Abstract

This training aims to facilitate and improve the tahsinul Al-Qur'an through the takrir or repetition method at MDA Patriot Pancasila. This tacit or repetition method will make it easier for students at MDA Patriot Pancasila to read and pronounce the letters or verses that they have listened to via audio or from the teacher concerned. This training method was carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. In this training, the stages carried out in the takrir method to improve the tahsinul Al-Qur'an are, first by playing audio about the hijaiyah letters and how to pronounce them in accordance with the makharijul letters. After the audio is played, students take turns repeating the correct pronunciation of the hijaiyah letters according to the makhorijul letters. So that students who cannot pronounce the hijaiyah letters correctly according to the makharijul letters will find it easier to understand and remember the pronunciation of reading the hijaiyah letters together, both students are asked to repeat the reading of the hijaiyah letters which have been played alternately. The result of this training is that, with the training carried out, students at MDA Patriot Pancasila are more enthusiastic about repeating, improving and learning about the correct hijaiyah letters and in accordance with the makharijul letters. For the implementation of this training, cooperation between fellow teachers is expected to further improve students' abilities in reciting the Al-Qur'an using the takrir method. In this training, it is hoped that teachers can apply the tahsin of the Al-Qur'an using this takrir method, because it can make it easier for students to understand and remember the tahsin of the Al-Qur'an

Abstract

Training on handling corpses at the Al-Muthmainah Mosque in Jondul Rawang was held because of the lack of knowledge, skills and desire of teenagers and young people around the mosque to handle corpses. This condition can be seen when deaths occur around the mosque, where only the elderly members of the death congregation are able to carry out this task. Meanwhile, teenagers and youth do not have the knowledge and courage to take care of corpses because they lack understanding of the procedures. Seeing this phenomenon, administrators and religious leaders at the Al-Muthmainah Mosque in Jondul Rawang decided to hold training on handling corpses. The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge, skills and desires of teenagers and young people around the mosque in caring for corpses. In this training, a participatory action research strategy was used with the explicit instruction method. The impact of this training can be seen in increasing knowledge, skills, and teenagers and young people around the Al-Muthmainah Mosque in Jondul Rawang being confident in carrying out the task of handling corpses. As a result, they are better prepared to implement the correct procedures when facing death around the al-Muthmainah mosque

Abstract

The aim of the Tahfidz program assistance is by using the Ummi method at Telkom Kindergarten to assist students in the process of memorizing the Al-Qur'an, the method is a very important dynamic aspect, with the method the memorization process will be maximized. Therefore, Al-Qur'an tahfidz teachers must have a method for memorizing the Al-Qur'an for students. So that students who are lazy and bored in memorizing the Al-Qur'an do not stop halfway. The Ummi method is a practical method of reading the Qur'an properly and correctly. The basis of the Ummi method is the direct method (direct method without much explanation), repeatiiton (repeated) and sincere affection (ummi foundation), the Ummi method is a method or direct practical method that does not require much explanation and is repeated in learning to read the Koran. Based on these problems, it is necessary to use the ummi method in implementing the tahfiz program at Telkom Kindergarten. The method used in this mentoring is PAR (Participator Action Research). The results of this mentoring are: (1) Increasing students' ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an. (2) Increase students' understanding in memorizing their memorization. (3) Increasing students' enthusiasm in repeating their memorization. This activity was carried out at Telkom Padang Kindergarten and was carried out in accordance with the targets set. This activity has an impact on students being able to memorize the Al-Qur'an. This activity was carried out in an effort to improve the quality of the memorization process using the tabarak method. All students who take part in tahfiz learning are expected to be able to repeat, add to and improve their ability to memorize the Al-Qur'an

Abstract

Learning to recite the Alquran and saying prayers is an advantage that students at SDIT Raudhah Agam have. The majority of them are able to read the Alquran fluently, memorize Juz 30, and memorize several selected prayers and hadiths. However, there are still several problems faced by the majority of students when doing muroja'ah, such as forgetting easily or memorizing things that don't stick in their memory for long, as well as a lack of accuracy in recitation when repeating memorization. Therefore, mentoring activities in memorizing the Alquran using the 3T + 1M method (Talqin, Tafahhum, Tikrar, and Muroja'ah) are considered as a solution to overcome this problem at SDIT Raudhah Agam. This method aims to help students optimize their potential, improve the quality of memorization, especially in the correct pronunciation of makhorijul letters and application of recitation, as well as strengthening memorization and understanding using the 3T + 1M method. An educational approach is used in this mentoring activity. The activity carried out at SDIT Raudhah Agam involved three students who had good abilities in memorizing the Alquran and reciting makhorijul letters, as well as applying the laws of tajwid correctly. Mentoring activities were carried out in 10 meetings in stages using the CBR method, namely the stages of identifying problems, exploring potential, setting goals, designing service methods, conducting training, and reflecting on the results. Evaluation of activities shows an increase in students' ability and quality of memorization and understanding of the Alquran in Juz 30

