Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of strategic leadership and organizational culture on strategic competitiveness with strategic planning being a mediating factor. This writing applies a quantitative methodology and involves 96 respondents who are a sample of workers from manufacturing companies in Bekasi Regency. Data collection for this study was carried out using the Google formular, and data processing software called SmartPLS was used. The findings of this study show that strategic leadership has a significant effect, strategic leadership has a significant effect on strategic planning, organizational culture has no significant effect on strategic competitiveness, strategic planning has no significant effect on strategic competitiveness, and strategic planning can significantly and negatively affect strategic competitive employee performance in companies manufacturing in Bekasi Regency.

Abstract

 With the increasing number of companies in the current era of globalization, an organization is required to be able to improve company performance by maximizing new knowledge and honing talents in its workforce. Talent Management will have an impact on the success of an institution or organization. Lack of ability to read opportunities, develop skills, and lack of the right steps to develop a strategy within an organization will also have a negative impact on the sustainability of an institution. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of talent management variables on workforce agility which is mediated by job satisfaction. This research was conducted to examine the effect of talent management on workforce agility mediated by job satisfaction in private elementary schools in Cikampek District. This research uses quantitative methods. Data retrieval is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were 102 educators from 8 private schools with a sample of 81 respondents. The analytical method used is the SmartPLS 3.0 method. Based on the results of the findings of this study, it helps Teachers to utilize their talents or even increase the potential of each individual's qualified talent while at the same time helping Teachers to continue to maintain their work agility strategy in order to get work results that can give satisfaction to Teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara percived firm fairness, job satisfaction, firm commitment, burnout; perceived firm fairness dan turnover intention. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 323 auditor KAP yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa (1) Perceived firm fairness memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction; (2) Job satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap firm commitment; (3) Firm commitment terbukti berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap burnout; (4) Burnout terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terjadap turnover intention, berarti bahwa semakin tinggi burnout maka semakin tinggi turnover intention karyawan; (5) Firm commitment terbukti berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention; (6) Perceived firm fairness terbukti berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap burnout dan (7) Perceived firm fairness terbukti berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to detect financial distress in various industrial sector companies using the Modified Altman Z-Score Model (1995). Financial distress occurs when the company is in an unhealthy state but has not yet gone bankrupt. The population used is the various industrial sector companies for the 2016-2021 period. The sample in this study were 26 companies with a research period of 6 years so as to produce 156 samples obtained by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and discriminant regression analysis using the SPSS statistical test tool. The results of this study indicate that the variables of WCTA, RETA, EBITA, and BVETL have a simultaneous effect on financial distress. Partially, the variable WCTA has no effect on financial distress. While partially RETA, EBITA, BVETL affect financial distress. Keywords: Altman Z-Score Modification and Financial Distress

Abstract

The aim of this research is to empirically test the influence of liquidity, leverage, profitability and institutional ownership on environmental costs in Green Industrial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The research method is quantitative associative causal. The population is 23 companies that have won awards as green industry (PROPER Green and Gold categories) and the sample is 18 companies for the 2019-2021 period. Samples were taken based on purposive sampling. The dependent variable is environmental costs and the independent variables are liquidity, leverage, profitability and institutional ownership. The method used in testing this hypothesis is panel data regression analysis processed using eviews 10 software with t-test then f-test with a significance level of five percent and the coefficient of determination test. The research results show that environmental costs are positively and significantly influenced by liquidity and profitability. Leverage has a negative and insignificant effect on environmental costs. Meanwhile, institutional ownership does not influence and is not significant to environmental costs. The variables liquidity, leverage, profitability and institutional ownership simultaneously have a positive & significant effect on environmental costs in green industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period.

