Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has transformed the landscape of social communication, with platforms like TikTok serving not only as entertainment spaces but also as venues for emotional expression and interaction. This study aims to explore how virtual interaction within the viral hashtag phenomenon #KaburAjaDulu fosters emotional attachment among TikTok users in Indonesia. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research analyzes TikTok content utilizing the hashtag and reviews academic literature on digital communication dynamics, self-disclosure, and emotional bonding in social media. The findings reveal that the #KaburAjaDulu hashtag functions as a collective outlet for self-expression, where users channel life stressors through humorous, ironic, or melancholic content. Engagement through TikTok’s interactive features—such as duet, stitch, and live comments—enhances emotional connectivity between content creators and their audiences, resulting in the formation of empathy-based communities. This phenomenon reflects key aspects of Indonesian culture, including collectivism, humor as a coping mechanism, and the inclination to seek emotional support within digital spaces. The study concludes that TikTok is more than a mere entertainment platform; it serves as a significant emotional and social outlet, particularly for the younger generation. The #KaburAjaDulu trend illustrates how Indonesia’s digital society responds to social pressures in creative, emotional, and collaborative ways.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis reaksi netizen terhadap video YouTube berjudul “Ekspansi Politik Haji Isam dan Pengambilalihan PPP” yang dipublikasikan Tempo.co dalam segmen Bocor Alus Politik. Video ini menarik perhatian publik karena membahas ekspansi politik Haji Isam dan pengaruhnya terhadap Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dinamika interaksi publik di bagian komentar video, dengan fokus pada polarisasi sentimen, penggunaan emoji, dan tingkat toksisitas yang muncul dalam menanggapi topik yang dibahas. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data berbasis big data dan perangkat lunak Communalytic.org, yang menyediakan berbagai alat untuk analisis konten, seperti Sentiment Analyzer, Civility Analyzer, Topic Analyzer, dan Network Analyzer. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup 2.316 komentar dari video tersebut, yang telah ditonton lebih dari 1,3 juta kali dan diunggah pada 13 Mei 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa video tersebut memicu lonjakan interaksi pada 24 Mei 2025, yang didominasi oleh balasan, yang menunjukkan bahwa video tersebut menarik perhatian yang signifikan dari netizen. Temuan lebih lanjut mengungkapkan bahwa aktor tertentu, seperti @KoeMu dan @TempoVideoChannel, memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap diskusi, dengan sebagian besar komentar berfokus pada topik yang terkait dengan dinasti politik dan pengambilalihan kekuasaan. Analisis emoji menunjukkan polarisasi yang tajam, dengan sebagian besar emoji menunjukkan reaksi positif dan dukungan terhadap konten tersebut, sementara yang lain mengekspresikan kemarahan dan ketidaksetujuan dengan isu yang dibahas. Analisis toksisitas menunjukkan fluktuasi tajam dalam skor toksisitas, dengan lonjakan signifikan pada tanggal-tanggal tertentu yang mencerminkan intensitas perdebatan publik. Temuan-temuan ini penting untuk memahami dinamika komunikasi politik di media sosial dan pengaruhnya terhadap pembentukan opini publik. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literasi digital dengan memberikan wawasan tentang peran media sosial dalam membentuk wacana politik di Indonesia.

Abstract

Alternative Universe (AU) with a boys love theme has become one of the choices for Kpop fans who read AU as a sought-after work of fiction. The unusual theme of depicting romantic relationships between males is certainly very taboo and not accepted within societal norms. Nevertheless, fans who read consider that fictional works with this theme to be commonplace in fictional stories that are not real. This research will analyze the form of normalization of sexual deviation found in the depiction of alternative universe stories with a boys love theme from the perspective of Kpop fans who read these fiction. This research will use a qualitative method in a descriptive form. This study will involve preliminary observations of twenty-two readers and will take three samples for further information. This research shows that readers justify the boys love theme in an alternative universe because this theme is only present in fictional works and does not occur in the real world, allowing readers or authors to rationalize the deviations in such fiction.

