Abstract

Di era disrupsi saat ini, transformasi yang cepat dan tidak terduga telah menjadi norma baru dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Disrupsi ini, yang didorong oleh kemajuan teknologi, globalisasi, dan perubahan sosial-politik, telah mempengaruhi struktur, metode, dan tujuan pendidikan secara fundamental. Pendidikan, sebagai salah satu pilar utama dalam pembentukan karakter dan mentalitas individu, menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks. Di tengah arus informasi yang begitu deras dan mudahnya akses terhadap berbagai konten, ada risiko meningkatnya pengaruh negatif yang dapat merusak nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual generasi muda. Fenomena seperti penyebaran konten yang tidak etis, disinformasi, serta polarisasi ideologi menjadi ancaman nyata yang dapat menghambat proses pendidikan yang holistik. Dalam konteks ini, pendidikan Islam, dengan ajarannya yang kaya tentang moralitas, etika, dan spiritualitas, menawarkan paradigma yang relevan dan berkelanjutan untuk menghadapi tantangan disrupsi. Namun, untuk mengoptimalkan kontribusi pendidikan Islam dalam membentuk karakter generasi muda yang tangguh dan berintegritas, diperlukan perencanaan pendidikan yang komprehensif, adaptif, dan inovatif. Oleh karena itu, urgensi perencanaan pendidikan Islam di era disrupsi bukanlah sekedar kebutuhan, tetapi merupakan keharusan. Perencanaan yang tepat akan memastikan bahwa pendidikan Islam tetap relevan, efektif, dan berdaya saing dalam menghadapi dinamika zaman yang penuh tantangan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the recruitment system of educators at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan Yogyakarta, and improve the quality of education through the recruitment system of educators. The study employed a qualitative descriptive methodology. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis from a selected group of school staff. The results showed that the recruitment system for educators at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan Yogyakarta was described in several stages, namely, administration, interview stages, and reading and writing the Qur'an and micro teaching. The school is looking for qualified educators according to the profile and has a teaching commitment to improve the quality of education at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan. The school's efforts in improving quality by conducting development programs for educators and evaluation activities every week. The school provides facilities in developing the talents and interests of students with extracurricular and simaan activities to increase memorization which is carried out twice a week. The implications of recruiting educators have loyalty and commitment in teaching. Before prospective educators officially become educators at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan make a work contract agreement first according to the applicable work agreement

Abstract

Every organization definitely needs a leader to condition an activity to run effectively. An organization looks good when a leader brings positive things and conversely an organization looks bad when a leader brings negative things. The aim of this research is to describe leadership management from the perspective of the Koran. In this article the researcher uses the literature method, namely collecting several references related to titles such as books, journals and articles. Researchers also use a qualitative descriptive approach, namely a research approach that refers to aspects of opinion or ways of social understanding of society in general. The results of the research reveal that there are many verses in the Koran that discuss leadership management, so before the rise of leadership in the world of education or an Islamic organization, it was already discussed in the Koran, which used words such as: caliph, imam, and ulil amri. in accordance with the concept of leadership in Islam. Even in discussing Islamic education management, it will still be related to POAC (planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling) which is a management function.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen sarana dan prasarana dan implikasinya di Madrasah Aliyah An-Nur Tangkit Muaro Jambi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Manajemen saran dan prasarana di Madrasah Aliyah An-Nur Tangkit dimulai dari perencanaan, pengadaan, inventarisasi, pemeliharaan, dan penghapusan sarana dan prasarana. Pelaksanaan manajemen sarana dan prasarana dilaksanakan oleh oleh kepala madrasah, waka sarana dan prasarana, serta staf Madrasah Aliyah An-Nur. Pelaksanaan manajemen sarana dan prasarana di Madrasah Aliyah An-Nur sudah berjalan optimal namun, masih membutuhkan pengembangan lagi khususnya dalam kegiatan inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana. (2) Implikasi dari manajemen sarana dan prasarana, yakni: membantu guru dalam penyampaian materi, memudahkan siswa dan siswi dalam pemahaman materi dan meluluskan siswa dan siswi yang berprestasi.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the results of evaluating the context, input, process, output of the project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students at Nasima Middle School, Semarang. Nasima Junior High School in the implementation of P5 (Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project) is not escorted even though the driving school should be escorted by the government. The escort is not sustainable, and only given material. Furthermore, everything related to implementation is determined by the school. Because Basically, the independent curriculum is very depends on the characteristics of the education unit according to different characters. Well, the curriculum at that time accommodates that character. Including in determining the project of strengthening the student profile of Pancasila. In this research, the method used is descriptive qualitative. Using interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The data obtained was analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the research show that: 1) The results of the evaluation of the program context for the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students have been running, it can be seen from how three projects were prepared for one year, 2) The results of the evaluation of the program input for the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students have been running, it can be seen from the competence of the educators , 3) The results of the process evaluation regarding obstacles in the implementation of the project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students are already underway, which can be seen from the implementation of three projects, 4) The results of the product evaluation regarding the continuation of the project program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students are already underway with a graphic increase in the results of student achievement. It is recommended that the program be continued with some improvements in terms of budget, activity management, and long-term oriented products. And for the government, the driving schools should also be escorted in the implementation of P5.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi implementasi program sholat dhuha dalam memperkuat spiritualitas siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Jember. Masih banyak siswa yang belum memahami pentingnya sholat dhuha dan tidak melaksanakannya secara konsisten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program sholat dhuha di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Jember dilakukan secara berjamaah dengan muatan lokal yang memperjelas bacaan, gerakan, dan tata cara sholat dhuha. Siswa yang melaksanakan sholat dhuha secara konsisten menunjukkan peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual, termasuk sifat baik dan akhlakul karimah. Dampak dari program ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya ibadah dan mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT, serta membantu siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan era milenial dengan pondasi spiritual yang kuat.

