Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of digital on marketing performance at cafes in Kalibaru District, Banyuwangi Regency. The location of this research is at 3 cafes in Kalibaru District, namely Cafe Anyo, Roemah Kopi Kalibaroe and Pawon Rencang Lawas. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 120 respondents and uses purposive proportional random sampling techniques using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique for this research uses instrument testing, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression. The analysis results obtained show that social media Instagram, E-commerce and social media Tiktok have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on marketing performance at cafes in Kalibaru District, Banyuwangi Regency, with a contribution level of influence of 0.540 or 54%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, store atmosphere, and product quality on purchasing decisions at Panda Vapesto, either partially or simultaneously. This study used a quantitative associative method with a quantitative approach, taking a sample of 67 people. Data collection techniques and tools are questionnaires or questionnaires. Descriptive analysis techniques are used to determine the description of respondents' answers and data distribution, while inferential statistical analysis is used to test hypotheses. Data processing was assisted by Microsoft Excel and SPSS software version 26. The results of this study showed 1) partially brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Panda Vapestore as seen from the tcount 2.368 > ttable 1.98472 with a significance of 0.020 <0.05. 2) partially store atmosphere has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Panda Vapestore seen from the tcount -1.366 < ttable 1.98472 with a significance of 0.175 > 0.05. 3) partially, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Panda Vapestore. It is proven by the tcount value of 20,386 > ttable 1.98472 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 4) simultaneously. brand image, store atmosphere, and product quality on purchasing decisions at Panda Vapestore alpha value of 5% (0.05), or fcount 161.602 > ftable 2.70.Key word: brand image, store atmosphere, product quality, andpurchasing decisions

Abstract

Jeans are a significant part of the global apparel industry, with a vast market. This research aims to analyze how the jeans segmentation is formed and who exactly is the target market. The population in this study were all groups who wear jeans in Jakarta. The technique used in determining the sample was purposive sampling with a total of 161 people. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research using the hierarchical procedure method to search for segmentation. This analysis aims to see whether there are significant differences between each cluster or group formed. Then, in searching for target markets, this research uses a non-hierarchical procedure method. From the results of the analysis, 2 clusters were formed where the 2nd cluster was selected as the target market. It is hoped that the results of this analysis can provide input to jeans business actors to be able to attract more potential consumers and accurately. This study employs sentiment analysis to delve into the preferences and opinions of jeans users in Jakarta, offering fresh insights for businesses to develop more effective marketing strategies and understand market trends, consumer preferences, and growth potential.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business feasibility of the Frustashit Store business in terms of non-financial aspects through legal aspects and market and marketing aspects and financial aspects, namely financial aspects through the criteria for using the calculation of the results of the Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and Profitability Index. This research was analyzed using qualitative methods with a form of field research. The results showed that Frustashit Store MSMEs from the legal aspect were declared still not feasible because they had not completed the license letters, the market and marketing aspects were feasible because the products were of quality, affordable prices, wide distribution coverage and promotions carried out were attractive and from the results of the financial aspects were declared feasible because the acquisition of a positive NPV value> 0 of Rp 493,790,500, IRR value> interest rate of 16%, Payback Period (PP) obtained < investment life, namely 3 months 2 weeks, and Profability Index (PI)> 1, namely 3.66%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna dapat mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme, bunrout (kejenuhan kerja), motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Ambulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling sebanyak 90 responden, dengan menggunakan lembar pernyataan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Ambulu. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (uji t), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Dan hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25 menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel yakni bunrout (kejenuhan kerja), motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Ambulu. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan fenomena yang pertama yakni profesionalisme, pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Ambulu yang ahli dalam bidang pekerjaannya masing-masing. Lalu bunrout (kejenuhan kerja), pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Ambulu juga mengalami kejenuhan dalam bekerja, mengingat bekerja pada bidang kesehatan beroperasi 1x24 jam. Lalu motivasi kerja, pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Ambulu memberikan dorongan dan semangat kepada para pegawai agar lebih semangat dalam bekerja. . Selanjutnya disiplin kerja, pegawai UPTD Puskesmas Ambulu selalu menerapkan sikap kedisiplinan misalnya dating tepat waktu dan berpakaian rapi. Tak hanya itu saja, hal ini juga dibuktikan dengan hasil uji determinasi (R2 ) bahwa nilai koefisien sebesar 0,583 atau 58,3% menunjukkan besarnya proporsi atau presentase kontribusi variabel Profesionalisme (X1), Burnout / Kejenuhan Kerja (X2), Motivasi Kerja (X3), dan Disiplin Kerja (X4) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y). Sedangkan 0,41,7atau 41,7% nya dikontribusi oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini misalnya lingkungan kerja, kompetensi, pelatihan, komitmen organisasi dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Support and Organizational Commitment on Employee Job Satisfaction partially or simultaneously at Imperial Kitchen Restaurant and Dimsum Outlet Branch, South Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive and associative methods. The population in this study amounted to 60 employees. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method, then used a saturated sample. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the t-count value was 7.505 with a t-table value of 2.00172 which means there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Support on Employee Job Satisfaction, the t-count value is 7.652 with a t-table value of 2.00172 which means there is a positive influence and significant between Organizational Commitment to Employee Job Satisfaction, and this calculated f value of 36.267 > f table of 3.16 it can be concluded that Organizational Support (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The productivity of employees is impacted by the efficient execution of collective cooperation, professional conduct, and interpersonal interaction. Inherently, when these facets are effectively executed, individuals tend to demonstrate praiseworthy performance and make substantial contributions to the organization, cultivating a favorable disposition towards their job assignments. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, the study sought to ascertain relationships among these characteristics. The study encompassed an extensive sample of 119 employees, employing a saturated sample or census methodology. The findings demonstrated that the collective collaboration, exemplary conduct, and interpersonal discourse had a substantial impact on the efficacy of public servants within the regional secretariat of the Bondowoso Regency administration. Fundamentally, better collective cooperation, professional conduct, and inter-personal correspondence were found to be associated with improved and enduring staff efficiency.

