Underage marriage is a marriage at a young age. The government has set the ideal marriage age at 19 for both parties. However, there are still cases of marriages below the age of 19. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors causing underage marriages in Mandalle Sub-district. This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research design is descriptive. The results show that, first, the factors causing underage marriages in the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Mandalle Sub-district, Pangkajene, and Kepulauan Regency are due to low education, lack of knowledge about marriage laws (Law No. 16 of 2019), economic factors, cultural factors, and unwanted pregnancies. Second, the efforts made by Islamic religious counselors in KUA Mandalle Sub-district, Pangkajene, and Kepulauan Regency in handling underage marriages are: (a) conducting counseling or socialization to the community, especially teenagers; (b) Providing information about the impact of underage marriages; (c) Emphasizing the role of parents, as parents play a significant role in a child's decision to marry early. Parents are expected to provide insights and full control over their children so that they understand the consequences of underage marriages.

Enrekang Regency is an agrarian region with significant agricultural potential that requires further efforts to improve literacy and community awareness regarding zakat obligations, especially in the context of the agricultural sector. The research method uses qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Primary data in this study were obtained from three BAZNAS leaders and 20 farmers and livestock breeders in Enrekang Regency. The obtained data were then analyzed using Nvivo 12 plus software. The results show that the level of literacy and community participation in fulfilling agricultural and livestock zakat in Enrekang Regency is still low. The community does not yet understand the concept of agricultural and livestock zakat, both in terms of calculation and collection. To improve literacy and community participation in fulfilling agricultural and livestock zakat in Enrekang Regency, BAZNAS has implemented several work programs, including Enrekang Cares, Enrekang Smart, Enrekang Prosperous, Enrekang Healthy, and Enrekang Religious. BAZNAS has also provided assistance to goat breeders, conducted online zakat campaigns, created special videos about agricultural zakat, printed zakat guidebooks in collaboration with educators and communities. However, BAZNAS's efforts to improve literacy and community participation in fulfilling agricultural and livestock zakat in Enrekang Regency have not been effective.

In multiple linear regression testing, it was obtained that Y= 20.179 + 0.176X1 + 0.270X2. F calculation shows a value of 148.349 with a significance level of 0.000. Meanwhile, the F table value is 3.09. This shows that the calculated F value is > F table, namely 148.349 > 3.09 and the significance level is 0.000 < 0.05. Testing the tcount value for the price perception variable (X1) is greater than the ttable value (9.395 > 1.984) with a significance level below 0.05, namely 0.000. Meanwhile, the tcount value for the product completeness variable (X2) is greater than the ttable value (13.955 > 1.984) with a significance level below 0.05, namely 0.000. This research aims to understand the prohibition of interfaith marriage in Islamic teachings through the analysis of the sacred texts of the Quran and Hadith using Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic approach. Saussure's semiotic approach allows us to understand the signs and meanings contained in the verses and hadiths regarding interfaith marriage. In Islam, the prohibition of interfaith marriage is found in Surah Al-Baqarah (2):221. The research methodology used involves literature research and findings show that literally, this verse prohibits Muslims from marrying non-Muslims, including the people of the book (those who have sacred books like Jews and Christians) and polytheists (idol worshippers). However, the understanding of this verse provides tolerance with certain conditions. Muslim men are allowed to marry people of the book with the intention of inviting their partners to embrace Islam, while Muslim women are not allowed to marry non-Muslim men. The prohibition also includes Muslim men marrying polytheistic women, including idol worshippers, atheists, fire worshippers, apostates, and followers of libertine sects. In this research, the author used the literature research method to analyze relevant texts. Saussure's semiotic analysis helps in understanding the linguistic signs and meanings contained in these texts. Thus, this research provides a deeper understanding of the prohibition of interfaith marriage in the context of Islamic religion. The results of this research not only enhance religious understanding but also provide a basis for further research in this field. By using the semiotic approach, we can better understand the signification and meanings contained in religious texts and how it affects the religious practices of Muslims regarding interfaith marriage. Ultimately, this research shows that the prohibition of interfaith marriage in Islam has a strong theological foundation and requires careful understanding of the sacred texts. Saussure's semiotic analysis provides deeper insights into the meanings and signification contained in these texts, thus providing a richer understanding in the religious context. Therefore, this writing is not only aimed at enhancing religious understanding but also offers a foundation for further research in this field.
