Abstract

This study analyzes the phenomenology of cryptocurrency digital assets from the perspective of taxation and sharia law in Indonesia. Cryptocurrency, as a digital innovation based on blockchain technology, has received significant attention both as an alternative investment and a means of transaction. However, its existence poses regulatory challenges, especially in terms of taxation and compliance with sharia principles. This study uses a normative legal method with a legislative and conceptual approach to understand how tax regulations and sharia law regulate cryptocurrency transactions in Indonesia. Data were obtained through literature studies, analysis of relevant legal documents, fatwas, and Qanuns, and interviews with legal and sharia experts. The results of the study show that the Indonesian government has begun to regulate taxes on cryptocurrency transactions through several policies, although there are still challenges in their implementation, such as assessing transaction values and accurate reporting. From a sharia perspective, views on cryptocurrency vary. Some scholars accept cryptocurrency as halal, while others consider it haram due to speculative reasons and the lack of clear underlying assets. In Aceh, as a province with full implementation of sharia law, regulations related to sharia financial transactions are more complex. This study recommends harmonization between tax regulations and sharia law to create legal certainty and justice for all parties involved. The government is expected to strengthen regulations and supervision of cryptocurrency transactions and conduct socialization and education to the public regarding tax obligations and sharia principles related to cryptocurrency. With a comprehensive and integrative approach, it is hoped that a cryptocurrency regulatory system can be created that is fair, efficient, and in accordance with positive and sharia legal values in Indonesia.

Community leaders and religious leaders play an important role in maintaining these values, while the challenges of social media that can trigger tensions are successfully managed through the strengthening of local cultural values. The conclusion of this study confirms that the synergy between responsible media, the application of cultural values, and effective leadership is very important in maintaining and strengthening interfaith harmony. Abstract

This study analyzes the dynamics of Muslim-Christian relations in the media in Indonesia and explores the application of the Dalihan Na Tolu perspective as an approach to social harmony. Based on media content analysis, in-depth interviews, and participatory observations, it was found that the media often portrays Muslim-Christian relations through three main narratives: conflict, dialogue, and collaboration. Factors such as political orientation, economic interests, and audience preferences influence how the media frames interfaith issues. Dalihan Na Tolu's perspective, with its values of Hula-hula (respect), Dongan Tubu (equality), and Boru (service), offers a relevant local approach to strengthening harmony through inclusive and constructive narratives. These findings show that media that adopt local values in their reporting have the potential to be effective agents of change in promoting social harmony in Indonesia. This research contributes to the literature of peace journalism and emphasizes the importance of a local culture-based approach in managing interfaith relations in diverse societies.

Abstract

Attendance systems are needed in various fields such as companies, government agencies, educational agencies, and others. Especially for educational institutions, the attendance system functions to control or determine the presence of students, teaching staff, and educational staff. SMKN 9 Malang City is an educational institution that has the obligation and role to equip its graduates with life skills in an integrative manner, which combines generic and specific potential to solve and overcome life's problems. This school has 5 expertise concentrations from which students can choose. In measuring the presence of the academic community, SMKN 9 Malang City uses an attendance system that includes Finger (for students and PTT and GTT) and the application from the East Java Province BKD e-Presence ASN. However, in its use several weaknesses were found that prevented the application from running efficiently, these weaknesses were 1) the number of locations, 2) a large number of students, 3) Time was less effective because the ratio between tools and students was still not ideal, 4) Sometimes some students have to try several times for less sensitive fingerprints, 5) Not connected with parents so that the school, the students' guardians/committee collaborate in monitoring their son. To follow up on problems with the attendance system used, schools need a more effective and efficient attendance system, namely by using Face Recognition Integrated with Online Applications Using Deep Learning Methods. The system created can make attendance easier for students, teaching staff, and educational staff. It is hoped that this system can improve student discipline and make it easier to monitor the performance of teaching staff and educational staff. Abstract

Coastal resource management based on local wisdom regulates environmental conservation customs for the sustainability of coastal resources in Aceh Province. As direct users of marine resources, fishermen have a key role in maintaining the sustainability of coastal ecosystems. The level of compliance of fishermen in the utilization of coastal resources is very important. Specifically, this study aims to identify problems in coastal area management related to the implementation of customary law in North Aceh Regency and to analyze the level of compliance of fishermen in terms of maintaining the coastal environment based on customary law. This study uses a survey method where the determination of the location is determined purposively (intentionally) in North Aceh Regency. Primary data were obtained from fishermen through structured interviews (questionnaires) involving 80 fishermen while secondary data were obtained from various agencies related to this study. Data were analyzed qualitatively with Likert scale measurements. The results of the study showed that the problems that occurred in the coastal area of North Aceh Regency were dominated by the use of environmentally unfriendly fishing gear, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure for the activities of the Panglima Laot institution, and low human resources of the Panglima Laot institution apparatus. Based on the analysis of the level of compliance of fishing communities in maintaining the coastal environment, the following are in order: 1) Prohibition on bombing and anesthetizing fish. (2) Not violating the no-go days at sea. (3) Not damaging coral reefs. (4) Not polluting the coastal environment. (5) Not catching protected fish and marine biota. (6) Not damaging/cutting down mangroves.

Abstract

The National Education System in Aceh is organized in an Islamic and integrated manner to achieve educational goals. Initial research findings found several factors causing the less than optimal implementation of integrated education in Aceh, including: 1) minimal socialization, communication, and coordination between various stakeholders; 2) schools do not understand the concept of implementing integrated education; 3) there are no technical instructions; and 4) low participation of parents and the community with schools in supporting integrated education. Based on these problems, knowledge and skills are needed from schools in implementing an integrated education system based on Islamic, national and Acehnese values as an educational model in Aceh. The concept of an integrated education model was then developed into an educational model that can be used by all schools in Aceh. In order for these problems to be overcome, a priority scale is needed in building and making changes in various aspects as part of educational reform, namely in the regulatory, professional aspects; and management aspects. The purpose of the research in the first year was to identify the potential and implementation of the implementation of integrated education in Aceh and the form of efforts by the Aceh Government in maximizing the implementation of integrated education as a reinforcement of the implementation of the independent curriculum using a SWOT analysis. This study uses a Mix Method approach using a descriptive method. The research stages were carried out by following The Exploratory Sequential Design. There is a sequence in the research stages, starting from qualitative research and continuing with quantitative. The priority of qualitative data collection and analysis was carried out in the early stages (first year). Building on the results of the exploratory analysis in the first stage, the researcher continued the next stage with a quantitative method to test or generalize based on initial findings. The researcher then interpreted how the results of qualitative research were built by initial findings (qualitative data). The results of the study have produced recommendations for a more objective and applicable integrated education implementation model as input in the framework of formulating education policies. The novelty in the study is a model for implementing education based on Islamic values, Pancasila and local wisdom of Aceh as a reinforcement of the independent curriculum which culminates in the creation of humans who have the strength of NATIONALISM, IPTEKS and IMTAQ in supporting Advanced Indonesia so that it will produce intelligent, healthy, brave and highly competitive human resources in the 4.0 era. The output of this research in the first year was 1 (one) scientific paper in an accredited national journal and 1 (one) article in a reputable international journal and 1 (one) intellectual property rights (IPR) ownership in the form of a research report.
