Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of receivable turn over and cash turn over and on the liquidity ratio in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The data collection technique used purposive sampling criteria technique. Companies that published financial reports consecutively during the 2016-2019 period. Data analysis is using multiple linear regression, simultaneous F test, hypothesis testing, classical assumption test. The results showed cash turn over had an effect on liquidity, receivable turnover had no effect on liquidity and simultaneously affected the liquidity ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, work stress and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research used is quantitative research. This study uses the census method, which takes all the population as research respondents. The number of respondents is 50 people and the results of the analysis using SPSS Version 20. Based on the results of the t-test data analysis, it is concluded that: (1). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.003, (2). Work stress has no significant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.170. (3). Work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.070. (4). Simultaneously the variables of work environment, work stress and work motivation have an effect on employee performance with the results of the f test sig value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

In the past, offline stores were in great demand by consumers. As technology develops, many companies develop and facilitate small online stores with the creation of E-Commerce. One of them is Lazada. This research was conducted to see the effect of product quality, product design, and promotion on purchasing decisions in Lazada E-Commerce, either simultaneously or partially. This research is descriptive with quantitative data. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that only partial testing of product quality (X1) and promotion (X3) variables has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Meanwhile, the product design variable (X2) has no significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneous testing of product quality (X1), product design (X2), and promotion (X3) has a joint effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Suggestions needed in further research are adding other variables that influence purchasing decisions, trust, features and so on.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan dan manajemen laba terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan deviden sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2016-2019. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 19 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik pengumpulan data dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis jalur, dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh possitif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Hipotesis kedua ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Manajemen laba berpengaruh negative terhadap manajemen laba. Kebijakan deviden berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. kelima berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Manajemen laba tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui kebijakan deviden. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui kebijakan deviden. Manajemen laba tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui kebijakan deviden.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of Web Design, Customer Service and Security Privacy on Overall e-Service Quality. This study uses four variables, namely Web Design, Customer Service and Security Privacy as independent variables, and Overall e-Service Quality as dependent variables. The population in this study is Consumers who buy at Shopee at least (one) time. Sampling method using purposive sampling by collecting data using questionnaires. The results show that partially Web Design has a positif significant effect on Overall e-Service Quality, Customer Service has no significant effect on Overall e-Service Quality, and Privacy Security has a positif significant effect on Overall e-Service Quality, Web Design, Customer Service, Privacy Security significant effect on Overall e-Service Quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel green brand awareness dan green brand trust terhadap keputusan pembelian natural cosmetics product Sariayu di Kabupaten Kudus. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini konsumen produk Sariayu Martha Tilaar. Hasil dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan dinyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel green brand awareness dan green brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Namun secara parsial variabel green brand trust tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian natural cosmetics product.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan dan interaksi sosial, terhadap berbagi pengetahuan dan inovasi dengan kinerja bisnis pada usaha kecil dan menengah industri konveksi di Kabupaten Kudus. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 117 responden. Responden adalah pemilik usaha kecil menengah industri bordir dan konveksi. Temuan teoritis dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dapat dilakukan dengan melalui peningkatan kepercayaan, interaksi sosial, melalui berbagi pengetahuan, Untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis dapat dilakukan dengan melalui peningkatan berbagi pengetahuan dan inovasi. Penelitian ini menyumbang temuan dalam teori modal sosial, dan teori inovasi, di dalam menjelaskan peran berbagi pengetahuan sebagai variabel yang memediasi variabel-variabel modal sosial.

Abstract

The purpose of this study: 1). To determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions on Rocket Chicken Karangjati, 2). To determine the effect of location on cunsumer purchasing decisions on Rocket Karangjati. The population in this study was 96 respondents. The research was conducted by sampling with probability sampling technique. Obtained a sample of 96 data. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of the study can be concluded that: 1). Price has a positive and significant effect on cunsumer purchasaing decisions, 2). Location has a positive and significant effect on cunsumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Food and Beverage Service Department is responsible for meeting the food and drink needs of its guests. In carrying out operational activities, employees of the Food and Beverage Service Department must have knowledge of how to serve food and drink properly. The purpose of the study was to determine the quality of food & beverage service. Methods Data collection techniques using interviews, observations, literature studies, documentation, and qualitative descriptive methods. The results in this study are the quality of service provided by the Food and Beverage Department at The Sunan Hotel Solo is classified as good and includes several aspects, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance as evidenced by guests who make recommendations and repeat guests. From the elaboration of the results of the discussion that has been described above, it can be concluded that the quality of service provided by the Food & Beverage staff at The Sunan Hotel Solo is quite good, resulting in guest satisfaction.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the role of social media as a marketing medium for culinary business owners in the Surakarta Residency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method, with the sample criteria being UMKMs located in the Surakarta Residency that have been marketing through social media.The results show that 62% of respondents still maintain their culinary business. As many as 68% of respondents have a decreased income during the pandemic, and 89% of respondents of culinary businesses have been supported in product marketing by utilizing social media so that they increase in resale.
