Abstract

Companies today must have the ability to compete so that the company will not be eliminated by other competitors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and green human resources management on self-efficacy with competitive advantage as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative method with the sample size being millennial generation employees who work at Mixue in the Cikarang area with a total of 60 respondents. This research was processed using SmartPLS 3.0 data processing software and data collection was done through Google forms. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on competitive advantage, (2) there is no significant influence of green human resources management on competitive advantage, (3) there is a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy on competitive advantage, (4) there is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership on competitive advantage if mediated by self-efficacy, (5) there is a positive and significant influence of green human resources management on competitive advantage if mediated by self-efficacy.

Abstract

This study is the result of research that describes and analyzes how much factors affect personality, training, and performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Agriculture and Food Security Service of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This type of research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed manually to 110 employees at the Yogyakarta Special Region Agriculture and Food Office. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling, which is a technique of taking samples from members of the population that is carried out randomly without regard to the strata in the population(Sugiyono, 2015). Based on the results of the study after previously conducting validity and reliability tests, it shows evidence that the first direct effect, namely; personality has a direct effect on performance; second, training has no direct effect on performance; third, personality has a positive effect on job satisfaction; fourth, training has a positive effect on job; and fifth, job satisfaction affects performance; while the sixth, the results of indirect effects show that personality affects performance through job satisfaction, and seventh; training affects performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui citra merek, digital marketing, dan daya tarik promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Gojek di kota Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua orang yang menggunakan aplikasi Gojek di wilayah Batam Kota dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 204 responden yang diperoleh dari perhitungan rumus menggunakan Teknik Jacob Cohen. Pengolahan data menggunakan software aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menujukkan citra merek, digital marketing, dan daya tarik promosi baik secara parsial dan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Gojek di kota Batam. Budiono, A. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi peran transparansi laporan keberlanjutan dalam memediasi pengaruh komite audit terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan pertambangan batu bara di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penentuan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan sebanyak 15 perusahaan pertambangan sektor batu bara yang telah terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2018-2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa komite audit berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, komite audit berpengaruh terhadap sustainability report, sustainability report tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, Transparansi Laporan Keberlanjutan dengan peran pemediasi antara Komite Audit terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Artinya Sustainability Report tidak berpengaruh antara Komite Audit terhadap Kinerja Keuangan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan diadakannya penelitian berikut ialah menemukan pengaruh religiusitas akan minat pembelian produk kosmetik halal yangmana dimediasi oleh pengetahuan produk dan kesadaran halal menggunakan objek penelitian Wardah. Uji hipotesis penelitian berikut mendayagunakan 166 sampel penelitian yang bertempat tinggal di Indonesia, beragama Islam, serta menggunakan produk kosmetik halal Wardah. Teknik pemungutan sampel yang dipergunakan ialah convenience sampling. Teknik analisis penelitian berikut memanfaatkan analisa SEM yang mana diolah dengan aplikasi AMOS versi 24. Pencapaian analisis melalui SEM AMOS menyatakan bahwasanya variabel religiusitas berdampak positif signifikan akan variabel pengetahuan produk. Kemudian, variabel religiusitas berdampak positif akan variabel keinsafan halal. Lalu variabel pengetahuan produk diperoleh hasil yang tidak signifikan dalam mempengaruh variabel kesadaran halal. Selanjutnya, variabel pengetahuan produk dan kesadaran halal membagikan dampak positif signifikan akan variabel peminatan konsumsi. Sementara itu, variabel religiusitas menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan dalam mempengaruhi variabel minat beli. ABSTRACTThis research purposely to established the influence of religiosity towards halal cosmetics obtain motive mediated by product knowledge and halal consciousness with Wardah as research object. Hypothesis testing in this study using 166 samples who live in Indonesia, are Muslim, and using halal cosmetic products from Wardah. The sampling methode uses is satisfaction sampling. The analysis methode in this study uses SEM analysis which was cultivate use AMOS version 24 application. The output of the analysis through SEM AMOS show that religiosity include a significant absolute impact on product learning. Religiosity also have a absolute impact towards halal awareness. Then, product knowledge obtained insignificant results in influencing halal awareness. Furthermore, product learning and halal consciousness has absolute impact on obtain significant positive effects on purchase motive. Meanwhile, religiosity shows no significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

