Abstract

Rendahnya minat siswa pada mata pelajaran Qur’an hadits sangatlah memprihatinkan, padahal pendidikan agama Islam merupakan upaya untuk mempersiapkan generasi bangsa untuk dapat pemahaman, keyakinan (iman), dan mengamalkan ajaran Islam dari sumber yang utama yakni Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadits. Salah satu menyebab faktor kurangnya minat dikarenakan berkurangnya Self motivated learning pada setiap siswa. Dengan wujudnya Bimbingan konseling pada dunia pendidikan dipercaya dapat menanggulangi serta meminimalisir segala hambatan yang terjadi di dunia pendidikan khususnya pada proses pembelajaran. Maka dengan ini peneliti beraksud untuk meneliti urgensi layanan bimbingan kelompok terhadap Self- motivated Learning siswa kelas VII MTs Darunna’im Rangkasbitung pada mata pelajaran Qur’an Hadist. Pengumpulan data melalui tehnik observasi, pengisian kuesioner lalu diolah menggunakan SPSS dengan perolehan hasil sebesar 60.2% layanan bimbingan kelompok terbukti berpengaruh pada peningkatan Self- Motivated Learnig pada mata pelajaran Qur’an Hadits serta dengan perolehan nilai Fhitung 34.727 dengan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas secara deskriptif tentang Manajemen Kepemimpinan dan Kebijakan Politik Umar bin Khatttab dalam mengatur sebuah pemerintahan. Kepemimpinan Umar kurang lebih berlangsung selama 10 tahun, walaupun demikian pemerintahan pada zaman umar sungguh sangat berkembang pesat karena didukung dengan kondisi politik yang cenderung stabil dan tinggal meneruskan kepemimpinan dari Abu Bakar Ash Shidiq maka dari itu Khalifah Umar dapat menjadi manager dengan adanya lembaga-lembaga pemerintahan yang dibentuk oleh umar, serta kebijakan-kebijakan yang memisahkan kepentingan elite politik dengan kepentingan masyarakat. Umar juga dikenal dengan kebijakannya yang fenomenal yaitu membagi beberapa wilayah negara menjadi provinsi yang dipimpin oleh gubernur serta terus menerus melakukan eskpansi ke berbagai belahan dunia dari mulai semenanjung arab, Palestina, Syria, Irak, Mesir, persia, dan romawi, sehingga pada saat itu Islam menjadi berjaya serta kokoh dengan aqidah yang diajarkan berdasarkan Al-Quran dan Sunnah. Pengetahuan dan Inovasinya dalam menangani kemiskinan serta dapat memaksimalkan harta dan sumberdaya negara yang dimiliki sehingga menjadikan masyarakat kala itu menjadi aman, makmur dan tentram, manajemen kepemimpinan yang dimiliki umar menjadikannya sebagai pemimpin yang dicintai rakyatnya. Umar juga memiliki manajemen kepemimpinan yang khas yakni ”blusukan” ke perkampungan tanpa pengawasan yang ketat. Seperti halnya orang nomor satu di Indonesia yaitu Presiden Jokowi yang menerapkan strategi ”blusukan” ini dalam kepemimpinannya, itu berhasil memikat hati rakyat serta sukses menjadikannya presiden selama 2 periode.

Abstract

The BMK (Book Reading Guidance) lesson is one of the lessons taught at the Qomarudin Sampurnan Bungah Gresik Madrasah Diniyah Islamic Boarding School which is given to students of the Tsalis magic class, Robi. Khomis, and Sadist. The salaf book used is the book of Fathul Qorib. The BMK learning method at Madrasah Diniyah Qomaruddin so far has been bandongan (lectures). The sorogan method is a learning activity for santri that focuses more on developing individual abilities under the guidance of a kyai/ustadz. The purpose of implementing the sorogan method is to improve the ability of the students personally so as to produce a more stable learning achievement for each student. The method in this research is classroom action research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were 24 students of the Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Qomaruddin Sampurnan Bungah. Data collection procedures carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the effectiveness of the sorogan method was quite good. The classical values ​​before cycle, cycle I, and II were respectively 25%, 66.67% and 100%. The average value of students increased in each cycle from 67.17, 68.75 and in cycle II to 89.79. The results of this study indicate that the sorogan method is classified as effective in increasing BMK (Book Reading Guidance) learning achievement for students.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to instill the practice of prayer in children and introduce them to Islam through the practices of their parents from an early age. Qualitative research methods were chosen, especially descriptive qualitative research. The study, conducted at TK Al Amanah, included five parents with children aged 4 to 6. The findings highlighted the significant role parents play in habituating worship in children within this age group. Leading by example proved to be influential in motivating and encouraging children to engage in worship activities, such as prayer, recitation, and supplication. Consistent and continuous parental guidance in worship had a positive impact on shaping children's moral and spiritual character. Effective communication and a gentle approach from parents also contributed positively to worship habituation. Furthermore, the study emphasized the influence of the environment on children's worship activities, as a comfortable setting facilitated familiarity and regularity in daily worship practices.

