Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih adanya berbagai kendala yang dialami pelaku UMKM dalam proses pengurusan izin melalui sistem Online Single Submission (OSS), seperti keterbatasan pemahaman terhadap prosedur digital dan kesulitan dalam mengakses informasi resmi pemerintah. Media sosial Instagram dipilih karena menjadi salah satu saluran komunikasi publik yang digunakan pemerintah untuk menyebarkan informasi dan merespons pertanyaan masyarakat secara langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk pelayanan informasi publik dan tingkat responsivitas admin pada akun Instagram @OSSIndonesia dalam konteks pelayanan perizinan usaha bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi terhadap unggahan (feed), caption, komentar, dan respons admin pada akun Instagram @OSSIndonesia selama periode tertentu. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi pola komunikasi, bentuk penyampaian informasi, serta karakteristik respons admin terhadap komentar dan keluhan publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akun @OSSIndonesia telah berfungsi sebagai saluran komunikasi publik digital yang cukup aktif dalam memberikan informasi seputar panduan perizinan, kebijakan baru, serta edukasi layanan OSS. Namun, tingkat responsivitas admin masih beragam di mana sebagian pertanyaan masyarakat belum mendapatkan tanggapan cepat atau mendalam, terutama terkait kendala teknis yang dihadapi UMKM. Pelayanan informasi yang disampaikan umumnya bersifat satu arah, dengan dominasi konten informatif dibandingkan interaktif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan kualitas interaksi dua arah antara admin OSS dan pengguna agar pelayanan publik digital dapat berjalan lebih efektif, transparan, dan partisipatif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi komunikasi pelayanan publik berbasis media sosial, khususnya dalam memperkuat hubungan pemerintah dengan pelaku UMKM di era digital.

Artikel ini mengembangkan sebuah model teoritis integrasi keterampilan hijau (green skills) ke dalam bimbingan karir vokasional untuk mendukung pengembangan karir berkelanjutan. Model ini menjawab urgensi transisi ekonomi hijau dengan mengusulkan lima komponen kunci: landasan filosofis karir berkelanjutan, klasifikasi tiga dimensi green skills (teknis, transversal, dan manajemen karir), proses bimbingan karir yang diperkaya, serta peran dan kompetensi baru konselor sebagai fasilitator karir hijau. Model ini berfungsi sebagai kerangka sistematis untuk mengubah layanan bimbingan karir dari pendekatan reaktif menjadi kekuatan strategis yang proaktif dan transformatif, sehingga mampu menjembatani kesenjangan antara pendidikan vokasi dengan dinamika pasar kerja hijau. Implementasinya memerlukan kolaborasi dan komitmen dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan untuk menciptakan ekosistem pendukung yang efektif.

Ketepatan pukulan backhand dalam tenis lapangan merupakan keterampilan teknis kritis yang dipengaruhi secara simultan oleh faktor fisiologis (daya tahan kardiovaskular), metodologis (kualitas dan frekuensi latihan drill), serta neurokognitif (kapasitas konsentrasi). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung latihan drill, daya tahan kardiovaskular, dan konsentrasi terhadap ketepatan pukulan backhand atlet tenis lapangan dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis) dalam kerangka model kinerja olahraga integratif. Penelitian menggunakan desain survei kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melibatkan 20 atlet tenis lapangan aktif dari lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Padang sebagai partisipan. Instrumen pengukuran meliputi tes statis dan dinamis untuk mengukur latihan drill (M = 35.75, SD = 10.61), Bleep Test untuk mengukur daya tahan kardiovaskular melalui estimasi VO2Max (M = 37.50, SD = 8.04), Grid Concentration Test untuk mengukur konsentrasi (M = 14.60, SD = 1.87), serta tes ketepatan pukulan backhand (M = 52.17, SD = 9.27). Analisis jalur dengan perangkat lunak AMOS menunjukkan bahwa latihan drill memberikan pengaruh langsung terbesar terhadap ketepatan backhand (beta = 0,384; p < .001), diikuti oleh daya tahan kardiovaskular (beta = 0,312; p = .003), dan konsentrasi sebagai mediator parsial (beta = 0,268; p = .004). Konsentrasi terbukti memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara latihan drill dan ketepatan backhand (efek tidak langsung = 0,092, BCI 95% [0,031; 0,178]). Model secara keseluruhan menjelaskan 48,1% variansi ketepatan pukulan backhand (R2 = 0,481). Temuan ini memiliki implikasi praktis bagi pelatih tenis lapangan dalam merancang program latihan integratif yang memadukan aspek teknis, fisiologis, dan psikologis secara bersamaan.

