Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the processes via which taxpayers and tax authorities in Indonesia resolve disputes over tax matters. A common source of conflict in the tax system is the ability of taxpayers to challenge judgments made by tax officials. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, which entails gathering and evaluating literature on tax dispute settlement. After determining which reputable journals are appropriate for SLR, the next steps are to assess and synthesise the results. Lack of accountability, effectiveness, and transparency in current processes is one of the key problems with tax dispute resolution, according to the report. The report concludes that changes to the tax system are necessary, and suggests implementing cooperative compliance principles to make the system more equitable and increase taxpayer happiness. Better and more equitable tax policy for Indonesia could be in the works thanks to this study's findings.

Abstract

Peran kepala sekolah di lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini, sangat penting dalam membentuk suasana kerja yang mendukung perkembangan profesional guru. Penelitian ini mengkaji model kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh kepala PAUD Plamboyan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas kepemimpinan transformasional dalam mendorong guru agar lebih termotivasi dan produktif dalam tugas pengajaran mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, di mana data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah dan guru, serta dokumentasi terkait. Keabsahan data dijamin melalui teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala PAUD Plamboyan berhasil meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru melalui keteladanan, motivasi verbal, dan dorongan untuk berinovasi. Namun, terdapat kendala berupa keterbatasan fasilitas dan kurangnya apresiasi formal yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja guru secara jangka panjang. Kendala ini menghambat optimalisasi potensi model kepemimpinan transformasional, terutama dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih mendukung kreativitas guru. Implementasi dari temuan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peningkatan fasilitas dan bentuk apresiasi yang lebih formal untuk menunjang efektivitas kepemimpinan transformasional. Rekomendasi bagi lembaga pendidikan adalah mempertimbangkan penyediaan dukungan material dan insentif formal sebagai bagian dari strategi untuk memperkuat motivasi guru.

Abstract

The study of Islam with an approach to Sufi mysticism focuses on the spiritual dimension of Islam, emphasizing the pursuit of closeness to God through inner experiences such as dhikr and meditation. Sufism offers an approach that differs from the legal and social aspects of Islam, prioritizing unity with God and the purification of the soul. This research explores the history of Sufism, mystical experiences like fana and baqa, and critiques of Sufi practices from both traditional and reformist scholars. Additionally, Sufism is examined in the context of contemporary Islamic society, connecting it with psychology and philosophy to balance rational and spiritual aspects. This journal aims to provide insights into Sufism’s contribution to character formation and spirituality among Muslims, as well as its relevance in a modern, materialistic world

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Village Head's decisions in allocating village funds for the education sector in the Praya Barat District. The allocation of village funds is a policy that can impact the development of various sectors, including education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews with the Village Head, village officials, community leaders, and document analysis of the village budget. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis to identify patterns in the allocation of village funds. The results show that most of the village funds are allocated for improving educational facilities, such as renovating school buildings and providing educational tools. Additionally, village funds are used to give incentives to honorary teachers. However, the allocation of village funds in the education sector is still focused on physical development and lacks attention to improving teaching quality, such as teacher training and curriculum development. Factors influencing the Village Head's decision include village deliberations and applicable government policies. This study suggests that village fund allocation should be more balanced between physical development and quality education improvement, along with enhancing the capacity of village managers to plan and utilize village funds effectively.

Abstract

Peninjoan Village has rich and unique natural tourism potential but has not been able to attract maximum tourist attention. The urgency of this research is to identify a tourism destination branding strategy design through the development of quality human resources (HR) in Penenjoan Village, Bangli Regency. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. This research focuses on designing a strong and effective tourism destination brand to increase the attractiveness of Peninjoan Village as a tourist destination.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including education. The digital era presents not only new opportunities but also complex challenges for educators, particularly for Generation Z. This research aims to explore the roles and challenges faced by Generation Z as educators in the digital age. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, specifically library research. The findings indicate that in the digital era, Generation Z plays a crucial role as educators by leveraging their familiarity with technology to create interactive and relevant learning experiences. They encourage collaboration among students through projects and game elements, as well as linking the material to current issues. However, the challenges they face include a lack of experience in classroom management, difficulties in balancing teaching tasks with administrative duties, and high expectations from parents and schools. To address these challenges, Generation Z utilizes personal experiences and self-directed learning while collaborating with fellow educators. Enhanced training in technology and classroom management is essential to support their effectiveness in fulfilling their roles as educators.