Abstract

Plastik telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat. Sifat plastik yang tidak dapat didaur ulang menimbulkan beberapa pertanyaan mengenai keamanan penggunaannya sebagai wadah makanan dan minuman. Sehingga terdapat permintaan pelanggan yang signifikan terhadap barang-barang plastik yang mengutamakan keselamatan kesehatan dan ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk untuk mengetahui faktor yang mendorong minat beli ulang pada produk Tupperware serta mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor yang  berpengaruh pada produk berdasarkan variabel green product, green price, green promotion, dan green place. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dan eksplanatori, teknik kuantitatif, dan analisis regresi linier. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai metode statistik seperti pemeriksaan validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, hingga uji hipotesis. Software SPSS 24 merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil paa penelitian ini. Partisipan penelitian diharuskan sudah pernah melakukan pembelian produk Tupperware sebelumnya, dengan penekanan khusus pada pelanggan dari Kabupaten Gresik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan secara statistik antara Green Produk, green price, dan green place untuk membeli kembali atau memesan ulang produk atau jasa akibat faktor-faktor tersebut. Namun, tidak terdapat korelasi antara green promotion dengan kecenderungan pembeli untuk membeli kembali produk tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari citra merek, kulitas produk, dan promosi terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian pocari sweat di Kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini konsumen yang pernah mengkomsumsi produk pocari sweat di Kota Batam dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 385 responden. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan menggunakan kriteria-kriteria tertentu untuk dijadikan sampel. Pengolahan data menggunakan software aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis deskriptif, uji kausalitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menujukkan citra merek, kualitas produk, dan promosi berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembeli pocari sweat di Kota Batam.

Abstract

Terdapat banyak perusahaan digital payment yang popular di Indonesia seperti GoPay, M-Banking, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, dan lain lain. Untuktuk dapat bertahan dalam ketat nya persaingan yang ada, perusahaan harus selalu melakukan inovasi yang focus terhadap konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan pengguna dan perilaku konsumen dengan loyalitas sebagai mediasi terhadap penggunaan pembayaran digital yang dilakukan oleh Generasi Z di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang yang menggunakan digital payment dalam sistem pembayaran mereka. Tiga hipotesis  diformulasikan dan diuji menggunakan Uji SEM. Hasil pengujian SEM menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna, perilaku konsumen, dan loyalitas berpengaruh pada penggunaan pembayarn digital yang dilakukan oleh generasi Z di Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitan ini dilakukan untuk agar mengetahui adanya Pengaruh Self Control, motivasi hedonik dan Lifestyle terhadap Impulsive Buying pada Pengguna E-commerce Shopee yang dilakukan Pada Mahasiswa/i Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo . Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dengan cara menyebar kuesioner secara online kepada responden dan diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS 26. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa/i Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo yang menggunakan aplikasi Shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Adanya hubungan negatif diantara variabel Self control terhadap Impulsive Buying pada Mahasiswa/i Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo sebagai pengguna Shopee. (2) Adanya hubungan antara Hedonic motivation terhadap Impulsive Buying pada Mahasiswa/i Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo sebagai pengguna Shopee. (3) Adanya hubungan antara Lifestyle terhadap Impulsive Buying pada Mahasiswa/i Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo sebagai pengguna Shopee. This research aims to determine the Effect of Self Control, Hedonic Motivation and Lifestyle on Impulsive Buying in Shopee E-commerce Users conducted on Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University Students. The method used in this study is quantitative method. Data from this study were obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires to respondents and analyzed using the SPSS 26 software application. The population in this study is University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo students who use the Shopee application. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents using random sampling. The results of this study show that: (1) There is a negative relationship between Self control variables on Impulsive Buying in University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Students as Shopee users. (2) There is a relationship between Hedonic motivation and Impulsive Buying in Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University Students as Shopee users. (3) There is a relationship between Lifestyle and Impulsive Buying in University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo Students as Shopee users.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance terhadap turnover intention, mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap turnover intention, mengetahui pengaruh work life balance terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh stres kerja, mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh stres kerja, serta mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel terdiri dari 32 karyawan PT XYZ menggunakan teknik sampling sensus dimana seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (2) kompensasi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (3) work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh stres kerja, (4) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh stres kerja, dan (5) stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work life balance on turnover intention, determine the influence of compensation on turnover intention, determine the influence of work life balance on turnover intention which is mediated by work stress, determine the influence of compensation on turnover intention which is mediated by work stress, and determine the influence of stress. work on turnover intention. This research uses quantitative methods. The total sample consisted of 32 PT XYZ employees using census sampling techniques where all members of the population were used as samples. Data processing in this research used the SmartPLS 3.0 application with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this reserach found that (1) work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (2) compensation has no effect and is not significant on turnover intention, (3) work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention mediated by jobstress, (4) compensation has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention mediated by jobstress, and (5) jobstress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.