Artikel ini mengkritisi paradigma tradisional bimbingan karir dalam Pendidikan Teknik dan Kejuruan (TVET) yang berfokus pada penyerapan kerja jangka pendek (job-placement), yang dinilai tidak lagi relevan menghadapi dinamika karir abad ke-21 yang volatil, kompleks, dan non-linier. Sebagai alternatif, artikel mengusulkan pergeseran paradigma teoretis menuju pendekatan manajemen karir sepanjang hayat (lifelong career-management). Kerangka baru ini dibangun di atas fondasi teori karir kontemporer seperti Career Construction Theory, Chaos Theory of Careers, dan Happenstance Learning Theory, yang menekankan peran individu sebagai agen aktif dalam mengkonstruksi, mengadaptasi, dan mengelola narasi karirnya sendiri. Artikel merumuskan kerangka konseptual untuk mengimplementasikan paradigma ini dalam ekosistem TVET, yang mencakup pengembangan kompetensi inti manajemen karir, transformasi peran peserta didik dan pendidik, serta strategi integrasi kurikuler, layanan berkelanjutan, kemitraan dinamis, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Tujuannya adalah memberdayakan lulusan TVET dengan ketahanan karir dan kemampuan belajar sepanjang hayat untuk navigasi yang sukses dalam lanskap pekerjaan yang terus berubah.

Background: Topspin is a fundamental stroke technique in table tennis with a critical role in match outcomes. However, descriptive profiling of topspin performance across repeated trials and gender differences remain underexplored in Indonesian sport science literature. Objective: This study aimed to describe topspin performance profiles in table tennis athletes, analyze performance consistency across 10 repeated trials, and compare topspin performance between male and female athletes. Methods: This descriptive quantitative study involved 56 table tennis athletes (male n=30, female n=26). Each participant performed 10 topspin trials scored 0–3 per trial (maximum total score 30). Statistical analyses included descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, and repeated measures ANOVA. Results: Overall mean total topspin score was 18.57 (SD=3.28). Male athletes scored significantly higher (M=19.90; SD=3.22) than females (M=17.04; SD=2.66), with t(54)=3.591, p=.001. Cross-trial analysis revealed mild fluctuation with performance peaks at Trial 5 (M=2.125) and Trial 10 (M=2.036). An average total topspin score of 18.57 out of a maximum score of 30 (SD=3.28) indicates that the participants were overall at a medium level of performance. Conclusion: Significant gender differences in topspin performance were identified, with males outperforming females. Performance patterns across trials reflect motor learning principles and warm-up effects. Findings have important implications for coaches designing systematic, gender-differentiated topspin training programs.

This study addresses a critical gap in teacher education literature concerning how knowledge is transformed into teaching readiness. Although prior knowledge and pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) are widely recognized as essential, the mechanisms linking them to professional readiness remain underexplored. This study proposes self-regulated learning (SRL) as a transformative mechanism connecting knowledge and teaching readiness. A quantitative explanatory design using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed, involving 199 early childhood teacher education students in Indonesia. The results show that prior knowledge has the strongest effect on SRL (β = 0.497, t = 7.644), while PCK exerts a substantial direct effect on teaching readiness (β = 0.406, t = 5.000). SRL significantly influences teaching readiness (β = 0.240, t = 2.683) and partially mediates the effects of prior knowledge (β = 0.119, t = 2.659) and PCK (β = 0.107, t = 2.306). These findings indicate that teaching readiness emerges through self-regulatory processes rather than direct knowledge acquisition. This study offers a novel mechanism-based perspective by positioning SRL as a central process in transforming knowledge into professional competence.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku Onychophagia pada anak sekolah dasar berdasarkan faktor demografis yaitu usia, jenis kelamin dan urutan kelahiran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 388 siswa sekolah dasar di wilayah Sumatera yang dipilih menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian anak berada pada kategori tidak pernah melakukan onychophagia, namun masih terdapat anak yang kadang-kadang hingga yang selalu melakukan perilaku tersebut. Berdasarkan usia, anak usia lebih muda, khususnya usia 9 tahun, menunjukkan kecendrungan lebih tinggi dalam melakukan perilaku menggigit kuku. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, anak laki-laki memiliki tingkat onychophagia yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan perempuan. Sementara itu berdasarkan urutan kelahiran, anak dengan urutan kelahiran terakhir menunjukkan kecendrungan lebih tinggi, meskipun temuan ini perlu diinterpretasikan secara hati-hati karena keterbatasan jumlah sampel. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaran empiris mengenai karakteristik Onychophagia pada anak sekolah dasar yang selanjutnya dapat dimanfaatkan.