Abstract

This study aims to improve gender equality and leadership among female students at SMK Muhammadiyah Kajen. This research used an observational approach before implementing gender sensitivity through Socialization. Activities consisted of lectures on gender equality, question and answer sessions, and prize distribution for active participants. The study highlights the importance of gender equality in education and organizations, and the positive impact it has on community development. It also emphasized the need for collective efforts from all departments and awareness of gender issues to create an inclusive and equitable work environment. Gender equality is not just a moral issue but also a strategic approach to achieve maximum performance and long-term sustainability in organizations

Abstract

School promotion is an effort carried out by certain parties as an effort to promote or introduce the school to the surrounding community. The aim of this school promotion work program is to increase the school's PPDB and promote the school to the wider community so that they want to register their children as prospective students at SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Karanggede. The implementation method used in this service is the qualitative method and the diffusion method science and technology. The data collection techniques used were observation interviews and documentation. The school promotion work program is carried out through outreach, making PPDB pamphlets and installing billboards as a forum for promoting vocational schools around Karanggede. It is hoped that the school will get the results of this school promotional activity increase in PPDB

Abstract

Sukaraharja Village has an interest in the role of Human Resources development for the progress of its own village, this is proven by the community's huge interest in community service activities, Karang Taruna, Community Groups, LPMK and also Village Apparatus and Bumdes participate in its implementation. Based on the various kinds of community activities carried out by Sukaraharja Village, there are social sources interested in the development, especially the economy of the community, which come from Village funds, but this has not been supported by strong management of the utilization of human resources in the surrounding area, this is proven with the potential for businesses that are not yet on target because they relate to human resources. There needs to be socialization, planning, guidance, implementation and monitoring of activities, especially the development of unique micro businesses managed by the Village, by utilizing human resources who have strong skills for the development of Sukaraharja Village

Abstract

Most students at the aviation vocational high school focus on learning about aircraft maintenance techniques i.e. Airframe and Powerplant and also Electrical Avionic. On the other hand, the aviation industry involves various fields of expertise such as navigation, aircraft maintenance, electricity, mechanics, civil engineering, etc. Furthermore, airport mechanical engineering becomes one of the most demanded competence in the aviation industry to fill vacancy as technicians in 340 airports in Indonesia. Therefore, the community service team carried out a training program for students at Dirghantara Aviation Vocational High School in maintaining air conditioner (AC) as one of the required competencies for airport mechanical technicians. The method used in this activity is which includes classroom learning and field practice. The result of this activity showed that the students obtained one of the airport mechanical competency i.e. AC maintenance skill. According to the evaluation, the training participants stated that the activity was valuable. They awaited that other mechanical competency education and training would be given

Abstract

In building infrastructure or building construction, cost calculations are required which are prepared in the form of a Cost Budget Plan (RAB) according to the standards set by the government. RAB provides an overview of the costs of work required to build infrastructure or building construction. Apart from that, from the RAB calculation you can also find out the need for materials or building materials, the number of workers needed and the duration of implementation time to complete the work. The aim of this Community Service activity is to provide insight and knowledge to the management of the Ar Ridho Nature School Semarang about how to calculate the Budget Plan (RAB) in infrastructure development. The implementation method begins with interviews regarding understanding of the Cost Budget Plan (RAB), socialization of the benefits of calculating the Cost Budget Plan (RAB), training and practice in calculating the Cost Budget Plan (RAB), monitoring and evaluation. It is hoped that from this Community Service activity, managers will gain knowledge on how to calculate RAB by better understanding how to calculate work volumes, determine material prices / work unit prices, so that during construction implementation there will be no cost overruns

Abstract

Introduction to Computer Hardware and Microsoft Basic Training is extremely important for elementary school students, college students, and even working professionals in today's digital age. There is an increasing demand for its use from various groups, both in the office sector and in the educational world. Therefore, as part of our community service, we aim to improve the knowledge and understanding of SDI Waioti Maumere primary school students, familiarize them with computers, fill and understand basic Microsoft forms in Word, and support their skills. Training activities have begun. SDI Waioti Maumere students adapt to life. In this era of advancing globalization. The implementation phases of this service are preparation, implementation, and evaluation. In this activity the service team succeeded in carrying out basic computer and Microsoft Word training for 36 female students and were divided into two classes, namely class A and class B, each with 18 students per class. This can be seen in the enthusiasm of the children who participated in the activities. As a result of this activity, SDI Waioti Maumere students will be able to understand and use the technology gained through their training
