Abstract

Indonesia faces various forms of potential threats from outside and from within the country which also includes airspace. The Indonesian Air Force as a state instrument in the field of air defence has a duty, which one of it is to maintain sovereignty in the airspace of national jurisdiction using combat aircraft in carrying out air defence and taking action against airspace violations. However, in reality, the current condition of air missiles owned by the Air Force is still very limited in number to support operations and the trend of readiness has decreased, so that it is necessary to increase the strength of defense equipment through defence cooperation that needs to be carried out by Indonesia with Germany in the acquisition of IRIS-T missiles. This research uses a qualitative method. The required data were collected through interviews with a number of relevant informants, observation, literature study and documentation. The data obtained in the research were then analysed through three stages of analysis, namely data reduction, processing and analysis, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that defence cooperation between Indonesia and Germany in the acquisition of IRIS-T missiles is possible and feasible. If the Indonesian Air Force acquires IRIS-T missiles, there will be compatibility with air defence systems owned by fighter aircraft such as the F-16 AM/BM emlu, F-16 C/D and T-50i aircraft. There are four opportunities if the IRIS-T acquisition is carried out, namely increased missile capability, flexibility and interoperability, deterrence and trust and modernisation and technology.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relevance and implementation of the concepts of green economy and political economy in Indonesia through analysis of literature studies. The concept of a green economy emphasizing sustainable and environmentally friendly economic growth is becoming increasingly relevant amid the challenges of climate change and environmental degradation faced by Indonesia. Meanwhile, political economy is a key theoretical basis in understanding how economic decisions related to green practices are influenced by political, economic and policy factors at the local, national and global levels. Research findings show that there is a gap between concept and implementation in the field. Despite the commitment and efforts made by the government, private sector and civil society to encourage a green economy, there are still challenges in facing conventional economic interests which tend to focus on economic growth without taking environmental impacts into account. The implications of this research are the need for cross-sector collaboration, stronger regulations, investment in green innovation, and increased public awareness as important steps in realizing sustainable and environmentally friendly economic development in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the quality of digital-based public services and the level of community satisfaction in Bulo Bulo village as well as the influence of digital-based service quality on the level of community satisfaction.The population in this study was 182 people and the sample was 64 people. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling. This type of research is Quantitative Associative. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are measurement scale instruments, reliability testing and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 and a Likert Scale. The results of this research from the results of the questionnaire obtained a recapitulation of the service quality variable of 67% in the "Good" category. The recapitulation of the community satisfaction variable was 64% in the "Good" category. The influence between Service Quality and community satisfaction in Bulo Village is categorized as "Influential/Significant", from the ANOVA test the F count obtained is 2127.592 with a significance level of 0.000. This shows that the influence of the independent variables as a whole has a significant effect, and the probability is far above 0.05, overall partial t count (46,126) > t table (1,671) meaning that the quality of digital-based public services has a significant/influence on the level of community satisfaction in Bulo Village of 97.2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja pemerintah daerah dalam program pengentasan kemiskinan di kecamatan Baranti kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data diambil dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada masyarakat dan aparat pemerintah kecamatan Baranti. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan Nvivo 12 plus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah daerah telah mengimplementasikan berbagai program untuk mengurangi angka kemiskinan, seperti pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, bantuan sosial, pendidikan, kesehatan dan pengembangan infrastruktur. Dapat kita lihat bahwa produk pelayanan dan waktu penyelesaian menunjukkan presentasi tertinggi dari kelima indikator yang kemudian disusul oleh kompetensi petugas yang sudah cukup baik, Namun, pemerintah masih memiliki tantangan dalam hal sarana dan prasarana yang disediakan masih sangat minim serta prosedur pelayanan yang perlu ditingkatkan terutama dalam hal evaluasi dan pengawasan kebijakan terkait.