The performance of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) is currently the main hope regarding state revenues and one source of regional income, because BUMN and BUMD are national assets and regional assets which are very important as a source of funds for economic recovery. nationally, especially the Covid-19 pandemic that has just passed. The aim of this research is to determine the performance of BUMN compared to the performance of BUMD. Logically, the very large resources of BUMN compared to BUMD should make BUMN's performance better than BUMD and the results are expected to be very different. The data used is BUMN and BUMD financial performance data for five years, namely the 2017-2021 period. In this research, financial performance assessment uses financial ratio indicators, Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Debt To Total Asset Ratio (DTA), Net Profit (NPM), Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) Test the hypothesis using the Kolomogorov-Sminov for normality-test and t-sample independent-test. Abstract

ABSTRAKHarga saham adalah harga yang tercantum di pasar modal dan merupakan bentuk kepemilikan perusahaan di pasar modal. Preferensi saham dapat dipertimbangkan dengan menggunakan fundamental perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, dan Earning Per Share terhadap harga saham perusahaan Industri wadah dan kemasan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Subyek penelitian adalah perusahaan industri wadah dan kemasan berdasarkan klasifikasi IDX-IC dengan jumlah 12 perusahaan. Menggunakan purposive sampling untuk pengambilan sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio (CR) berpengaruh negatif dan Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.Kata Kunci: Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Earning Per Share, Harga Saham. ABSTRAKStock prices are the prices listed in the capital market and are a form of corporate ownership in the capital market. Stock preferences can be considered using corporate fundamentals. This study aims to determine the influence of Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Earning Per Share on the stock prices of Container and Packaging Industry companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The research subjects are container and packaging industry companies based on the IDX-IC classification with 12 companies. Using purposive sampling for sampling.The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing performed with SPSS version 26. The results showed that Current Ratio (CR) had a negative effect and Earning Per Share (EPS) had a positive and significant effect on stock prices. However, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) had no effect on stock prices.Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Earning Per Share, Stock Prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh, Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Semangat Kerja pada PT. Pabrik Gula Rajawali Unit II Tersana Baru Babakan Cirebon baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. Pabrik Gula Tersana Baru Unit II Tersana Baru Babakan Cirebon sebanyak 108 pegawai tetap. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Probability Sampling. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 responden. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Jenis penelitian ini memperoleh data melalui instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan angket kuesioner, kemudian data diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 25.0 for windows. Berdasarkan data yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini bahwa sangat penting pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Semangat Kerja, karena semakin baik Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja  yang dimiliki  PT. Pabrik Gula Rajawali Unit II Tersana Baru Babakan Cirebon maka akan semakin meningkat Semangat Kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Optimism, Innovativeness, Discomfort, Insecurity dan Awareness Terhadap Intention To Use AI pada Mobile Banking, dan menganalisis peran moderasi People Concern With Technology. Penelitian ini dilakukan di daerah JABODETABEK dan SUMATERA. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 149 orang dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner. Data diolah menggunakan PLS-SEM, untuk menguji hipotesis. Optimism, Innovativeness, dan Awareness berpengaruh terhadap Intention To Use AI, sedangkan Discomfort, Insecurity tidak berpengaruh terhadap Intention To Use AI. People Concern With Technology juga memoderasi Discomfort, Dan Insecurity terhadap Intention To Use AI.

Abstract

Tokopedia marketplace visitors have decreased in each period, namely from the second quarter of 2022 with a total of 158,300,000 visitors to the third quarter of 2023 with a total of 97,066,667 visitors, this can happen due to certain factors that can influence the purchase decision of the Tokopedia marketplace. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence of E-wom, Security, Trust and Purchasing Decisions. Quantitative research method with Jacob Cohen's formula which total of respondents 204 people. Purposive sampling technique using data collection method is distributing questionnaires with Likert scale measurement. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results of E-wom, Security and Trust has a positive and significant influence on the Tokopedia Marketplace in Batam City.
