Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh perilaku inovatif di Perusahaan Elektronik di Kawasan Industri Jababeka. Metodologi Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan datanya berasal dari data primer.Populasi yang digunakan adalah karyawan Perusahaan Elektronik di Kawasan Industri Jababeka. Jumlah sampel yang diambil secara random menggunakan rumus Hair et al. adalah 65 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui penggunaan formulir Google Form saat mengisi survei online. Program software Smart PLS versi 3.0 digunakan untuk melakukan analisis data penelitian ini. Temuan Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, perilaku inovatif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif. Perilaku inovatif juga berpengaruh positif dalam memediasi hubungan antara keterlibatan karyawan dan kinerja karyawan.Saran memperluas populasi dan sampel dari berbagai perusahaan elektronik di beberapa kawasan industri. agar mendapatkan hasil yang lebih representatif.

Abstract

Purpose This study explores the important concept of brand love and how it influences consumer behavior, especially in the context of repurchase intention. Brand love is a strong emotional bond between consumers and brands, which can influence purchasing decisions and brand loyalty. Methodology This research uses literature study with the addition of bibliometric methods to strengthen the analysis. The articles obtained for bibliometric analysis were 62 articles and the articles that had been filtered for discussion contained 3 suitable articles. Findings By understanding the relationship between brand love and repurchase intent, businesses can develop effective marketing strategies to increase consumer engagement, drive sales, and strengthen brand loyalty. Suggestion This research provides valuable insights for marketing practitioners and entrepreneurs to utilize brand love as a tool to create deep relationships with consumers and achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

Purpose Operational risk management is an important part of ensuring the sustainability of a company, especially in the pharmaceutical industry that faces various complex challenges. This study aims to identify operational risks, map risks, and design risk treatments at PT Kimia Farma Sungwun Pharmacopia (KFSP) based on the ISO 31000:2018 framework. Methodology The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a data triangulation approach through interviews and surveys using questionnaires. Findings The results showed that there were 17 operational risks identified, consisting of 3 extreme risks, 4 high risks, 6 medium risks, and 4 low risks. Risk analysis focused on the level of likelihood and impact, which were then mapped into a risk matrix to determine mitigation priorities. Suggestion The discussion showed that extreme and high category risks, such as delays in customer receivables and product quality discrepancies, require priority mitigation actions through efforts to maintain the continuity of the company's operations

Abstract

Purpose This study aims to evaluate green economy strategies to enhance the adoption of public transportation in Palembang and provide policy recommendations. In this research, green economy strategies focus on optimizing the use of public transportation to reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency, and develop a more sustainable and environmentally friendly transportation system. Methodology The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing regression analysis, correlation, and ANOVA, supported by interviews with policymakers. Findings The results reveal a significant relationship between green economy strategies and public transportation acceptance. However, no significant differences were observed for certain groups of employees. Suggestion The findings of this study advocate for strengthening public transportation policies based on green economy principles to enhance public transportation acceptance.

Abstract

Purpose This study investigated the relationship between work-life balance (WLB), burnout, and job satisfaction, examining the mediating role of burnout. The study aimed to understand how effective WLB contributes to reduced burnout and increased job satisfaction, using the Conservation of Resources (COR) theory as a framework. Methodology The methodology involved a sample of 146 employees from two companies in Jakarta, utilizing stratified proportionate random sampling. Using MacroPROCESS for SPSS model no 4 to analyze the hypoyheses. Findings The results demonstrate that a positive work-life balance significantly reduces burnout levels, which in turn enhances job satisfaction. Furthermore, the study reveals that burnout mediates the relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction. Suggestion The findings suggest that organizations should prioritize strategies and initiatives that promote work-life balance to mitigate burnout and foster higher levels of job satisfaction among their employees.