Abstract

Companies must be able to retain customers in various ways, including by emphasizing brand image that can attract new customers, and customer happiness that can create customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is one of the most significant variables in maintaining company growth and expanding its sales. Many public figures open companies, including restaurants and snacks. Many entrepreneurs who are involved in the business sector have prominent names to build a positive brand image in the eyes of consumers. This research was conducted at Ayam Geprek Sako with a sample of 160. This study combines descriptive and quantitative methods. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between three variables, namely brand association, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty. This study uses primary and secondary sources to obtain its data. The survey method will be used to collect primary data, while secondary data sources such as books, journals, and articles from previous studies will be used to obtain secondary data. Analysis with SEM PLS. the results show that Brand Association Strength has an effect on satisfaction and does not have an effect on loyalty. And satisfaction can mediate between brand association and loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence motivation has on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in this study was 960 people. The sample collection technique was purposive sampling. This type of research is Descriptive Quantitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, literature studies. Data analysis techniques used were validation tests, reliability, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS and Likert Scale. The results of this study are the results of the questionnaire obtained from the recapitulation of the Information Technology Use variable 81% are in the "agree" category, the recapitulation of employee performance variables of 79% are in the "agree" category. Factors that influence employee performance are the ability factor is 71% and the motivation factor is 77%. The influence of the use of information technology on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency is categorized as "Influential/Significant", from the ANOVA test, the F count obtained is 28.384 with a significance level of 0.01, this shows that the influence of the independent variable as a whole has a significant effect, and the probability is far above 0.05 partially t count (5.328) ≥ t table (1.98552) meaning that the influence of the use of information technology on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency is 81%.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the role of the community in infrastructure development in Tana Toro Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, and to find out the factors that influence what factors influence the community's role in infrastructure development in Tana Toro Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. . This research method approach uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 579 people with 85 samples. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample (census). The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data collected was then processed and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with the help of descriptive statistics using SPSS and percentages. The results of the research show that the recapitulation of infrastructure development in Tana Toro Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a percentage result of 70% in the good category, as well as the factors that influence infrastructure development in Tana Toro Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a percentage recapitulation result of 60 % in the good category.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the application of good governance principles to public services in Banua village, Bungin sub-district, Enrekang district, to determine supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of good governance principles to public services in Banua village, Bungin sub-district, Enrekang district. The population of this study was 194 heads of families in Banua village. The sample in this research was 66 heads of families, taken based on non-probability sampling techniques. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is validity, reliability and simple linear regression using the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0 application. The research results show that the implementation of Good Governance principles in Banua village is in the "good" category with results of 80%. Public services in Banua Village are in the "Good" category with a percentage result of 63%. The application of the principles of Good Governance to Public Services in Banua Village, Bungin District, Enrekang Regency is in the category with the "significant/influential" level, from the ANOVA test, the F count obtained is 19,725 with a significant level of 0.003, based on the t value > t table. or 3,012 ≥ 1.667 then H0 is rejected, meaning that the level of implementation of Good Governance Principles is significant/influences public services in Banua Village, Bungin District, Enrekang Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the communication model implemented by the Village Head in efforts to increase community participation in Timoreng Panua Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore how the Village Head applies an effective communication model to encourage community involvement in the village development process. The findings indicate that the communication carried out by the Village Head successfully involved various elements of the community and village government, contributing to increased community participation in development activities. However, community participation is still not optimal, especially in decision-making related to village development plans. This research is expected to contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of more effective communication models to enhance community participation at the village level.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence between fiscal mix policy and monetary policy in order to maintain macroeconomic stability as seen by monetary and fiscal indicators on macroeconomics. The method used is Vector Autoregression by completing assumption tests and estimates on the research variables tax, government spending, exchange rates, interest rates, money supply and gross domestic product. The time series research data for 2008-2022 is sourced from the World Bank with the results obtained that government spending is influenced by the amount of money in circulation and tax revenues, interest rates influence tax results, the amount of money flowing also influences exchange rate figures and gross domestic product has an influence. by exchange rates and taxes. Shows that monetary policy and fiscal policy have a mutually influential relationship on macroeconomic stability in Indonesia. With these two policies, they become a policy mix that can describe the economy in Indonesia, so that the use and implementation of fiscal and monetary policies must always be controlled efficiently.
