.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia (MK) plays a crucial role in reviewing laws against the 1945 Constitution and resolving election disputes, ensuring adherence to constitutional principles. Tempo.co, a prominent media outlet, has extensively covered the MK, especially following the recent controversy over the Court's ruling on age limits for presidential and vice-presidential candidates. This research examines how Tempo.co frames its coverage of the MK using Robert N. Entman’s framing analysis model, alongside agenda-setting theory and media reality construction theory. Applying a qualitative methodology, the study analyzes Tempo.co’s news articles from October 18 to October 27, 2023. The analysis reveals that Tempo.co employs various framing techniques consistent with Entman's model, which influences public perception through agenda-setting by emphasizing specific aspects of the MK’s activities. Additionally, the coverage constructs a particular narrative about the MK's role and decisions. To ensure data validity, thorough checks were performed. Findings indicate that Tempo.co’s headlines generally maintain neutrality and do not exhibit overt political bias, focusing on the institution’s functions. This research offers insights into how media framing, through Entman's model, agenda-setting, and reality construction, shapes the portrayal of significant constitutional issues and affects public understanding of the MK.
