Abstract

This study aims to: analyze Information Technology, Competence and Professionalism partially influence the performance of Employees in the Barru District Employment Work and to analyze Information Technology, Competence and Professionalism simultaneously influence the performance of Employees at the Barru District Inspectorate. The sample of this study was using a saturated sample in which samples were taken from all populations, namely the entire 34 civil servants Barru District Inspectorate. The results of this study indicate that partially the work culture has a significant effect on the analyze Information Technology with a t count of 2.172 with sig.0.038, has a Competence significant effect on the obtained t count of 4.019 with sig.0.000, has a Professionalism significant effect on the performance of Employee obtained t count for 2.363 with sig.0,025. While simultaneously can analyze Information Technology, Competence and Professionalism affect the employee performance of 54.1% (adjusted r square = 0.541). The partial correlation of analyze Information Technology by 0.278, the partial correlation of Competence by 0.512 and the partial correlation of Professionalism by 0.296, which means job satisfaction has a greater influence on employee performance of the Barru District Inspectorate

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of partially and simultaneously motivation, individual characteristics, and work motivation on employee performance at the Pinrang District Secretariat, as well as the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Pinrang District Secretariat.This type of research is descriptive quantitative, while the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory research. The study was conducted at the Pinrang Regency Regional Secretariat. Implementation of research for 3 months. The population in this study amounted to 95 employees in the Pinrang District Secretariat. The sample in this study is the entire population taken as a sample. Thus the number of samples is equal to the population (census or saturated sample). So that a sample of 95employees at the Pinrang District Secretariat. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression model (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous influence of emotional intelligence, individual characteristics and work motivation on the performance of the Pinrang District Secretariat staff, as well as the most dominant work motivation variable affecting the performance of the Pinrang District Secretariat staff.

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze the effect of intellectual intelligence, motivation and work culture individually and jointly on the performance of employees at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency in Majene Regency.The design of this study uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The study was conducted at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency in Majene Regency. The time of the study was from November to December 2019. The population in the study were all employees of the Majene Regency Financial and Asset Agency, amounting to 97 people. The sampling technique used in this study is census sampling or saturated sample, which is the total sample is all population. The number of samples in this study were 97 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis).The results showed that intellectual intelligence, motivation and work culture each had an influence on the performance of Majene Regency's Financial and Asset Agency employees. The variables in this study indicate that motivation is more dominantly influencing the performance of Majene Regency's Financial and Asset Agency employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of organizational culture, career development, and compensation partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variable affects the staff’s performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar. This study was a quantitative study with 89 respondents as staff from Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar. In this study the entire population was made respondent. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the analysis indicate that (1) Organizational Culture and Compensation have no partial effect on the Staff’s Performance while Career Development has a positive and significant effect on the staff’s Performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar (2) Organizational Culture, Career Development, and Compensation simultaneously have a significant effect toward the staff’s Performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar (3) Career Development is the most dominant variable affects the staff’s Performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Makassar.