Abstract

Objectives- This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance by involving work engagement as a mediating variable at CV Mustika Jaya Furniture. Methodology- The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 74 employees of CV Mustika Jaya Furniture selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of SmartPLS V3.0 software to test the mediating role of work engagement and the validity and reliability of the model. Findings- The results of the study indicate that: (1) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, and (3) work engagement acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Suggestion- Theoretically, this study strengthens the empirical evidence on the mediation mechanism in the leadership-performance relationship in the context of Indonesian furniture SMEs

Abstract

Tujuan-Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi pemenuhan kebutuhan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Divisi Infrastruktur Perhubungan PT X. Metodologi-Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel terdiri dari 160 karyawan Divisi Infrastruktur Perhubungan PT X yang dipilih menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 26. Temuan-Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi pemenuhan kebutuhan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, pengaruh tersebut termasuk dalam kategori lemah, mengindikasikan adanya faktor lain di luar penelitian yang juga memengaruhi kinerja. Saran- Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen PT X dalam merancang strategi kepemimpinan dan program motivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, khususnya di divisi infrastruktur. Penelitian ini juga memperkaya literatur tentang kepemimpinan transformasional dan teori pemenuhan kebutuhan dalam konteks industri infrastruktur di Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence given by financial literacy, risk preferences and social media influencers on millennial generation investment interest in IPNU & IPPNU members at the Bangsri District Level. Methodology, this research is a type of quantitative research (Primary Data), where the data is obtained from a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. IPNU & IPPNU members at the Bangsri District Level with a total of 1,500 people constitute the research population. To determine the sample, purposive sampling technique was used which then resulted in a sample of 106 respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method using the help of the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 program. Findings, The findings obtained from this study indicate a significant positive effect of financial literacy and social media influencers on millennial generation investment interest. Meanwhile, risk preference does not show its influence on millennials' investment interest. Suggestions before investing investors must understand the financial basis they have and the risks of investing.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang diterapkan oleh PT KAO Indonesia Karawang Factory dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas SDM. Secara spesifik, penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana praktik MSDM berkontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pencapaian keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan di industri terkait. Metodologi- Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan berbagai pihak terkait di PT KAO Indonesia Karawang Factory, termasuk manajemen SDM dan karyawan. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memahami secara komprehensif implementasi strategi MSDM dan dampaknya. Temuan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT KAO Indonesia Karawang Factory mengimplementasikan serangkaian strategi MSDM yang terstruktur untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM. Strategi tersebut meliputi program pelatihan yang komprehensif, sistem evaluasi kinerja yang terukur, dan inisiatif pemeriksaan kesehatan rutin. Selain itu, perusahaan memberikan perhatian signifikan terhadap aspek keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja melalui penerapan peraturan yang ketat dan penyediaan alat pelindung diri yang memadai. Implementasi strategi-strategi ini berkorelasi positif dengan terbentuknya karyawan yang kompeten, termotivasi, dan memiliki kinerja yang baik, yang pada akhirnya mendukung keunggulan kompetitif PT KAO Indonesia Karawang Factory di industrinya. Saran Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, disarankan agar PT KAO Indonesia Karawang Factory terus mengembangkan dan memperkuat program-program pelatihan yang ada, serta secara berkala mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem evaluasi kinerja. Perusahaan juga perlu mempertahankan komitmennya terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sebagai investasi jangka panjang dalam kualitas SDM. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat dilakukan dengan cakupan yang lebih luas dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mengukur dampak strategi MSDM secara lebih terukur terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the factors that influence dividend policy involving the variables of liquidity, leverage, profitability, activity ratio, and firm size in companies indexed LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. The analytical tool we use is multiple linear regression on SPPS software to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings in this study are that the activity ratio proxied by total asset turnover and firm size has a positive and significant effect. while leverage with the debt to equity ratio indicator and profitability with the return on assets indicator have a negative and significant effect. Meanwhile, another finding of our research is that liquidity with the current ratio indicator also has a positive although insignificant effect on dividend policy.
