Abstract

This community engagement initiative aimed to enhance the competence of Vocational School (SMK) students in preparing financial reports using spreadsheets. In this endeavor, we collaborated with an SMK in Kuningan Regency to organize training and practical sessions. The evaluation results demonstrated a significant improvement in students' understanding of financial reports.Before the training, the average exam score of students was 65, with only 75% of students passing the basic financial report knowledge exam. Following the training, the average exam score increased to 85, and the pass rate surged to 95%. These outcomes reflect the success of the training in improving students' comprehension and equipping them with practical skills necessary in the workforce.The significance of these results lies in the enhanced competence of SMK students in preparing financial reports, a skill highly sought after in today's business world. The success of this training attests to the tangible benefits of collaboration between educational institutions and the community in enhancing the quality of education and preparing students for their careers

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools, known as pesantren, play a crucial role in shaping the character and skills of their students. However, to achieve self-reliance and economic empowerment, pesantren need to develop community service programs that are oriented towards entrepreneurship. This article discusses a training program conducted at Fatahilah Islamic Boarding School with the aim of teaching students about environmentally friendly soap making using used cooking oil as a raw material. The training program aims to provide knowledge and skills to students in processing used cooking oil into economically valuable products. Additionally, the training program also aims to raise awareness about the importance of managing used cooking oil waste and its negative impact on the environment. The article will cover the training methods, the topics taught, and the outcomes achieved after the training. The results of this training program are expected to provide business opportunities for students to produce and sell soap made from used cooking oil, thus increasing their income and reducing environmental pollution caused bywaste

Abstract

The benefits of the LKMA Cooperative are felt by the local community because with this cooperative farmers can continue to produce their agricultural land without fear of lack of capital. Currently, the number of members has reached 105 customers, where transactions have reached 180,000,000. This makes both administrative and financial processes very important in serving members. Currently, the bookkeeping carried out by cooperatives is computer-based using Microsoft Excel, but it is not yet efficient because cooperative administrators can only carry out transactions at certain times, such as monthly meetings, which results in long and time-consuming transaction process queues. Apart from that, the recording process still uses a card which is proof that the customer has paid the instalments, but manual recording has many weaknesses, including being left behind, damaged and even lost. Under current conditions, technology is needed to help cooperative administrators manage their cooperatives effectively and efficiently. The STMIK Himsya Semarang community service team saw an opportunity to assist LKMA cooperative administrators in managing cooperative finances using Cooperative Information System technology. This web-based cooperative information system application is made easier both from the admin and customer side because it uses the internet which can be accessed anytime and anywhere. All transactions carried out will be recorded in the database and can be seen in real-time, such as loans, payments, deposits and withdrawals.and publisher requirements. Abstract

Currently is the era of digitalization where all buying and selling transactions can be carried out digitally. Based on this, there is still a lack of business actors who utilize digital sales and create digital financial reports. One of the micro and small businesses in the city of Jambi that has not yet carried out digital transformation is the Salsa 717 Kerupuk & Kemplang. Business actors still use non-digital methods in their financial bookkeeping. Therefore, this service aims to provide assistance and training in creating digital financial bookkeeping, as well as digital payment methods. Planned activities that will be implemented include providing training and direct assistance to business actors. The results of this PPM activity are: UMKM business actors can face digital transformation by implementing digital financial bookkeeping and digital payment methods, and can increase the value and quality of UMKM

Abstract

MAN 1 Tegal is a formal education located on Jl. MA' Hadut Tholabah Babakan Lebaksiu Islamic Boarding School so it is commonly known as MAN Babakan Lebaksiu because it is located in Jatimulya Village, Lebaksiu District, Tegal Regency. The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) activity is to try to improve knowledge and skills to students through counseling and training on the use of aloe vera extract (Aloe vera L) in gel preparations as a burn medicine and establishing a cooperative relationship between Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal and MAN Babakan Lebaksiu as a partner. The methods used are surveys, interviews, providing material and practicum as well as distributing questionnaires as feedback from partners and evaluating PKM activities. The results of this activity began with an explanation and counseling about burns. In addition, there were question and answer sessions, discussions, filling out questionnaires and practice of making gels. There are several conclusions that can be drawn. The conclusion of this activity shows that the training activity for making gel from aloe vera extract went well and was proven to increase students' knowledge with a sufficient score of 63%.