Abstract

The practice of early marriage is still a social issue that needs attention today. The occurrence of early marriage itself is caused by various encouragement around with the assumption that it can handle problems. In reality, early marriage is a gate to lead to new problems that are even more complex, one of which is domestic violence. Domestic violence is a long-term risk due to early marriage. The unpreparedness of couples in various aspects creates conflicts that spark acts of violence. In fact, in the field, this practice is considered normal so that it is allowed to continue to occur. Because of this form of omission, in the end the pattern of early marriage is passed down to the latest generation. This study aims to examine the background that perpetuates the practice of early marriage and becomes recurrent violence with Walker's cycle of violence theory. The research method uses descriptive qualitative and primary data collection is done by in-depth interviews with family resource persons and expert resource persons from Child Protection Agency Indonesia (LPAI). The research shows that early marriage becomes a space for violence, and the omission by the family strengthens the cycle of violence into a cross-generational legacy.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the representation of women in commercial advertisements from a feminist perspective. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through document analysis of Indonesian television advertisements and analyzed using a feminist framework from previous literature. The results showed that the representation of women in television advertisements is still dominated by gender stereotypes and traditional roles. The dynamics of women's representation in commercial advertisements in Indonesian television media are marked by the persistent dominance of gender stereotypes, unrealistic idealization of body and beauty, inequality in the representation of diversity, and subordinate roles in advertising narratives. The findings also reveal significant changes in line with increasing gender awareness and the influence of the feminist movement marked by recent advertisements that feature women in non-traditional roles that are more independent and empowered, and emphasize the values of empowerment and gender equality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis representasi perempuan dalam iklan komersial dari perspektif feminis. Metode yang digunakan adalah library research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui analisis dokumen iklan televisi Indonesia dan dianalisis menggunakan kerangka feminis dari literatur terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa representasi perempuan dalam iklan televisi masih didominasi oleh stereotip gender dan peran tradisional. Dinamika representasi perempuan dalam iklan komersial di media televisi Indonesia ditandai dengan dominasi stereotip gender yang persisten, idealisasi tubuh dan kecantikan yang tidak realistis, ketimpangan dalam representasi diversitas, dan peran subordinat dalam narasi iklan. Temuan juga mengungkap adanya perubahan signifikan seiring meningkatnya kesadaran gender dan pengaruh gerakan feminis yang ditandai dengan iklan-iklan terbaru yang menampilkan perempuan dalam peran non-tradisional yang lebih mandiri dan berdaya, serta menekankan nilai-nilai pemberdayaan dan kesetaraan gender.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the internal control system for merchandise inventory at Indomaret Minimarket. The problem that occurs in this company is the frequent loss of inventory. Therefore, this study aims to determine the procedures for receiving, issuing goods and evaluating the internal control system for inventory accounting at Indomaret. This type of research is descriptive research. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by interview and documentation. Data sources use primary data and secondary data. The results of this study are that the internal control system for merchandise inventory at Indomaret Minimarket has not been implemented properly. Effective actions to minimize damage and loss of merchandise and maintain inventory levels have not been implemented properly. The internal control system implemented by the company has not been running effectively and efficiently because there are several elements of internal control that have not been running well, such as the absence of strict separation of stores, store functions and warehouse functions and goods inspection transactions. implemented by only one function. In addition, there has been no regular employee rotation, in the Indomaret warehouse and store there are still several CCTV cameras whose cameras are blurry or even dead and there is also no monitoring function that aims to monitor consumers who shop at Indomaret stores so that they do not rotate employees regularly to be able to anticipate theft and the like.

Abstract

Pembangunan Masjid Raya Al-Jabbar di Gedebage, Kota Bandung, tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat ibadah, tetapi juga memberikan dampak signifikan dalam aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya masyarakat sekitar. Masjid ini menjadi pusat kegiatan keagamaan dan ruang publik yang terbuka, meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja dan peluang usaha, serta memperkuat kohesi sosial. Fasilitas seperti taman tematik, museum, dan kawasan UMKM menjadikan masjid ini sebagai magnet wisata religi yang memberikan nilai tambah bagi perekonomian lokal. Interaksi antara warga dan pengunjung dari berbagai daerah memperkaya wawasan sosial dan mendorong terciptanya lingkungan yang inklusif dan kolaboratif. Secara keseluruhan, Masjid Raya Al-Jabbar merupakan simbol pembangunan terpadu yang menggabungkan nilai spiritual dan kemajuan sosial ekonomi, mendorong masyarakat menuju fase transformasi yang lebih modern dan produktif.

Abstract

This study analyzes the internal conflict experienced by the character Himura Kenshin in the film Rurouni Kenshin: The Origins, directed by Keishi Otomo. The focus of this research is to examine the forms of conflict, the influencing factors, and the personality structure of the main character. To analyze the internal conflict, the study applies literary psychology. The analysis begins by using Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalytic theory (1979) to examine the id, ego, and superego, as well as the factors that influence Kenshin’s internal conflict. In addition, Kurt Lewin’s theory (1997) is used to analyze the forms of conflict. The results of the study indicate that Himura Kenshin’s personality structure functions in a relatively balanced manner. The forms of internal conflict he experiences in the film include approach-avoidance conflict and avoidance-avoidance conflict. These conflicts are influenced by personality-related factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the impact of Servant Leadership Workload and Compensation on increasing the work productivity of PT.Barokah Adi Sejahtera The population in this study was 150 people and all of them were sampled in this study using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Compensation has no effect on employee work productivity. Simultaneously, it shows that the impact of workload, servant leadership and compensation has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Barokah Adi Sejahtera

Abstract

The results of this research aim to understand and analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline and work facilities on the performance of ASN employees of the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample in the study was 72 ASN employees using random sampling technique. The results of this research show that the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t valuecount 4,839 > ttable 1.995 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05. Work Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the t valuecount 5,998 > ttable 1.995 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05. Work Facilities do not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t valuecount 0,045 < ttable 1.995 and a significant value of 0.964 > 0.05. Work Environment, Work Discipline and Work Facilities simultaneously have an influence on the Performance of ASN Employees of the Department of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province, F valuecount 103.893 > Ftable 2.73 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05.
