The Indonesian lifestyle is developing along with economic globalization and the proliferation of shopping centers, especially the fashion industry such as the screen printing business. This business is still in the early stages of development, so there are three main considerations: aspects related to marketing, aspects related to finance, and aspects related to human resources. The purpose of this research is to determine the business feasibility of the Quattordici screen printing company. Quattordici's screen printing business was the subject of this kind of qualitative research. Interview and observation techniques are used in data collection techniques. Qualitative descriptions are used in data analysis. The research results show that the three perspectives consisting of promotion, finance and HR in the quattordici screen printing business are expected to be implemented.

In this research, the problem that occurs is how the Entrepreneur Spirit of the owner of KATEGE Coffee Shop to target millennials in the Jember Regency area. Entrepreneur is the ability to create value for business development. Spirit Entrepreneur arises because of changes in lifestyle along with the times, especially the millennial generation which is synonymous with new things and digitalization. The purpose of this research is to explain the entrepreneurial spirit of KATEGE coffee shop owners in attracting millennial generation targets. Qualitative methods are used in this research directly by observing the object under study and conducting interviews. As for data analysis using Milles and Hubberman analysis. The results showed that the entrepreneurial spirit possessed by the coffee shop owner through a proactive attitude.

PT. Bukit Energi Servis Terpadu (BEST) is a company engaged in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services under the PT Bukit Asam Tbk group. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of competence and assessment of employee performance on job promotion. The quantitative method was chosen by researchers to conduct this study using primary data in the form of observations and questionnaires with respondents as many as 60 employees. Data analysis techniques used include multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test and F test with data processing using SPSS software program version 21. Based on the results of the t test conducted, there is an influence of competence on job promotion, meaning that partially competence affects job promotion. Meanwhile, the assessment of employee work performance on job promotion means that partially the assessment of employee work performance affects the promotion of positions at PT. Hill Energy Integrated Service. From the results of the F test, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between competence and employee performance assessment of promotion at PT. Hill Energy Integrated Service.

Para pelaku usaha saling berlomba-lomba memasarkan produknya dengan berbagai jenis promosi, salah satunya adalah kompetisi sepatu lokal Indonesia khususnya sepatu merek lokal ventela. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan menyiarkan bagaimana iklan, persepsi merek, dan dukungan selebriti mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember mengenai sepatu Ventela. Sampel yang dimasukkan dalam sampel berjumlah 80 responden, yang dipilih melalui teknik non-probabilitas, khususnya teknik purposive sampling. Untuk analisis statistik digunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 29. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, keputusan pembelian (Y1) terkait produk sepatu Ventela yang tersedia secara lokal dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh variabilitas iklan (X1), citra merek (X2) pendukung celebrity endorser (X3). Penelitian ini akan memberikan dampak dan manfaat di kemudian hari serta memberikan sedikit pengetahuan mengenai strategi pemasaran dalam penelitian ini. Penulis berharap penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan rencana contoh penulisan penelitian ilmiah bagi peneliti selanjutnya.

Technological advances that are increasingly stringent employees are expected to make their best contribution to the agency. Employees who have good performance are human resources needed by an organization and company to achieve company goals. In this study, the researcher had the opportunity to carry out research at the Padang Health Center, Lumajang Regency. This study aims to analyze the improvement of the performance of employees of the Padang Health Center in Lumajang Regency with variables of work motivation, work discipline and work environment. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach method. Sampling was carried out by census (saturated), the number of samples in this study was 63 respondents. The data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and library data. The analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Analysis with the help of SPSS software version 25. The variable of work motivation can be concluded that work motivation affects the performance of Puskesmas employees, then it can be concluded that work discipline affects the performance of Puskesmas employees by 28.2%. The work environment variable has a significance of the T test value of 0.025 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the work environment affects employee performance partially with an influence of 11.5%. The conclusion of this study is that work motivation, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Padang Health Center of Lumajang Regency.

This research aims to explore financial understanding, parental income, as well as living habits and campus environment on the financial behavior of management students at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. Types of primary data quantitative methods. Research location at Muhammadiyah University Gresik, sample of 246 management students. The approach applied is multiple linear regression. Financial literacy makes a beneficial contribution, although not reaching a relevant level of significance, to the personal financial management behavior of financial management students at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. Parental income shows a significant positive influence on the financial management behavior of management students at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik which is positively and significantly influenced by lifestyle. Likewise, the influence of the campus environment has a positive and significant impact on personal financial management behavior. management student at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik.

This study was conducted at LPP RRI Jember which aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at LPP RRI Jember. The analysis was conducted on the performance of 83 employees of LPP RRI Jember using saturated sampling techniques and data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and distributing questionnaires to all employees of LPP RRI Jember about various information / data needed using a Likert scale while data analysis used multiple regression methods with the help of the SPSS program. Company leaders should be able to provide motivation to subordinates both in moral and material form to improve employee performance and foster an attitude of loyalty to the company. Leaders are also required to pay more attention to the policies taken in leading the company, and determine a good leadership strategy or style in order to create a conducive work atmosphere between superiors and subordinates.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality with company image as a moderating variable on customer satisfaction in the expedition business. The sample used was 96 people using a simple random sampling technique among Ninja Xpress expedition users using a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed using SmartPLS. The research results show that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant influence on company image, company image has a positive but not significant influence on customer satisfaction and company image is not a moderating variable between service quality and customer satisfaction.

Intense competition in the retail business is inseparable due to the proliferation of shopping centers both local, national, and international with various scales and segments. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out whether brand image (brand image) affects the repurchase of Roxy Supermarket Jember consumers. 2) To find out whether service quality affects the repurchase of Roxy Supermarket Jember consumers. 3) To find out whether price perceptions affect the repurchase of Roxy Supermarket Jember consumers. This study uses associative research techniques with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers who had bought products and visited the Roxy Square Jember supermarket and the sample of this study consisted of 85 people. The sampling technique here uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing of this study using Partial Test (t-test). The results showed that: 1) Brand Image variable (X1) partially has a significant effect on Consumer Repurchase (Y). 2) Service Quality Variable (X2) partially affects Consumer Repurchase (Y). 3) Price Perception Variable (X3) partially affects Consumer Repurchase (Y).

In the midst of increasingly fierce competition, companies in the consumer non-cyclical industry must develop effective strategies to maintain and improve company performance. Performance is an important thing that needs to be achieved by every company, because performance is a reflection of the company's ability to manage and allocate resources. This study aims to test Foreign Ownership and Intellectual Capital on Financial Performance and R&D Research methods used quantitative methods. The technical analysis used in this study is panel data regression. The tool used in this panel data regression is Eviews. The population in this study of Consumer Non-Cyclical sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period is 124 companies. The sample of this study used the purposive sampling method of 15 companies. H1 rejected foreign ownership does not have a significant positive effect on company performance H2 accepted intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on company performance H3 accepted research & development is able to moderate strengthens the positive influence between foreign ownership on company performance H4 rejected research & development is unable to moderate strengthens the positive influence between intellectual capital relations on company performance, 1). Small, diversified foreign shareholdings can reduce the direct impact on a company's performance. 2). Employees who have a high level of expertise and skills can increase company productivity. 3). R&D accompanied by foreign ownership that contributes to it helps companies to better identify and manage risks. 4). R&D needs to be well focused to increase the positive effects of intellectual capital owned.
