Abstract

Islamic Religious Education is fundamentally the responsibility of both parents, as stated in the Qur’an (QS. At-Tahrim: 6), and will be accounted for on the Day of Judgment. Parents are naturally endowed with deep affection for their children, who are their own flesh and blood. Consequently, they strive to protect, nurture, and guide their children to ensure they possess good religious understanding and noble character, becoming righteous offspring beneficial to their family, nation, and state. However, in the era of Globalization, which brings significant changes in various aspects including Islamic Education, parents sometimes neglect this responsibility. Whereas, a key factor in the success of Islamic Education is serious parental attention. Children, as the most valuable assets, risk falling into moral decadence and identity crises due to the currents of globalization. Since Islamic education cannot be entirely delegated to educational institutions, parents must play the most active and significant role. This article investigates why parents hold such a pivotal role in the success of Islamic education.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship development has become an important agenda in Indonesia to increase the number of entrepreneurs and strengthen the national economy. One strategic effort is introducing entrepreneurial education at the school level to cultivate entrepreneurial mindset and skills among students. This community service activity aimed to provide entrepreneurship training and business plan preparation for students of Madrasah Far’ussa’adah Arabiyah in Tanjung Jabung Barat. The activity involved approximately 50 third-grade students and was conducted over two days using lecture, tutorial, discussion, and mentoring methods. The program consisted of entrepreneurship education, business idea development, and practical training in preparing business plans. The results showed that the training improved students’ understanding of entrepreneurship concepts and the importance of business planning before starting a business. Students were able to formulate simple business plans including business profiles, market analysis, operational planning, and marketing strategies. However, the financial planning aspect still required further guidance. Overall, this program successfully enhanced students’ entrepreneurial awareness and motivation. Future programs are recommended to include advanced training in financial analysis and business incubation to support sustainable student entrepreneurship development.

Abstract

Corruption is one of the crimes that has serious impacts on the life of the nation and the state, as it causes state financial losses and hampers national development. Therefore, Indonesian positive law strictly regulates criminal sanctions against perpetrators of corruption through Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001. This study aims to analyze the regulation of criminal sanctions for corruption in Indonesian positive law, evaluate the effectiveness of their implementation in judicial practice, and examine the reformulation of sentencing policies from the perspective of criminal law reform. The research method used in this study is normative legal research employing statutory and conceptual approaches. The results of the study indicate that the regulation of criminal sanctions for corruption in Indonesian positive law includes principal penalties in the form of imprisonment and fines, as well as additional penalties such as payment of compensation for state losses, asset confiscation, and revocation of certain rights. However, in practice, the implementation of these sanctions still faces several obstacles, including sentencing disparities and the suboptimal recovery of state financial losses. Therefore, it is necessary to reformulate criminal sanction policies for corruption through strengthening asset recovery mechanisms and establishing sentencing guidelines in order to realize a criminal justice system that is more effective, fair, and capable of creating a deterrent effect for perpetrators of corruption crimes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of consumptive behavior on the learning commitment of KIP-Kuliah scholarship recipients. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings show that consumptive behavior is influenced by discounts, digital advertising, attractive product displays, peer pressure, and low financial literacy. Scholarship funds are often spent on non-academic needs such as clothing, gadgets, and social activities, causing academic needs to be neglected. This condition leads to decreased learning focus, delayed assignments, increased stress, and lower academic motivation. Therefore, consumptive behavior has a negative impact on students’ learning commitment.

Abstract

The transformation of educational communication in the digital age has become a crucial issue in the context of 21st-century learning, along with changes in interaction patterns, the role of technology, and the need for digital literacy. This article systematically examines the role of interaction, technology, and digital literacy in improving the effectiveness of the learning process through a literature review approach. The results of the study show that information and communication technology has changed educational communication from a one-way model to a more dialogical, participatory, and digital platform-based interaction. On the other hand, digital literacy serves as a catalyst that strengthens students' critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills, while ensuring the critical and responsible use of technology. Thus, the synergy between interaction, technology, and digital literacy is the main foundation for effective and relevant educational communication in 21st-century learning.

Abstract

The transformation of health regulations in Indonesia through Law Number 17 of 2023 has fundamentally overhauled the national health financing architecture. The most crucial change is the elimination of the mandatory spending scheme, previously set at 5% of the national budget (APBN) and 10% of the regional budget (APBD). This study aims to analyze the legal and philosophical implications of the transition to performance-based budgeting within the national development legal framework. Using normative legal research methods, the study found that this policy constitutes a form of social engineering to address inefficient regional fund absorption. However, the elimination of this minimum threshold poses the risk of legal uncertainty regarding the fulfillment of the human right to health if not accompanied by rigid performance indicators. An optimization strategy through Minimum Service Standards (SPM) and the Health Sector Master Plan (RIBK) is an absolute requirement to ensure inclusive fiscal sustainability in health

Abstract

There has been little research on the regulation and resolution of land ownership rights overlap, and the general people does not have a clear understanding of their legal status when it comes to Indonesia's land tenure system. The primary objective of this research is to ascertain whether or whether there is a clear legal framework addressing the issue of overlapping land ownership rights; the secondary objective is to examine, from a positive law standpoint, how such rights are regulated and resolved under Indonesian law. The primary objective of this research is to clarify some aspects of the Main Agrarian Law, Government Regulation 24 of 1997 on Land Registration, and any other relevant implementing regulations. Normative juridical study often makes use of conceptual analysis and legislative examination as its methodology. A thorough understanding of legal texts is achieved by qualitative research that employs primary, secondary, and tertiary sources. Inadequate public legal awareness, weak inter-agency coordination, mismatches between juridical and physical data, and a lack of certainty in the Indonesian land registration system all contribute to the reality of overlapping land ownership rights, according to the study. Legal procedures or mediation at the National Land Agency are examples of conventional methods for resolving disputes; nevertheless, the success of these methods relies heavily on the precision and thoroughness of the records maintained by the parties. As a result, we need to streamline the process of registering property, consolidate data from different sources, make the publicity principle more transparent, strengthen internal oversight, standardize regulations, and increase public access to legal education.
