Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with a correlational design. Research with this correlational design involves collecting data to identify the level of correlation between two or more variables(Santoso & Madiistriyanto, 2021). Research by typecorrelational quantitative which aims to test how big the relationship between research variables is by using multiple regression analysis techniques to test the relationship of two independent variables to one dependent variable(Siregar, 2014). The population in this study were all students in class X and XI of SMKN 3 Padang for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 804 students. While the sampling in research using techniquesproportional Stratified Random Sampling,This technique is used for random and stratified sampling of members of the population. The sampling process begins with identifying the population based on class groups using the Slovin formula(Joseph 2013)so that as many as 267 students from class X and XI were found as samples in this study. From this study, it can be concluded that self-control and parenting style of students at SMKN 3 Padang are high, while student academic procrastination is moderate. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis using multiple regression techniques show that there is a relationship between self-control and academic procrastination of 36.7%, while there is no correlation between self-control and academic procrastination. the relationship between parenting style and students' academic procrastination with a value of 0.14%. Therefore it can be seen that students' academic procrastination is only influenced by self-control. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the indicators used by Bappenda in determining the fair transaction price for buying and selling land in Malang City in collecting BPHTB. This type of research is a socio-legal research with a juridical-sociological approach. This research was conducted at the Malang City Regional Revenue Agency. The results of the analysis show that based on the results of interviews with Bapenda, it states that a fair transaction price has the same meaning in determining market value, but for buying and selling transactions, Bapenda determines it in several ways in the form of a sales price submitted by the taxpayer as the seller, the previous documents where there are similarities in certain districts or sub-districts, can also be seen by neighboring houses that are next door and around it. Of these 3 things, Bapenda takes the average to determine a fair transaction price. The use of the price contained in the Bappenda tax database is used as a measure to find out whether the stated transaction price is a reasonable transaction price. Considering that many taxpayers include the transaction price on the Sale and Purchase Deed and SSPD BPHTB which does not match the actual price to minimize the amount of BPHTB owed.

Abstract

As a decentralized country, Indonesia grants each area governmental autonomy. For their development, local governments generally use the increase in Local Own-source Revenue (PAD), Fiscal Balance, and Other Lawful Local Revenue (LPDS). As stated in the laws, the rise in PAD comes from local taxes and retribution, local asset management, and other lawful local revenue. In early 2022, the Government issued Law Number 1 Year 2022 regarding Financial Relations between the Central and Regional Government to replace the decade-long Law Number 28 Year 2009 regarding Local Taxes and Retribution. This transition was considered after fiscal issues found in recent years and will affect local tax and retribution regulations’ schemes, rate percentages, and types as it was anticipated.
