Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon of pricing carried out by the fauzi collection shop in Sintang which sets a selling price of 35 thousand. This shop is experiencing very rapid development. The existence of this shop has a very good impact so that it can be felt by the middle to lower economic community. Thus, this journal has a research focus, namely: (1) How is the mechanism for determining the selling price at the Sintag collection fauzi shop? (2) How is the Islamic economic review of the mechanism for determining the selling price? (3) What is the impact of setting the selling price. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analytical approach and type of field study research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data display, and verification / conclusion drawing. The results of the discussion show that the mechanism for determining the selling price at the all-round shop 35 fauzi collection Sintang is based on capital, employee wages, rental space, electricity costs, and distribution costs. In setting prices, there are six procedures carried out by the all-round shop 35 fauzi collection Sintang, namely choosing objectives in pricing, determining demand, estimating costs, analyzing costs, prices and competitor offers, choosing pricing methods, setting the final price. The type of strategy used is competition based pricing / competitive pricing strategy. The Islamic economic review of the selling price setting mechanism carried out by the owner of the all-round shop 35 fauzi collection Sintang is in accordance with Islamic economics, prices do not harm sellers and buyers. The price is in accordance with the benefits of the goods provided. The impact of pricing carried out by the owner of the all-round shop 35 fauzi collection Sintang is a positive impact that can be felt by the middle to lower class people.

Abstract

Education is an essential part of an individual's life, and a significant initiative is the freedom of learning independent campus program. This government policy grants students the freedom to study outside their major for three semesters. However, this freedom has led to various issues, causing stress among participating students. One factor that can help address this stress is academic self-efficacy. This study aims to investigate the relationship between academic self-efficacy and stress levels among students in the among students participating in the freedom of learning independent campus. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a negative relationship between academic self-efficacy and stress levels. The study involves 156 students participating in the program. Data collection used an academic self-efficacy scale and a stress level scale. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson correlation. Based on the data analysis, the correlation coefficient (rxy) = -0.609 (p < 0.05) was obtained. The results indicate a negative relationship between academic self-efficacy and stress levels. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), it is found that academic self-efficacy contributes 37.1% to stress levels. Meanwhile, 62.9% of the factors influencing stress levels in students are due to other factors

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dinamika sengketa waris dalam keluarga campuran di Indonesia dan Malaysia dalam konteks pluralisme hukum, khususnya pada interaksi antara hukum waris Islam dan hukum perdata. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi yuridis-komparatif dan analisis dokumen putusan pengadilan, fatwa keagamaan, serta regulasi nasional, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi lima temuan utama: kontradiksi yurisdiksi dan regulasi, konflik implementatif dalam kasus keluarga campuran, perbedaan sistem kelembagaan dan produk yurisprudensi, peluang harmonisasi hukum melalui pendekatan pluralisme hukum, serta usulan reformasi regulasi berbasis prinsip keadilan substantif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa ketiadaan koordinasi antar lembaga peradilan dan lemahnya integrasi sistem hukum menyebabkan ketidakpastian hukum dan bias keadilan dalam penyelesaian waris. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan model hukum waris yang responsif terhadap konteks sosial-religius masyarakat majemuk serta menawarkan kerangka konseptual untuk reformasi hukum berbasis pluralisme hukum dan keadilan substantif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the suitability of contracts in online transactions on the Grab-Food application with the principles of muamalah fiqh. In this application-based food delivery transaction, three types of contracts used are rental contracts, sale and purchase contracts, and wakalah contracts. The rental contract occurs between the application provider company and the driver and seller, while the sale and purchase contract is between the user (buyer) and the food seller. In addition, the wakalah contract occurs when the user gives the driver power to complete the purchase and delivery of food. The results of the study show that each contract has fulfilled the pillars and requirements of sharia, where the roles and responsibilities of each party have been clearly regulated, thereby reducing the potential for ambiguity (gharar) in the transaction. This finding supports previous studies and strengthens the concept of flexible muamalah fiqh that can be applied in various forms of digital transactions. The study concludes that app-based transactions such as Grab-Food can be adjusted to remain compliant with sharia values, providing confidence for Muslim consumers in conducting halal digital transactions. Recommendations for further research include analysis of blockchain technology to strengthen transparency in online transactions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian kualitatif yang merupakan tradisi tertentu dalam ilmu pengetahuan sosial yang secara fundamental bergantung pada pengamatan dengan cara dokumentasi, observasi dan studi pustaka. Untuk Teknik analisis data peneliti menggunakan metode analisi isi pada pesan dakwah Gus Baha’yang di sampaikan dalam Channel You Tube Shihab & Shihab. Teori yang digunakan peneliti ialah teori peluru, tujuannya agar pesan-pesan yang disampaikan Gus Baha’ itu tepat sasaran karena jika pesan yang disampaikan tepat sasaran maka efeknya kepada pendengar sangat rentan dan mudah diterima. Hasil penelitian yang penulis temukan yakni: Pertama, keinginan dan komitmen KH. Baha’uddin Nursalim dalam berdakwah ialah hanya ingin menyampaikan ajaran Allah ini indah dan menjadi solusi bagi semua orang agar ketika semua orang sudah menggangap ajaran Allah ini indah dan solusi maka keimanan dan ketaqwaan mereka akan bertambah. Kedua, beliau berpesan bahwasannya Allah SWT telah membuat sekian banyak kenikmatan untuk hambanya lalu kenapa kita ingin menikmati nikmat untuk bahagia harus bermaksiat kepada Allah terlebih dahulu maka orang seperti itutermasuk orang yang celaka kata beliau.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Competence and Work Motivation on Performance with Employee Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at Encar Daihatsu Palembang. The population of this study was 43 people. Data analysis used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method operated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of the study indicate that there is an Influence of Competence and Work Motivation on Performance with Employee Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at Encar Daihatsu Palembang with the equation Y = 0.753x_1 + 0.468x_2 + ε_1 and the equation Z = 0.156x_1 + 0.260x_2 + 0.144Y + ε_2 there is an influence of competence on job satisfaction indicated by the equation of p-values ​​of 0.000 <0.05 and t-statistics of 4.973> 1.960, competence has a significant effect on performance indicated by p-values ​​of 0.060> 0.05 and t-statistics of 1.884 <1.960, Motivation has an effect on Employee Performance indicated by p-values ​​of 0.053> 0.05 and t-statistics of 1.941 <1.960, 1.960, job satisfaction has an effect on Employee Performance indicated by p-values ​​of 0.000 <0.05 and t-statistics of 6.264> 1.960. The R2 value for the latent variable Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable is 0.177, which means that the value identifies that the variation in Employee Job Satisfaction can be explained by exogenous latent variables (Competence and Motivation) of 17.7% while the remaining 82.3% is explained by other variables and the R2 value for the latent variable performance is 0.218, which means that the value identifies that the variation in performance can be explained by exogenous variables of 21.8% while the remaining 78.2% is explained by variables not included in the study. From the model built in this study, and from the results of the hypothesis test using Smart-PLS, it can be suggested that every employee and assisted by the company should always improve their competence so that their ability to complete work can be further improved. Improving employee job satisfaction should be a concern for the company, because it will affect the level of performance produced. Good work motivation should always be possessed by employees so that they can be a driver to achieve the best results