Abstract

This research was undertaken with the objective of comprehending the efficacy of the supervision system at Cafe Corner Bengkulu in light of Islamic perspectives derived from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. The research methodology employed in this investigation was a qualitative descriptive approach, specifically utilizing field research. The findings of this study indicate that the supervision system implemented by the leaders at this Café aligns with Islamic principles of supervision. This is evident through the application of several indicators of Islamic supervision, such as the consistent provision of bonuses to employees exhibiting high performance, thereby motivating other employees to maintain exemplary standards of work performance. Additionally, the supervision process involves various methods, including the use of CCTV cameras, telephonic communication, and regular evaluation meetings. In conclusion, it can be inferred that Café Corner Bengkulu has implemented an Islamic-based supervision system, with its leaders exemplifying Islamic principles of supervision. The findings of this research contribute to the development of insights into supervisory practices that could potentially be applicable in other contexts. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami efektifitas sistem pengawasan di Café Corner Bengkulu dalam perspektif Islam yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengawasan oleh pimpinan di Cafe ini telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip pengawasan Islam. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa indikator pengawasan Islami yang telah diterapkan, yaitu pemilik usaha secara konsisten memberikan bonus kepada karyawan yang menunjukkan kinerja tinggi, sehingga memotivasi karyawan lainnya untuk menjaga standar kinerja yang baik. Selain itu, proses pengawan juga melibatkan beragam metode, termasuk penggunaan kamera CCTV, komunikasi via telpon, dan pertemuan evaluasi secara rutin. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Cafe Corner Bengkulu telah menerapkan sistem pengawasan berbasis Islam, dimana pemimpinnya mencontohkan prinsip-prinsip pengawasan Islam. Temuan pada penilitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan wawasan mengenai praktik pengawasan yang juga mungkin bisa diterapkan pada konteks lainnya.

Abstract

The debate about democracy and Islam has consistently been juxtaposed as if it never reaches a final resolution, leading to disharmony between pro and con camps in relation to democracy, especially in the contemporary era. This study elucidates that there is no need for a dichotomy between democracy and the discourse of the Quran, as the Quranic vision is not contradictory to the spirit of democracy. This research is conducted based on direct observation, taking into account empirical evidence from literature and phenomena occurring within society. The study concludes that such debate is not of paramount importance; rather, what is more urgent is fostering public participation capable of implementing democracy that aligns with the vision of the Quran and Islam at large, to prevent all forms of injustice, authoritarianism, intolerance, and oppression.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic Boarding School-Based Character Education (PKBP) which focuses on improving the personality qualities of students at MINU KH. Mukmin Sidoarjo. The study method used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document techniques. The collected data were then analyzed using the theory from Milles and Huberman, which includes descriptive narrative, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validity was checked through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The results showed that the implementation of PKBP at MINU KH. Mukmin Sidoarjo involves four aspects: teaching and learning activities, extracurricular activities, Islamic boarding school religious activities implemented in schools, and supporting activities. To improve the quality of personality, focus is given to inculcating the values of religious character, honesty, discipline, tolerance, independence, hard work, curiosity, national spirit or nationalism, communication, fondness of reading, environmental and social care, and responsibility. The PKBP strengthening program is carried out in three ways, namely extracurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular programs.

Abstract

This study examines the use of digital literacy to increase the learning outcomes of PAI students at SMK Pawiyatan Surabaya. This study uses quantitative research with a correlational descriptive approach. Data collection using a questionnaire was carried out in a self-administered questionnaire, namely, the respondents answered the questionnaire themselves that had been made by the researcher. The sample used was 177 students as respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using the Smart PLS application version 3.0. The results showed that the ability to access digital tools (XI), the ability to search for information with digital devices (X2), and the ability to evaluate information from the Internet (X3) both partially and simultaneously had a significant positive effect on PAI learning outcomes (Y). Digital literacy skills are very important in learning, especially in finding PAI information with digital tools. The more professional students are in search for this information, their insights and knowledge references will increase so that student learning outcomes for PAI will also increase.

Abstract

Pengujian sertifikasi halal yang tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 Tentang Jaminan Produk Halal masih terbatas pada kriteria yang bersifat material dari suatu produk. Padahal, konsep halal dalam pandangan Islam harus memenuhi setidaknya dua aspek: material nonmaterial. Salah satu aspek nonmaterial dari produk halal adalah aspek pembiayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah pembiayaan syariah dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 Tentang Jaminan Produk Halal. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian hukum normatif. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 Tentang JPH tidak menjadikan pembiayaan syariah menjadi tolok ukur kehalalan sebuah produk. Akan tetapi, Undang-Undang JPH masih membuka peluang untuk diterapkannya pembiayaan syariah sesuai dengan semangat yang terkandung di dalam Pasal 1 ayat (2).

Abstract

Islamic economics is required to be able to contribute to the global economy. This paper aims to analyze monetary policy in the perspective of Islamic economics in view of the country's economic development. Monetary policy is a branch of economics that influences the country's economy. Monetary in Islam not only emphasizes the supply and demand for money, but also the principle of equity, equality and creating a fair distribution of wealth and income. This study uses literature studies, namely theoretical studies and references related to values, culture and norms that develop in the social situations studied. In this research, the writer chose to study literature or study literature by collecting reference books related to research. This research study is the implication of Islamic monetary policy on economic development in Indonesia. Monetary policy can maintain economic stability by balancing the amount of money in circulation widely and in balance. If any money in circulation is greater or less than a number of goods and services, then the economy in a country will have a negative impact.