Abstract

In a competitive industry such as the food industry, understanding the factors influencing purchasing decisions can provide a competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of product availability, packaging, and labels on the decision-making process of rice consumers at PT Aroma Nusajaya Karya in Batam. The population is 319 people. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 178 respondents was determined. The analytical approach used in this study involved multiple linear regression. The results obtained from multiple linear regression analysis showed that product availability had a major effect of 43.8% on consumer purchasing decisions. Similarly, packaging had a significant impact of 25.6%, while labels contributed a significant 15.8% to the decision-making process. The results of the t test and F test that the availability of products, packaging, and labels, both individually and collectively, have a significant influence on rice purchasing decisions at PT Aroma Nusajaya Karya in Batam. By using this research to improve marketing strategies, PT Aroma Nusajaya Karya can become more competitive in the market.

Abstract

Tight competition between companies in inter-city inter-provincial bus services requires improvements in quality service to retain customers. This literature review aims to analyze the factors that influence customer loyalty towards service quality at the Rosalia Indah Transportation Company. This study examines various relevant literature to identify and understand the influence of factors such as security and safety, convenience, timeliness, customer service, and ease of ordering on customer loyalty. The results of this literature review show that all of these factors significantly influence customer loyalty, with security and safety and comfort being very influential in building customer trust and satisfaction. This study suggests that to increase customer loyalty, companies should focus on continuous improvement in these aspects of service. The findings from this literature review provide guidance for Rosalia Indah's management in strategic efforts to improve service quality and maintain customer loyalty in the transportation industry.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most important  factor to achieve an organization objectives. Employee performance is a measurement the ability of employees  to carry out their taks  and obligations  well and with high satisfaction. This research aims to develop theoretical modeling on how to measure and research related to employee performance, especially lecturers at tertiary institutions in Indonesia. The theory we used is based on the theory put forward by Colquitt which explains the Integrative Model of Organizational Behavior. The research method is qualitative with literature study, theoretically analyzing theories from 30 previous researchers which have been published in Scopus indexed international journals and also accredited national journals. The result shows, compensation and motivation factors have a positive and significant influence on employee performance and also the work spirituality factor as a moderating variable which also determines the level of this influence. Recommendations to future researchers to examine several factors other than compensation and motivation that influence employee performance, both as predictor variables and moderating variables.