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove the effect of compensation and work environment on the performance of employees of the Palembang City Perkimtan Service, both directly and indirectly, with work motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all employees of the Palembang City Perkimtan Service, totaling 82 people. The sampling technique used the saturated sample method, so that the entire population was used as a research sample. Thus, the number of samples used was 82 employees. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method operated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of the study indicate that compensation variables affect work motivation, work environment variables affect work motivation, compensation variables affect performance, work environment variables affect performance, and work motivation variables affect performance. In addition, compensation variables also affect performance with work motivation as an intervening variable, and work environment variables affect performance with work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji menumbuhkan nilai multikultural dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN 01 Sungai Melayu Kabupaten Ketapang. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran penting dalam menumbuhkan nilai multikultural terutama nilai toleransi. Dalam ajaran Islam pendidikan mutikultural ini tidak asing lagi, melainkan memang tertera jelas di dalam Al Qur’an dan Hadis Rasulullah Saw. Guru Pendidikan Islam hanya perlu menginternalisasikan ajaran multikultural dalam Al Qur’an dan Hadis serta mengintegrasikannya ke kehidupan siswa. Dengan adanya nilai multikultural terutama nilai toleransi pada peserta didik, maka peserta didik akan mampu berkehidupan sosial dan saling menghargai dan menghormati antar sesama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yaitu dengan mengambil objek di SDN 01 Sungai Melayu Kabupaten Ketapang. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengamatan atau observasi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data yag dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Situasi di SDN 01 Sungai Melayu kabupaten Ktapang memiliki keberagaman yaitu keberagaman suku, agama, budaya, dan status sosial. 2) menunjukkan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menumbuhkan nilai multikultural terhadap peserta didik di SDN 01 Sungai Melayu sudah cukup baik. Ini dibuktikan dengan terciptanya keharmonisan dan kerukunan antara guru dan murid serta antara sesama siswa. Nilai multikultural yaitu nilai toleransi antar siswa yaitu mereka tidak membedakan teman, menghargai pendapat dan menghormati agama temannya serta saling tolong menolong jika temannya dalam kesusahan.

Abstract

Face Poly is a tool for developing intrapersonal intelligence. Face Poly, a method involving the analysis of facial expressions, is hypothesized to provide insight into an individual's emotions and feelings. This study explores how Face Poly can be used to improve self-awareness, emotional regulation, and internal motivation, which are important components of intrapersonal intelligence. This study will use a qualitative approach by involving early childhood participants who will play the Face Poly game and then be asked to reflect on their experiences. The results of the study can be concluded that the Face Poly game can be an effective way to encourage the development of intrapersonal intelligence in early childhood. This game also helps them in developing important social and emotional skills in their lives.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis formulasi kebijakan Bogor Corporate University. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Studi referensi ke instansi pusat dan daerah yang telah mengimplementasikan corporate university, studi kepustakaan, wawancara terhadap sejumlah informan serta observasi. Uji validas menggunakan triangulasi data dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa permasalahan pengembangan kompetensi ASN di lingkungan pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor diatasi dengan pembangunan dan implementasi Bogor Corporate University. Dalam formulasi kebijakan, Kabupaten Bogor melakukan langkah-langkah mengidentifikasi masalah kebijakan, agenda kebijakan, tujuan dan manfaat kebijakan, perumusan alternatif kebijakan, penyusunan model dan rekomendasi kebijakan, penentuan kriteria serta penetapan kebijakan. Dalam mendukung implementasi kebijakan Bogor Corporate University, perlu dilakukan penetapan regulasi berupa peraturan Bupati Bogor tentang Corporate university, pengembangan aplikasi SI-ABANG TAMPAN menjadi LMS SI-ABANG TAMPAN, penyusunan Dokumen Design Bogor Corporate University, Pelatihan Coaching dan mentoring, penyusunan pedoman Coaching dan Mentoring, mengidentifikasi sumber pengetahuan dari internal pemerintah daerah, kolaborasi dengan Lembaga pengembangan kompetensi atau Peguruan Tinggi serta langkah strategis lainnya.
