<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the Performance Evaluation of Matang Danau Village Government Apparatus in Improving the Quality of Service to the Community. This study uses a qualitative method. The informants in this research were the Chairman of the BPD, Village Head, Village Secretary, and 3 (three) community leaders. This research uses qualitative data analysis where existing data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation are analyzed using descriptive methods using inductive thinking. The results of this research show that the performance of the Matang Danau Village government apparatus has not been running well. The work commitment of the Matang Danau Village officials in their work is still low, this means that the discipline of the officials in implementing the principles of public service does not work well. The Matang Danau Village government's punctuality in working is also not optimal. The comfort of Matang Danau Village government services is also not optimal. Although the quality of service provided by the Matang Danau Village government is quite good. Apart from that, the effective use of technology and resources is also carried out quite well by the Matang Danau Village government. The government of Matang Danau Village has also responded quickly to community problems.]]>

<![CDATA[Regional economic growth is a support for countries in certain regions. One of the regions with a fairly high level of regional economic growth is Southeast Asia. Regional economic growth in this region cannot be separated from the existence of ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) as a regional organization in the region. There is an area of regional economic growth in this region that is interesting to study, namely IMT-GT (Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle), a sub-regional cooperation in ASEAN with the membership of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand as three countries with regional borders. The challenge of IMT-GT is economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is qualitative with data collection techniques through documentation studies, archival studies, and internet search studies. This research found that the dynamics of economic conditions in the three IMT-GT member countries are one of the pillars for post-Covid-19 economic recovery in the region, and the IMT-GT has even become a support for these three countries to get through the COVID-19 pandemic. <![CDATA[Since 2009, creative economy has become one of the Government’s priority sectors in the national economic development effort. The creative economy sector embeds several characteristics such as intellectual creation and idea-based. Therefore, the existence of the aforementioned characteristics signifies a close relationship with the regulatory framework on intellectual property, especially in providing legal certainty towards the stakeholders, either from the perspective of the creative economy entrepreneurs as the intellectual property’s holder who may enjoy the economic benefit of their intellectual property as well as from the perspective of the investors or financial service sectors who possess the financing capability. <![CDATA[This study aims to see how behavior changes of research subjects who modified behavior through modeling techniques in guiding pre-school children in using age-appropriate gadgets. The use of gadgets at preschool age has become an increasingly pressing issue in modern society, with their negative impact on mental health and social interaction. Modeling techniques are used as a foundation for designing interventions that can reshape undesirable behavior. This research method uses a qualitative research approach, where research with a qualitative approach can understand social phenomena or human behavior as a whole. This type of research uses action research. Actioan research is a way to gain knowledge and do something to change society through action research. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out with descriptive qualitative analysis. This method involves a description of the current situation, such as the background of the case, the characteristics of the child who experienced the use of gadgets not according to his age, and how modeling techniques are applied in behavior modification. This analysis will help understand the context of the case and specific details. Furthermore, the implementation of modeling techniques will be carried out, utilizing a personal and adaptive approach. This research is expected to contribute to our understanding of how modelling techniques can be applied effectively in guiding preschoolers to use gadgets according to their age. The practical implications of this research include the development of intervention strategies that can be adopted by relevant parties, such as parents, to help individuals manage their gadget use more positively and in a balanced manner.]]>

This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The results of the research show that the food security program planning by the PKK in Karangtengah Subdistrict has been carried out well. This planning involves various stakeholders and is adapted to the potential and problems that exist in the area. The implementation of the food security program by the PKK in Karangtengah Subdistrict has also gone well. This program has had a positive impact on food security in Karangtengah Subdistrict.]]>

<![CDATA[Media plays an essential tool for every candidate to construct and promote their positive images in every election. In the vast development of the Internet and digital media, it is not enough for presidential candidates to only use mainstream media such as television, radio, and printed media. That’s why every presidential candidate must use the Internet, especially social media, to gain purposes. In the 2019 Indonesia Presidential Election, Instagram becomes popular for candidates to promote their self-image. This study will analyze Joko Widodo's personal Instagram account @jokowi three months before election. This study shows that Joko Widodo uses Instagram as his front stage to build his positive image by using several issues such as; his success in building infrastructure, maintaining commodity prices in the market, his concern towards Indonesian athlete achievements, and his fast reaction to natural disasters events. He creates positive image by showing his other side as husband and grandfather. Moreover, he uses his closeness with people to deliver that he is a caring leader. This study suggests that public be more critical in reading message of political campaigns in presidential candidates. It only provides positive issue identified as a front stage that hides the actual reality]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the person organisation fit including value congruence, goal congruence, needs fulfilment, personality culture characteristic congruence simultaneously or partially on employee performance at the Central City District Office of Gorontalo City. The population in this study were all employees as many as 34 people, the main data collection through a list of questions that were tested through two stages, namely validity test and reliability test for each question item contained in the questionnaire. The analysis method used is path analysis. The results showed that, Person organisation fit includes value compatibility, goal compatibility, fulfilment of needs, personality culture characteristics compatibility has a positive and significant effect simultaneously or partially on employee performance at the Central City District Office of Gorontalo City.]]>

<![CDATA[Public sector leadership is a very important part of service and is the true essence of leadership as the main part of public service. How public sector leadership can work well so that there is increased community participation is certainly a very important discussion. This research was conducted to see the effectiveness of the village head's leadership in motivating village community participation to improve village infrastructure development. Based on the problems studied, this method and research uses qualitative descriptive research. The results of the research show that the village head of Nagori Pardomuan Tongah has made efforts and roles, such as inviting the community to take part in various village activities with the aim of increasing community participation in development in accordance with with the content, aims and intentions of each development program to be implemented in accordance with his responsibilities and the community as a supporting factor, it is stated that the village head is carrying out his role as less effective. The efforts made by the government in overcoming these obstacles are the village head of Nagori Pardomuan Tongah as a driver and motivator in better village development, the village head should increase motivation to be used as a channel to convey information from each development program , the village head must increase the intensity of implementing development activities with the community for the welfare of the people in the village.]]>

This study uses a naturalistic qualitative approach and is descriptive analytic because the data to be examined is data that illustrates complex and concrete social reality. <![CDATA[Abstract The purpose of this research is to describe the form of language variation and the factors behind the emergence of language variation. The language variation referred to in this study is the variety of languages used by 8th grade students of Strada Marga Mulia Middle School in everyday life. This research method uses descriptive qualitative which describes the object naturally. The data collection method used the free-of-conversation (SBLC) method of listening. The listening method is carried out using two techniques, namely tapping and note-taking techniques. The tapping technique is done by tapping, which is recording secretly and the note-taking technique is done to record unclear language in order to make it easier for researchers to describe the data findings. The results of this study found that there are forms of language variation in the form of two languages, namely English and Indonesian. There is also a vulgar form that is often spoken by some people, this is caused by environmental factors. In addition, there are several factors behind the language variation, namely, the area of origin, the relaxed factor, the familiarity factor, and the environmental factor.]]>
