Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify Community-Based Tourism Management in Riam Bajandik Tourism and examine the actors involved in managing the tourism both internally and externally. In addition to knowing the factors that influence the management of Riam Bajandik tourism. The results of the study show that tourism management is only formed based on deliberation meetings from the agreement of the residents, the management has support from the Regional Government even though in its implementation there are rules that are violated especially there is no legality nor is there a written letter, Actor involvement is only carried out by the surrounding community, namely the Village Head , Community Patrons, Religious Leaders, Pokdarwis Members and Tourism Managers. One of the principles in tourism development is that it leads to the concept of community empowerment and social participation, in which the tourism manager is only managed by the surrounding community and the spirit of mutual cooperation is high. Several inhibiting factors related to the management of Riam Bajandik Tourism, namely, frequent miscoordination and communication between managers, lack of budget for development, lack of human resources (HR) regarding Art Of Tourism (Art in Tourism), lobbying which is always accommodated by the government, and conflicts of interest in tourism business competition. Abstract

Health financing is an essential component of the health system, particularly in the pursuit of universal health care. The primary role of universal health care is financial risk protection, which includes the availability of national health insurance as well as access to safe and inexpensive essential health services. The goal of this study is to learn about the concepts of health financing in order to attain universal health care. This article employs a qualitative approach, drawing on secondary data sources such as books, scientific journals, linked internet websites, official government papers, and others. According to the findings, the effectiveness of raising income for health care finance cannot be quantified. In terms of income collection, there is still some overlap in health financing sources, particularly in the national health insurance programme (JKN). Aside from that, the JKN program's procurement of services and distribution methods are encountering difficulties due to a shortfall in the JKN budget, as well as the community's lack of discipline in making JKN contributions. Furthermore, despite the notion of decentralisation, local governments continue to rely on the central government for health financial planning and budgeting. The research adopts a systems perspective to analyze the dynamics between Egypt, Sudan, and Ethiopia. It highlights the challenges of water management in the Nile River Basin, shared by eleven African countries, and delves into the geopolitical, environmental, and socio-economic factors at play. The research team, composed of Latin American scholars, acknowledges their outsider perspective and strives to incorporate a wide range of views. The findings discuss the historical treaties, current negotiations, and the importance of a balanced agreement that considers the interests of all parties, the threat of climate change, and sustainable water management practices. The study concludes with insights that could inform similar disputes in other transboundary river basins and underscores the urgency for cooperative solutions to prevent humanitarian crises. Abstract

This research explores the relationship between economic, political and religious factors in the context of religion-based digital communities. The Islamic religious community was chosen with the consideration that it is the religion of the majority of the Indonesian population, so that both the real and virtual worlds in the context of community development are definitely dominated by followers of the Islamic religion. This research uses a virtual ethnographic approach and digital critical discourse analysis to investigate the political economic dynamics that influence the development of society in the digital era based on religion. Virtual ethnographic methods allow researchers to investigate the interactions, norms, and values that emerge in the digital space of religious communities. With technological advances, elements of political economy are becoming increasingly visible in societal activities. Critical digital discourse analysis will reveal how political economic narratives are constructed, maintained, or contested in the digital space of religious communities. This research aims to increase our understanding of how political and economic forces are interrelated and how religious values influence the growth of society in the digital era. In addition, the results are expected to help stakeholders create better policies to manage political economic dynamics in the context of faith-based communities in the modern era. Abstract

In recent years, Jakarta has experienced an increase in air pollution which has the potential to have a significant impact on Jakarta residents not only in terms of health, but socio-cultural and productivity. This encourages the need for effective governance strategies to overcome air pollution problems. This study seeks to critically analyze the approach used by the city of Jakarta in dealing with air pollution to find out whether the city of Jakarta's air pollution control policy has led to innovative, flexible and adaptive governance, or is still more inclined towards maintaining the status quo. Based on qualitative data, including in-depth interviews, policy analysis, and consultation with stakeholders, this research examines Jakarta's policy mechanisms, community participation pathways, and inter-agency coordination in controlling air quality and dealing with pollution. The research results show a lack of alignment between progressive policy frameworks and implementation challenges, thus underscoring the need for a more adaptive and dynamic approach. The approach adopted in Jakarta appears to be dominated by a top-down, government-led model, where policies and decisions are primarily formulated and implemented with minimal participation from non-governmental institutions. Such models, while ensuring efficient decision making, may exclude valuable insights of other stakeholders and hinder innovative and context-specific solutions. Additionally, these rigid structures appear to lack the flexibility and responsiveness that are hallmarks of adaptive governance, potentially reducing cities' ability to effectively address air pollution challenges. This research underscores the need for a more inclusive and adaptive governance framework in managing air pollution in Jakarta.
