Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of marketing innovations within the framework of Industry 4.0, focusing on Asian corporate culture. Companies must innovate in the rapid globalization and digital transformation era to stay competitive and meet evolving client demands. The research identifies 15 critical attributes essential for marketing innovation in Industry 4.0, including augmented reality, virtual cryptocurrencies, and the Internet of Things (IoT). These innovations represent a blend of technological and non-technological advancements companies use to enhance their marketing strategies. The study examines the impacts of these innovations through a survey of 50 companies utilizing Industry 4.0 technologies. Key findings indicate significant impacts such as increased competitiveness, improved customer communication, and enhanced work efficiency. Larger companies and those in the automotive sector rate these impacts more highly, reflecting their greater reliance on technological advancements. Additionally, the study reveals that cultural factors influence the perception of these impacts, with companies in Asian cultures exhibiting varied responses compared to those with a global business culture. The pilot study utilized qualitative and quantitative methods, including structured surveys and descriptive statistical analysis. The results underscore the importance of effective scope management in successfully implementing Industry 4.0 projects, emphasizing the need for clear goal-setting, resource allocation, and change control. The research highlights the necessity for organizations to adapt their corporate culture and develop innovative marketing strategies tailored to their specific contexts. These insights offer practical recommendations for optimizing project outcomes and maintaining competitiveness in the digital age.

Abstract

Employee performance is influenced by HR expertise. Good employee performance is attained because people are highly motivated at work and possess HR competency. Field study with a quantitative approach is the research methodology employed. There were 99 employees of BNI Syariah Semarang City that made up the study's population. A questionnaire is used in the data collection process. Employee Performance (Y1) is positively influenced by the two research variables, Human Resources Competence (X1) and Work Motivation (X2), as indicated by their positive regression coefficients. Consequently, an increase in either of these variables will result in an increase in Employee Performance (Y1). The variables of Work Motivation and Human Resources Competence have a computed F value of 42.523 at the significance level of 0.000. Given that the calculated F value is 42.523 > F table 3.94 and the significance value is (Sig.) 0.000 < 0.05 with a positive sign, it may be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis of the coefficient of determination showed a R² (Adjusted R Square) value of 0.459, meaning that the independent variables of work motivation and human resources competence had a 45.9% influence on employee performance, with the remaining portion being influenced by factors that have not yet been investigated.

Abstract

In order to better understand the role of social entrepreneurship, government policies, and empowerment initiatives, this study looks at how micromarket structure is created in micro, small, and medium-sized firms (MSMEs) in Indonesia. In order to conduct a survey with a stratified random sample of 215 Indonesian MSMEs, this study used a quantitative technique. Data analysis techniques included partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis. The findings demonstrate the important influence of social entrepreneurship, governmental policies, and empowerment programs on the evolution of micro-market structures within the MSME sector. Social entrepreneurship in particular shows the potential of creative and socially conscious business ideas and has a positive effect on market structure. While empowerment programs like loan availability and training help to create a competitive market structure, government policies also have a significant impact on how the market is shaped. Policymakers, business owners, and development organizations that want to support effective and long-lasting market networks in Indonesia's MSMEs sector should take note of these findings.

This research data was collected using a questionnaire via Googleform. The data obtained was processed using the PLS-SEM multivariate analysis method with SmartPLS software. The results showed that quality of work life, mental workload and self-efficacy had a positive effect on nurses' job satisfaction. The results show that there is a positive influence on the quality of work life on nurse performance, then job satisfaction has a positive influence on nurse performance, but mental workload has a negative influence on nurse performance. The research results also show that self-efficacy has no effect on nurse performance. Quality of work life, mental workload and self-efficacy have an indirect influence on nurse performance through nurse job satisfaction. It is hoped that future research can conduct comparative studies between the health sector and other sectors to compare how factors such as quality of work life, mental workload, and self-efficacy influence job satisfaction and job performance.