Bencana alam Hidrometeorologi yang melanda lingkungan sekolah tidak hanya berdampak pada kerusakan fisik dan terhentinya proses belajar mengajar, tetapi juga memengaruhi kondisi psikologis serta cara memaknai hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji makna hidup yang muncul dalam konteks bencana yang melanda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif melalui pengalaman siswa pada masa pascabencana dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 317 orang siswa SMA terdiri dari kelas X, XI dan XII. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan subskala Meaning in Life Questionare (MLQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Steger yang mengukur makna hidup melalui dua dimensi yaitu Presence of Meaning (kehadiran makna hidup) dan Search for Meaning (pencarian makna hidup). Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa Sebagian besar siswa berada pada kategori cukup sesuai (31%), diikiti kategori tidak sesuai (26%) dan sesuai (20%). Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata (mean) pada anak laki-laki lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai rata-rata pada anak perempuan. Secara rinci, dianalisis bahwa (mean) anak laki-laki mencapai 15,08, sedangkan mean anak perempuan hanya 13,48. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa bencana alam dapat menjadi momentum bagi warga sekolah untuk membangun makna hidup melalui sikap saling peduli, penerimaan terhadap kondisi yang tidak dapat dihindari, serta penguatan tujuan hidup yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan pendidikan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi peneliti dalam memahami peran dan pengaruh makna hidup siswa.
Modeling and optimization strategies for improving human resource management effectiveness in private elementary schools: the role of personality, organizational climate, achievement motivation, and knowledge management

This study aims to (1) examine the direct effects of personality, organizational climate, and achievement motivation on HRM effectiveness; (2) investigate the mediating role of achievement motivation and knowledge management; and (3) develop optimization strategies using the SITOREM approach. A mixed-methods design combining exploratory qualitative and quantitative causal approaches (POP-SDM method) was employed. Data were collected from 144 principals and teachers in private elementary schools with "A" (superior) accreditation in Bogor Regency, Indonesia, selected through area-cluster proportional random sampling. Path analysis and SITOREM analysis were used for hypothesis testing and indicator optimization. Personality (β=0.307, p<0.001), organizational climate (β=0.232, p<0.001), and achievement motivation (β=0.206, p<0.005) had significant positive direct effects on HRM effectiveness. Personality (β=0.251, p<0.001) and organizational climate (β=0.307, p<0.001) significantly influenced achievement motivation. Indirect effects through achievement motivation were significant for both personality (β=0.077, p<0.001) and organizational climate (β=0.142, p<0.001). Knowledge management mediated the personality→HRM effectiveness (total effect=0.492) and organizational climate→achievement motivation (total effect=0.333) relationships. SITOREM analysis identified five priority indicators requiring improvement: extraversion, work mechanisms, responsibility, knowledge application, and knowledge retention. HRM effectiveness in accredited private elementary schools is enhanced through integrated strengthening of personality, organizational climate, achievement motivation, and knowledge management. School leaders should prioritize interventions targeting the five low-performing indicators identified through SITOREM analysis.

School nutrition programs are increasingly recognized as strategies for improving children’s health and learning readiness. In Indonesia, the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) was introduced to address nutritional deficiencies among elementary school students. However, research on school leadership in managing such programs remains limited. This study examines the role of school principals in implementing the MBG program and its perceived contribution to student health and learning readiness. A qualitative descriptive case study was conducted at State Elementary School No. 22 Central Bengkulu, Indonesia. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observations, and document analysis involving the principal, six teachers, one Nutrition Program Implementation Unit (SPPG) officer, and several students. Thematic analysis using the Miles and Huberman interactive model revealed four major themes. First, collaborative leadership practices were reflected in the principal’s coordination of implementation teams, distribution schedules, stakeholder communication, and engagement with teachers, parents, and SPPG officers. Second, supervisory practices included monitoring food quality, student discipline, cleanliness, and implementation procedures to ensure program quality. Third, several implementation challenges were identified, including limited storage facilities, food distribution delays, repetitive menus, communication barriers, and limited monitoring systems. Fourth, according to teacher and student reports, the MBG program positively influenced attendance, concentration, discipline, motivation, perceived health, and learning readiness. This study contributes to the limited literature on school leadership in nutrition program implementation and highlights the importance of collaborative leadership, adequate infrastructure, and continuous monitoring in sustaining program effectiveness.
