Abstract

Digitalization has become a major driving force in transforming organizational communication practices, including communication processes, media, and interaction patterns among organizational members. This study aims to analyze the transformation of organizational communication through digitalization and to examine its impact on communication effectiveness and organizational performance among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) located in the 26 Ilir area of Palembang City. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies involving MSME actors directly engaged in digital-based organizational communication. The findings indicate that the digitalization of organizational communication among MSMEs in the 26 Ilir area of Palembang City accelerates information flow, improves work coordination, and fosters more flexible and responsive communication patterns. The use of digital communication platforms, such as instant messaging applications and social media, plays a significant role in supporting decision-making processes and expanding the scope of internal and external communication. However, this transformation also faces several challenges, including differences in digital literacy levels among MSME actors, limitations in technological infrastructure, and the potential for miscommunication due to reduced face-to-face interactions. In conclusion, the transformation of organizational communication through digitalization in MSMEs requires well-planned communication strategies, continuous capacity building of human resources, and ongoing adaptation to digital technological developments in order to enhance communication effectiveness and ensure sustainable competitiveness.

Abstract

Write A This article aims to explore the concept of embodied pedagogy and teacher authority in the Hadith of Jibril as a response to the phenomenon of digital education disruption which tends to be disembodied (detached from physical interaction and values). This research fills a gap in the literature which has dominantly positioned the Hadith of Jibril within the theological realm. Using a qualitative approach with hermeneutic content analysis method, this study finds that the Jibril-Prophet interaction is not merely normative ethics, but a blueprint for knowledge transmission mechanisms requiring intellectual readiness and pedagogical intimacy (proxemics). The theoretical implications of this study offer a model for integrating tacit knowledge into the contemporary Islamic education curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perception of Generation Z (Gen-Z) listeners in Palembang City toward advertisements on Radio Global 101 FM amid the shifting patterns of media consumption in the digital era. As a conventional communication medium, radio faces significant challenges in maintaining its relevance in a landscape dominated by visual and interactive digital platforms. This research employed a qualitative approach using thematic analysis (Braun & Clarke, 2019). Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Gen-Z informants aged 18–25 years who are active listeners of Radio Global 101 FM. The findings reveal that Gen-Z’s perception of radio advertising is ambivalent. While they appreciate the uniqueness of audio elements—such as jingles, announcer intonation, and sound effects—that foster emotional connection, many consider radio ads less relevant to their digital lifestyles. The analysis identifies three key patterns: (1) the strength of audio as radio’s core identity, (2) a communication gap between conventional advertising formats and young audiences’ expectations, and (3) the importance of message relevance and emotional engagement in enhancing advertising effectiveness. This study concludes that the success of radio advertising among Gen-Z depends on creative, authentic, and contextually relevant audio content. Radio Global 101 FM is encouraged to innovate through storytelling, humor, and cross-platform collaborations to remain engaging and competitive.

Abstract

Early childhood education (ECE) plays an important role in the development of children's character and skills. In Indonesia, ECE faces challenges such as a lack of social support and poor teaching quality. This study adopts a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to analyze data from 100 early childhood education teachers in Yogyakarta. The results show a positive relationship between Social Support, Professional Development, and Teaching Quality and Teaching Skills. The path coefficients indicate that social support has the most significant influence, followed by professional development. However, teaching quality shows poor path coefficients, suggesting the need for further evaluation and improvement. The R-squared value reached 74.7%, indicating that the model is significantly capable of explaining the variation in teaching skills. This research emphasizes the importance of building a supportive social environment and providing training opportunities for teachers. Teaching quality metrics need to be improved to support the development of teaching skills. This finding provides a strong foundation for better educational intervention strategies, ensuring every teacher has the necessary resources and support to optimize their teaching skills.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is fundamentally the responsibility of both parents, as stated in the Qur’an (QS. At-Tahrim: 6), and will be accounted for on the Day of Judgment. Parents are naturally endowed with deep affection for their children, who are their own flesh and blood. Consequently, they strive to protect, nurture, and guide their children to ensure they possess good religious understanding and noble character, becoming righteous offspring beneficial to their family, nation, and state. However, in the era of Globalization, which brings significant changes in various aspects including Islamic Education, parents sometimes neglect this responsibility. Whereas, a key factor in the success of Islamic Education is serious parental attention. Children, as the most valuable assets, risk falling into moral decadence and identity crises due to the currents of globalization. Since Islamic education cannot be entirely delegated to educational institutions, parents must play the most active and significant role. This article investigates why parents hold such a pivotal role in the success of Islamic education.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship development has become an important agenda in Indonesia to increase the number of entrepreneurs and strengthen the national economy. One strategic effort is introducing entrepreneurial education at the school level to cultivate entrepreneurial mindset and skills among students. This community service activity aimed to provide entrepreneurship training and business plan preparation for students of Madrasah Far’ussa’adah Arabiyah in Tanjung Jabung Barat. The activity involved approximately 50 third-grade students and was conducted over two days using lecture, tutorial, discussion, and mentoring methods. The program consisted of entrepreneurship education, business idea development, and practical training in preparing business plans. The results showed that the training improved students’ understanding of entrepreneurship concepts and the importance of business planning before starting a business. Students were able to formulate simple business plans including business profiles, market analysis, operational planning, and marketing strategies. However, the financial planning aspect still required further guidance. Overall, this program successfully enhanced students’ entrepreneurial awareness and motivation. Future programs are recommended to include advanced training in financial analysis and business incubation to support sustainable student entrepreneurship development.

Abstract

Corruption is one of the crimes that has serious impacts on the life of the nation and the state, as it causes state financial losses and hampers national development. Therefore, Indonesian positive law strictly regulates criminal sanctions against perpetrators of corruption through Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001. This study aims to analyze the regulation of criminal sanctions for corruption in Indonesian positive law, evaluate the effectiveness of their implementation in judicial practice, and examine the reformulation of sentencing policies from the perspective of criminal law reform. The research method used in this study is normative legal research employing statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of the study indicate that the regulation of criminal sanctions for corruption in Indonesian positive law includes principal penalties in the form of imprisonment and fines, as well as additional penalties such as payment of compensation for state losses, asset confiscation, and revocation of certain rights. However, in practice, the implementation of these sanctions still faces several obstacles, including sentencing disparities and the suboptimal recovery of state financial losses. Therefore, it is necessary to reformulate criminal sanction policies for corruption through strengthening asset recovery mechanisms and establishing sentencing guidelines in order to realize a criminal justice system that is more effective, fair, and capable of creating a deterrent effect for perpetrators of corruption crimes.