Abstract

Conflict in the school environment is an unavoidable phenomenon, especially in the context of diversity of characters, needs, and expectations between students, teachers, and other related parties. This study aims to examine the influence of the collaborative leadership style of female principals in managing conflict at SDN 18 Ampenan, Mataram. Using a qualitative approach and case study design, this study involved interviews, observations, and documentation to collect data from the principal, 10 teachers, and several students. The findings show that the collaborative leadership style applied by female principals, which includes open communication, active participation, and the application of coaching and restitution triangle approaches, contributes significantly to conflict management in schools. This approach increases mutual trust, encourages collaboration, and prioritizes the restoration of relationships between conflicting parties. Despite challenges such as traditional hierarchies and time constraints, this study confirms that collaborative leadership is able to create an atmosphere that supports learning and harmony in the school environment. This study provides important insights into the effectiveness of female leadership in managing conflict and improving the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

This research explores the experiences of tourists participating in cooking classes at the Bali Farm Cooking School. The data analyzed are tourist comments on TripAdvisor regarding "Bali Farm Cooking School" taken on December 21, 2023. The data is derived from tourist comments in 2023 totaling 30. The research findings indicate that the majority of tourists give a maximum rating, indicating a very satisfying experience. The positive experience involves tangible and intangible aspects. Tourists feel happy learning to cook, getting to know the local market, and gaining insights into Balinese community life. SWOT analysis is also used to identify internal and external factors to create internal and external strategies for the Bali Farm Cooking School.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kebutuhan anak dari segala kegiatan dan hak-haknya agar dapat hidup, tumbuh, berkembang, dan berpartisipasi, secara optimal sesuai dengan harkat dan martabat kemanusiaan, serta mendapat perlindungan dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan terkait hukum perlindungan anak yang ditinjau dari perspektif pendidikan. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian tipe yuridis normatif dengan sumber data berupa data sekunder dan data primer. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hukum yang berlaku dan peraturan-peraturan yang terkait dengan perlindungan anak dalam pendidikan. Dengan demikian, pendekatan ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk memeriksa secara teliti perangkat hukum yang ada dan bagaimana penerapannya dalam praktek pendidikan. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan dan menginterpretasi data yang diperoleh.Proses analisis data dalam penelitian ini melibatkan pengumpulan data sekunder dan primer yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data-data tersebut kemudian dideskripsikan dan diinterpretasikan untuk mengeksplorasi isu-isu yang diuraikan dalam penelitian, seperti hak anak dalam pendidikan, regulasi hukum yang melindungi anak, dan peran keluarga serta masyarakat dalam membangun kesadaran hukum anak. Pendekatan kualitatif memungkinkan peneliti untuk memahami konteks sosial, budaya, dan normatif di balik data yang dikumpulkan, sehingga dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang bagaimana hukum perlindungan anak ditetapkan dan dipahami dalam konteks Pendidikan diantaranya pertama, hak anak dalam mendapatkan pendidikan; kedua, pengaturan terkait hukum perlindungan anak dalam memperoleh pendidikan; ketiga membangun kesadaran hukum di sekolah; serta yang keempat, peran keluarga dan masyarakat dalam membangun kesadaran hukum anak.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the juridical review of hospital accountability in providing healthcare services to general patients and BPJS users, focusing on RSUD H. Abdul Manan Simatupang Kisaran. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method with an empirical juridical approach. Data collection involves primary data obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation, as well as secondary data sourced from relevant books, journals, and articles. The research subjects include the Public Relations department of RSUD, medical staff, general patients, and BPJS users, selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the hospital's accountability in delivering healthcare services to both general patients and BPJS users encompasses the responsibility to provide quality, safe, comprehensive, non-discriminatory services, and to protect all patients. As a legal entity, the hospital must bear legal consequences for actions or negligence by itself or its healthcare personnel. The differences in treatment between general patients and BPJS users are primarily related to administrative procedures rather than the quality of medical services. These differences are influenced by factors such as inadequate communication from medical staff to BPJS patients, limited understanding of BPJS participants regarding required procedures, and insufficient dissemination of information about BPJS service procedures.