Abstract

The Islamic boarding school curriculum is considered not to suit the demands of the modern world. There are also challenges for Islamic boarding schools to improve the quality standards of their education. This research aims to determine curriculum design and improve the quality standards of Islamic boarding school education in achieving a balance of tradition and modernization. The research uses a qualitative approach with the literature study method. Data collection techniques use document studies in the form of journals, books and other sources. Data analysis uses content analysis. Research findings show that there is educational curriculum controversy and challenges to quality standards in Islamic boarding schools. Several solutions were found, namely: Development of an integrated and interdisciplinary curriculum, teacher training and development, use of technology in education, collaboration with other Islamic education institutions, and continuous evaluation. This solution must be implemented with the principle of continuity and change.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role and challenges of teachers in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in elementary schools and identifies strategic steps to support the success of this curriculum. Qualitative research methods with the type of literature study are used to collect and analyze data from relevant literature through content analysis methods. The findings of the study show that although the Independent Curriculum offers a more flexible and student-centered approach, its implementation faces significant challenges. These challenges include a lack of in-depth understanding of curriculum concepts, limited resources and facilities, high administrative burdens, cultural challenges, and the need for ongoing support and training. Teachers play the role of facilitators, curriculum developers, evaluators, and agents of change in education. To address these challenges, systematic support from the government and stakeholders and ongoing training for teachers are needed. This study emphasizes the importance of teacher competence in the successful implementation of the Independent Curriculum and provides recommendations to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pendidikan saat ini mengalami pergeseran signifikan, dengan fokus utama bukan hanya pada transfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga pada pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian individu. Krisis moral dan degradasi karakter di kalangan anak muda juga menjadi perhatian serius. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Akhlaqiyah Kecamatan Bringin Kota Semarang. Fokus permasalahan dalam penelitian ini: 1) Bagaimana perencanaan pendidikan karakter di MI Miftahul Akhlaqiyah? 2) Bagaimana pengorganisasian pendidikan karakter di MI Miftahul Akhlaqiyah? 3) Bagaimana pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di MI Miftahul Akhlaqiyah? 4) Bagaimana pengawasan pendidikan karakter di MI Miftahul Akhlaqiyah? Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter di madrasah tersebut terpadu dalam proses pembelajaran, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan pembudayaan serta pembiasaan. Manajemen pendidikan karakter dilakukan melalui perencanaan yang berlandaskan visi, misi, dan tujuan madrasah, pengorganisasian tugas guru dan karyawan, pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, ekstrakulikuler, serta pembudayaan dan pembiasaan, serta pengawasan dengan penggunaan instrumen supervisi.Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang implementasi manajemen endidikan karakter di madrasah tersebut dan dapat memberikan masukan serta rekomendasi bagi pengembangan endidikan karakter di lingkungan madrasah secara umum.

Abstract

Globalisasi membawa dampak kompleks terhadap keberlanjutan tradisi lokal. Di satu sisi, arus global mendorong homogenisasi budaya yang berpotensi mengikis identitas lokal; di sisi lain, ia membuka peluang bagi revitalisasi dan inovasi tradisi melalui adaptasi modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dinamika penerimaan terhadap tradisi lokal di era globalisasi dengan menyoroti interaksi antara pelestarian nilai budaya dan tuntutan modernitas. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui telaah literatur dan analisis teoritik, penelitian ini mengkaji konsep globalisasi budaya, glokalisasi, serta teori penerimaan budaya (Berry, 2005). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan terhadap tradisi lokal bersifat dinamis dan kontekstual, tercermin dalam tiga pola utama: (1) kelangsungan budaya melalui adaptasi kreatif, (2) negosiasi budaya yang menyeleksi unsur modern sesuai nilai lokal, dan (3) resistensi terhadap modernisasi demi menjaga kemurnian tradisi. Pendidikan, media digital, dan kebijakan budaya terbukti berperan signifikan dalam memperkuat kesadaran identitas dan literasi budaya. Fenomena glokalisasi memungkinkan masyarakat mengintegrasikan nilai global tanpa kehilangan jati diri lokal, sementara modernisasi dipandang bukan ancaman, melainkan sarana pelestarian yang kreatif—misalnya melalui digitalisasi batik, festival budaya daring, dan reinterpretasi seni tradisi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelestarian tradisi lokal di era globalisasi menuntut adaptasi selektif, kolaborasi antargenerasi, serta kebijakan inklusif yang mendukung inovasi berbasis nilai budaya. Dengan pendekatan tersebut, tradisi lokal tidak hanya bertahan sebagai warisan masa lalu, tetapi hidup sebagai sistem nilai dinamis yang relevan dengan kehidupan modern.
