Abstract

The research that has been done is entitled “Development of ELKPD Based on Discovery Learning on the material structure and function of plant tissue in class XI Madrasah Aliyah”. This study aims to develop teaching materials in the from of ELKPD Based on Discovery Learning on the material structure and function of plant tissue in class XI Madrasah Aliyah which are valid, practical and effective. This study used the R&D research method with a 4D models (define, design, develop, disseminate). The test subjects in this study were class XI students of MAS Al-Ittihad Aek Nabara. The results of the media expert validation test obtained a percentage of 92% in the very feasible category and the results of the material validation test obtained a percentage of 96% in the very feasible category. The results of the practicality test assessment of the teacher’s response obtained a percentage of 89% in the very feasible category and the results of the practicality test assessment of students obtained a percentage of 99% in the very feasible category. The results of the assessment of the effectiveness test obtained an average percentage of 0,68 in the medium category. Based on the results of testing the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the product, it can be concluded that, ELKPD based on discovery learning on the material structure and function of plants tissue in class XI madrasah aliyah which is developed is feasible to be used as additional teaching material for students in the process of learning biology.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop guided inquiry-based worksheets on the material of the body’s defense system by testing the validity, practicialy, and effectiveness of the worksheets. The research was conducted at the MAN 2 LABURA school. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) research with a 4D model (define, design, develop, disseminate). The results of this study indicate that the guided inquiry-based LKPD develop obtains very practical criteria with a percentage of 79% (media expert), 75% (material expert), and 100% (biology teacher response), and 91% (student response). LKPD is said to be effective based on the n-gain value with a score of 0,81 in the high category. Based on explanation above, the guided inquiry-based LKPD developed is feasible, practical, and effective for use in the learning process in the classrom on biology learning material for the body’s defense system. Abstract

IPS education and learning is one very important aspect that needs to be taught in schools. But in fact, one of the problems why social studies education is so difficult to integrate, one of which is the role of the teacher himself. In presenting the material, the teacher gave more lengthy lectures so that social studies learning was considered less interesting by students. As a result, this learning has a relatively small effect on increasing student understanding during the learning process and influencing student learning outcomes. One way that can be done by a teacher is by applying the singing method in the learning process. With this singing method, students can strengthen their memory of the material learned with songs, because something interesting and fun is easier to remember. This study uses quantitative research with library research data collection techniques (Library Research). The results of this study indicate that the singing method has an effect on student learning outcomes. Keywords: Singing Method, IPS, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in achieving the goals of an organization including schools. Existing human resources need to be managed so that they become optimal resources. Human resource management starts from the process of planning, empowering and supervising human resources. This research was conducted at SDIT Masjid Raya Floor Batu, Tanah Datar District using a qualitative descriptive method where research data were obtained from interviews with school principals and foundation supervisors. The results of this study indicate that the resource management carried out at SDIT Masjid Raya Floor Batu, Tanah Datar Regency is mosque-based management which starts from planning, empowering and supervising it. All systems, starting from weakening teachers and education staff, optimizing resources with various trainings and also supervision from school principals as well as foundation supervisors and education service supervisors have been running well. All processes carried out are oriented towards the mosque which is one of the pillars of this school. Keywords: Management, Human Resources, Mosque Based

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the application of problem-based learning (PBL) model in learning Biology on the concept of immune system to improve science literacy. This research is a class action research conducted in 2 cycles in class XI SMA Negeri 5 Kota Serang. This research consists of planning, action, observation and reflection stages in each cycle. The research subjects were students of class XI MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 5 Kota Serang. Data and data sources used were obtained from teachers, students and documentation. Data collection techniques include tests, observation. The results obtained in the implementation of class action research show that the problem-based learning model is a model that can be implemented in Biology learning to improve students' science literacy. In cycle I, the average score of science literacy skills was 70.75. The average value of students' science literacy skills in cycle II was 80.51. Thus, it can be concluded that the problem-based learning model can be used as one of the learning designs to improve students' science literacy skills. Abstract

Development of human resources is one of the key factors in achieving sustainability and success in Islamic educational institutions. There are several ways to develop human resources in Islamic educational institutions: 1) Islamic training and workshops; 2) Professional Development Program; 3) Collaboration with Islamic Education Institutions; 4) Research and Development Activities; 5) Use of Technology in Learning and 6) Development of Islamic Leadership and Ethics. Of these several ways, halaqoh activities are one of the activities that are considered to play an important role in developing human resources in Islamic educational institutions. This article aims to explain halaqoh activities in Islamic educational institutions as activities in human resource development. The method used is a library research approach by reading literature and collecting research materials. The results obtained are that halaqoh activities can provide many benefits to teachers, such as being able to help improve teacher professionalism, provide experience, add insight, knowledge and skills in designing learning methods, improve the quality and quantity of worship and teacher recitation of the Qur'an and improve the ability spiritual teacher. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti yang menemukan fakta masih banyak hal yang harus mendapat perhatian dan penanganan khusus dalam peningkatan prestasi belajar. Di sekolah, terdapat banyak siswa yang belum memperoleh atau mencapai prestasi belajar yang diharapkan dalam belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan disiplin terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI dan XII di SMA Negeri 1 Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor, mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan akhlakul karimah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI dan XII di SMA Negeri 1 Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor, dan mengetahui pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara penerapan disiplin dan pendidikan akhlakul karimah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas XI dan XII di SMA Negeri 1 Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi yang diteliti adalah para siswa kelas XI dan XII SMAN 1 Tamansari Kabupaten Bogor. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 86 responden dengan metode Probably Sampling. Penilaian statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, selanjutnya diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 26. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan disiplin berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Selanjutnya, Pendidikan akhlakul karimah memiliki pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar Siswa Untuk penerapan disiplin dan akhlakul karimah secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to develop instructional media in the form of guided inquiry-based LKPD on excretion system material to test the feasibility, practicality and determine the effectiveness of LKPD. This research used R&D research methods with the Borg & Gall development model (research and information collecting, planning, develop preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing and operational product). The test subjects in this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Brandan Barat. The media expert validation results obtained an average percentage of 92.5% with a very decent category. The results of the material expert validation obtained an average percentage of 93.75% with a very decent category. The results of the teacher’s response assessment obtained an average percentage of 91% in the very practical category. The results of the assessment of student responses in the limited scale trials obtained an average percentage of 80.99% in the very practical category and in the large scale trials and average percentage of 83.99% was obtained in the very practical category. Based on the results of the feasibility, practicality and product effectiveness tests, the guided inquiry-based LKPD on excretion system material develop is feasible, practical and effective for improving students critical thinking skills. Abstract

The research that has been done is entitled “Development of Biology Learning Modules Based on Discovery Learning on Plant Material for Class X High School”. This study aims to develop teaching materials in the from of biology learning modules based on Discovery Learning on plant material that are valid, practical and effective. This study used the R&D research method with the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation). The test subjects in this study were class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Pegajahan. The results of the assessment of the material and media expert validation test obtained an average percentage of 94,67% with a very valid category. The results of the practicality test assessment from the responses of educators and students obtained an average percentage of 87,77% in the very practical category. The results of the assessment of the effectiveness test obtained an average percentage of 0,67 in the medium category. Based on the results of testing the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the product, it can be concluded that the biology learning module based on Discovery Learning on the plant world material developed is valid use as additional teaching material for students in the biology learning process and can be used independently.
