Abstract

PT KTS is a company in the beverage industry that has three product brands, namely Latoya, Daxu and Banew. The research focuses on Latoya products, because the largest contributor to assets is 70 percent. Inventory planning is done very simply by forecasting based on sales history data at PT KTS to retail, causing a buildup of finished goods in the central warehouse. PT KTS forecasts demand based on retail demand not based on final customer demand to retail. Inventories made are not based on sales to final consumers, resulting in a bullwhip effect. The method used is by applying the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP), the goal is to calculate the value of BE at PT KTS, BE after DRP and make an order plan based on DRP. The calculation results give a value (BE) before DRP, namely 1,105 retail BJ Home, 4,36 retail Pak Anton, 0,745 retail Bu Ayu, 1,363 retail Depot S.R, 0,903 retail Bu Viska and 0,829 Dadi stores. While the BE value after DRP is 1.00 BJ Home retail, 1,00 Pak Anton retail, 0,84 Bu Ayu retail, 0,71 Sri Rejeki Depot retail, 0,72 Bu Viska retail and 0,88 Dadi shop. Lot Size using the LUC method for all variants in all retails except Latoya 600 ml at retail Pak Anton using EOQ lots with a total cost of Rp. 18.350.257,00.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important factor in the management of the hospitality industry because satisfied customers tend to revisit and provide recommendations to others so that in the end it will provide benefits for the hotel. This paper aims to review the literature related to hotel guest satisfaction. To obtain literature data, the Publish or Perish software was used and the Google Scholar and Scopus databases in Publish or Publish were selected. The title word used is "customer satisfaction hotel". The results of the initial data search were then rechecked by removing documents that were considered less relevant to the keywords/titles discussed. The final search results using the Google Scholar and Scopus databases were then stored in the Mendeley reference manager. Using Mendeley and Publish or Perish software, data on the 10 most cited articles and data on the 8 best journals were obtained. Furthermore, VOSviewer software was used to obtain network visualization and cluster data consisting of items that appear in each cluster. This study provides an overview for further research on hotel customer satisfaction related to factors that need to be investigated further. The results of this literature review will also be useful for hotel managers in an effort to increase customer satisfaction by considering factors related to customer satisfaction.

This study's sample employed the strategy of purposive sampling to acquire as many as 25 financial institutions. Using a significance threshold of 0.05, Eviews version 12.0 was used to test hypotheses using regression analysis of panel data. The results of testing variable activity ratios with the Total Assets Turnover (TAT) proxy and market value with the Market to Book Value (MBV) proxy indicated a significant negative influence on the bond ratings of financial companies, whereas leverage with a Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) proxy indicates no significant influence. The advice that may be offered to a firm, specifically the results of this study, can be utilized as material for projecting bond ratings in order to make proper judgments regarding bond issuance and is anticipated to be material for company evaluation and performance improvement. Abstract

South Tangerang City is the youngest city that officially separated from the Tangerang Regency in 2008. Area of South Tangerang City 147,19 km2 or 1,63 percent from the area of Banten Province with the widest area of Pondok Aren subdistrict with an area of 2.988 hectares. While administratively, South Tangerang City has 7 sub-districts namely Pamulang, Setu, Ciputat, East Ciputat, Serpong, North Serpong and Pondok Aren, and has 54 villages. Optimizing the distribution network of organic waste supply chain can be formulated in Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) model. Variants of VRP include Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) can be used as a model in optimizing the waste transport route and the determination of the fastest route for the transport process of organic waste in all intermediate transfer points spread in South Tangerang city. The results of this research formulate some models of optimization organic waste transport routes in each sub-district in South Tangerang city. As in Setu district there is one optimum route, Serpong district there are 7 optimum route, Pamulang district have 6 optimum route, Ciputat district have 3 optimum route, East Ciputat District have 1 optimum route, Pondok Aren district have 4 optimum route, North Serpong there are 2 optimum routes.

Abstract

The Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has had an impact on the economy, especially in sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. In order to reduce the impact of the pandemic, the Government of Indonesia has imposed a Large-Scale Social Restriction Policy (PSBB) in a number of regions in Indonesia. This policy makes MSMEs have to rely on technology to run their operations, so the adoption of E-commerce is a must for MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the adoption of E-commerce in the COVID-1 9pandemic with a modified Technology Accessibility Model (TAM) approach. This research was conducted at an organization that oversees a number of SMEs in the city of Bogor, namely the Paguyuban. The sample in the study was MSMEs under the auspices of the Association that used E-commerce during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Bogor City. The total sample in this study amounted to 155 respondents. The analysis technique used is Structure Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that the behavior of using E-commerce in MSMEs in Bogor City is influenced by the ability to adopt E-commerce attitudes. A good adoption attitude towards the use of E-commerce can be influenced by the perceived usefulness and technology readiness factors. Organizational readiness and perceived convenience do not have a significant effect on increasing the attitude of E-commerce adoption in the MSME Association which focuses on selling food and beverages in the city of Bogor.