Abstract

Anemia is a global health problem that affects various age groups, including the productive age. Anemia in young women has a significant impact on productivity, including affecting their ability to concentrate, learn, and actively participate in school activities. This community service activity aims to optimize the role of the health extension team by using video education media to see the level of knowledge for female students productive age for anemia prevention at SMAN 1 Mataraman, Banjar Regency. The method used is pretest and postest using google form with a total of 89 female students. The results obtained in this activity were before being given an animated video with the results of a knowledge level of 52 people 58% (medium knowledge level) and after being given an animated video 77 people, 86% (good knowledge level). With increased knowledge, female students can understand and contribute With increased knowledge, young women can understand and contribute to healthy living, healthy diets, iron supplementation, and lifestyles that support the prevention of anemia

Abstract

Continuous Professional Development includes three things, namely self-development, scientific publications, and innovative work. The problems that occur in partners are still a lack of understanding of mathematics teachers about making scientific articles and still a lack of understanding about the stages of publication of scientific articles in journals through OJS. To facilitate scientific publications of mathematics teachers, Tidar University organizes assistance in writing scientific articles and scientific publications as a means of teacher self-development, especially teachers who are members of the mathematics MGMP of SMP Temanggung Regency. The methods used are socialization (discussion and question and answer), assistance in article preparation, practical exercises in using the open journal system (OJS), and evaluation. At the end of the activity, a survey will be conducted to check the understanding of partners after the activity. The implementation of this Community Partnership Program activity was carried out as many as 2 meetings in the Hall of SMP Negeri 2 Temanggung offline and online using gmeet. Service activities include training, mentoring, and socialization of manuscript submissions to destination journals. The result of the service activities is that junior high school mathematics teachers throughout Temanggung Regency get a good understanding in writing scientific articles and publishing articles in the field of mathematics education

Abstract

The tourism sector is a very effective sector for improving the regional economy in Indonesia. The implementation of digital information technology has a positive impact on the tourism sector, thereby enabling a tourism revolution in the present and future. Operational activities related to ticket sales in the Pancer Beach ecotourism area are still carried out manually and have yet to be computed, which causes financial reporting to be less effective and efficient. Thus, it is necessary to integrate digital technology by developing a web-based ticket management information system to make the transaction recording process more efficient and increase the transparency of financial reports. The Pancer Beach ticket application was built using the waterfall method, which consists of 5 stages: software requirements analysis, application design, code generation, application testing, and support. The results show that the Pancer Beach ticket application system was built based on the needs and capacity of the Pancer Beach ecotourism area staff. Features available in the application include the Dashboard menu, Settings and information, Tickets, and Income Reports. The integration of digital technology in the Pancer Beach ticket application makes operational services for visitors, especially those related to ticket management, faster, more efficient, and transparent

Abstract

Community service was carried out for 12 MSMEs affected by the earthquake. These 12 MSMEs were selected from the selection results from Benjot and Sarampad Villages. The aim of this activity is to assist MSMEs affected by the Cianjur earthquake which occurred in 2022. As a result of this earthquake, many MSMEs have had their businesses stopped due to limited capital. So far, government assistance has focused on providing food after the earthquake, but has not focused on capital assistance to continue business. The community service carried out by lecturers and students at the Faculty of Applied Science, Suryakancana University, focuses on mentoring, followed by socialization on how to use fundraising applications, from creating an account to creating a campaign, which was delivered to 24 accompanying students who for 5 months accompanied MSMEs to take part in 20 mentoring sessions. and finally closed with the activity of distributing donations to each MSME

Abstract

As a secondary level educational institution, students of SMKN 11 Bandung have various activities. Because of the numerous and varied student activities, manually managing activity submissions is considered inefficient and ineffective. Various problems arise when submissions are made manually. Incompatibility of activities and errors in budget calculation are common mistakes that occur when examining applications. Another problem is that the results of activities are sometimes not properly monitored because the personnel who handle student activities are busy. This problem is the main background for the community service program. In this program, a web-based application was designed, created, and implemented to automate the management of student activity funding applications and generate student achievement reports. Activities start with requirement analysis to mentoring in using the application. Implementation of this application ensures funding applications for student activities and the generation of student achievement reports can be automated