Abstract

The research aims to determine and analyze (1) the direct effect of compensation and work discipline on employee morale at the Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (2) the direct effect of compensation, work discipline and morale on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office Barru Regency (3) the direct effect of compensation and work discipline on performance through employee morale at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Barru Regency (4) The indirect influence of work competency and discipline on performance through employee morale at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Services District Barru. This research design uses survey research.. The population in this study included all employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Barru Regency, amounting to 81 people. Sampling of this study was conducted by using a saturated sampling technique (census), which determines the entire population to be sampled as many as 81 employees of the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Barru District. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that (1) there was a direct positive effect on compensation and work discipline on employee morale at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office in Barru District (2) there was a direct positive effect on compensation, work discipline and morale on employee performance at the Department of Work General and Spatial Planning of Barru Regency (3) there is a direct positive effect on compensation and work discipline through employee morale at the Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning (4) there is an indirect positive effect on competence and work discipline on performance through employee morale at the Barru District Public Works and Spatial Planning Office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai ASN Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian survei. Sebanyak 40 pegawai ASN Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar menjadi sampel yang diambil melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Setelah dilakukan uji validitas dan reabilitas yang dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Ver. 20 (Student Version), diperoleh hasil bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai ASN, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan iklim organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai ASN, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai ASN dan (4) disiplin kerja, iklim organisasi dan kepusasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai ASN Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Hasil ini juga didukung oleh kategori penilaian statistik deskriptif yang rata-rata tinggi . This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, organizational climate and job satisfaction on the work performance of ASN employees at the Regional Civil Service, Education and Training Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency. This study is categorized as a survey studu. A total of 40 ASN employees of the Regional Civil Service, Education and Training Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency were sampled by means of distributing questionnaires. Based on validity and reliability tests with simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Ver software. 20 (Student Version), the results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on the work performance of ASN employees (2) there is a positive and significant effect of organizational climate on the work performance of ASN employees (3) there is a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction on ASN employee work performance (4) work discipline, organizational climate and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of ASN employees at the Regional Civil Service Agency, Regional Education and Training of Selayar Islands Regency This result is also supported by the descriptive statistical assessment category which is high on average.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas pariwisata kabupaten Polewali mandar. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei lapangan dengan instrumen utama adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel penelitian (sampel sensus). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Secara parsial terbukti terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. , 2) secara simultan terbukti terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja merupakan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja. This study aims to test and analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of leadership, motivation and competence on employee performance at the tourism office in Polewali Mandar district. The method used is a field survey with the main instrument is a questionnaire. This study used the entire population as the research sample (census sample). Data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that 1) It is partially proven that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership, work motivation, and competence on employee performance at the Polewali Mandar Regency Tourism Office. 2) it is simultaneously proven that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership, work motivation, and competence on the performance of the employees of the Polewali Mandar Regency Tourism Office. This study also proves that work motivation is the most dominant factor affecting performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : 1) ApakahFasiltas, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar. 2) Apakah Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar. 3) Variabel manakah yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar ?Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar.Jumlah Populasi sebanyak 1.518 nasabah. Penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin yaitu sebanyak 94 nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Fasilitas (X1) sebesar 0,154, Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) sebesar 0,557, dan Kualitas Produk (X3) sebesar 0,223 berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar, artinya Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kualitas Produk dapat meningkatkan dan memberikan kepuasan terhadap nasabah pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani. 2) Fasilitas (X1) sebesar 0,154, Kualitas Pelayanan (X2) sebesar 0,557, dan Kualitas Produk(X3) sebesar 0,223 berpengaruh secara simultan sebesar 63.3% terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani. Niaga Madani Makassar (3) the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction at PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar.This research was conducted at PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar. The type in this research is a Field Research with quantitative methods. The population was 1,518 customers and determine the sample using the Slovin formula as many as 94 customers. The analysis method used was a descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the support of SPSS version 25 software.Based on the research results, (1) facility (X1) 0.154, service quality (X2) 0.557, and product quality (X3) 0.223 partially affect the customer satisfaction at PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani Makassar. This means that these three variables can increase and provide satisfaction to customers at PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani (2) facilities (X1) 0.154, service quality (X2) 0.557, and product quality (X3) 0.223 have a simultaneous effect of 63.3 % of customer satisfaction at PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani. This means that facilities, service quality, and product quality can improve and provide satisfaction to customers at PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani (3) service quality is the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction at PT BPR Syariah Niaga Madani.

Abstract

Lower realization than predetermined target values. One example of ineffective work management is the parking mechanism where most parking objects still use the manual system. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Makassar City Regional Revenue Board either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative with a survey approach. This research was conducted at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency Office from September to October 2020. The population in this study was 139 with a sample of 73 people. The sample was obtained because all populations were sampled but only 73 respondents returned it and this number was deemed to have met the requirements based on the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10 percent, totaling 58 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, and review documentation. Existing data are processed using the SPSS application to carry out an impact test. The results showed that partially, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource competence on employee work performance of DISPERINGAG PROV. SULSEL. This research is a quantitative research. The entire population is the sample in this study. The research data were obtained from the results of respondents' responses using a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, and linear regression analysis test using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the competence of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the work performance of DISPERINDAG PROV employees. SULSEL. This is evidenced by the results of the t test, the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 3.676 with a significance level of 0.000.
