Abstract

Strategy is a step to prepare a program or concept so that what has been planned works well in accordance with the desired goals. Likewise, in the learning strategy in managing the classroom, several approaches are needed, including the behavior modification approach, the emotional social climate approach, the group process approach and the eclectic approach. Some of these approaches need to be adapted to the desired subjects, for example Islamic religious education subjects, so a learning strategy is needed using an approach from one of the several approaches. To maximize the achievement of the final results of the learning process in the classroom, use outcome based education (OBE), because the ultimate goal of this OBE is that students are guided to have competencies and skills in accordance with the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains in classroom learning.

Abstract

Globalization is inevitable. Therefore, in order for Islamic education to be a role in the global community, Peru is observed and reconsidered the philosophy, theory, and curriculum of Islamic education today. The construct of future-minded Islamic education thinking needs to be directed at improving efforts to answer the problems of ontemporer life, and stick to the nlai-niai ajara al-Qur'an and Sunnah. The values and moral content of the Qur'an and sunnah must be transformed to students in the face of modern life in society. The strategic thing lies not only in the ability to respond to global change, but more importantly the ability to frame any change in the moral frame of the Qur'an and sunnah. Thus, the task of Islamic educational institutions is to integrate between religious subjects and secular subjects in the learning package. With the integration of science with islamic teaching values, it is no longer known the term religious science and general science but will be distinguished into sciences that concern tanziliyah verses and knowledge about kauniyah verses.

Abstract

Disciplinary behavior is often found in the world of education, including Islamic boarding schools. The occurrence of disciplinary behavior in Islamic boarding schools is caused by many factors, such as students' family background factors, motivational factors, and the influence of friends. This paper aims to explain the implementation of handling student disciplinary behavior, especially its relevance in the perspective of the guidance and counseling system. The type of research used is qualitative using a case study approach, the informants in this study were selected using the snowball sampling technique. The results showed that the implementation of handling students' disciplinary behavior was carried out by forming a Santri Organization (Organtri) which in this case was carried out by the Organtri Consideration Council (MPO) section by implementing a gradual punishment system. In general, the handling of disciplinary behavior among TMI Putra PP students. Al-Amien is relevant to the guidance and counseling system, where in the implementation of the gradual punishment system there are pre-guidance activities and guidance activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teachers in shaping the independent character of children in RA Islamiyah I Central Longitude. This type of research is a phenomenological qualitative study. Sources of data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants are the principal and the teacher. While checking the validity of the data is done through extended participation, perseverance of observation, and triangulation. The results showed that: first, the role of the teacher was very helpful in the formation of the independent character of children who are accustomed to being helped by their parents when at home, can do their own activities at school and children's activities at home. Second, the teacher's strategy is to take a direct approach to children by including independent character education in the learning process, so that the teacher can give children activities that lead to habituation, example and discipline. Third, the teacher inhibiting factor in forming the child's independent character is the lack of understanding from parents of children who are over protective of children in school. In addition, the learning time which is only about one hour makes children interact less with their peers and the school environment. Fourth, the solution of the inhibiting factors for the formation of the child's independent character is the understanding of the child's parents in the form of not accompanying the child into the classroom. In addition, the addition of class hours is to provide additional time for children to interact more with friends and the school environment. The results showed very good, seen from the daily activities of children who were able to carry out their own activities without the help of others. This can be seen from the results of student data who have developed according to expectations in class A as many as 50%, namely 13 children, while in class B as many as 80% namely 17 children.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the meaning contained of hadits Muhammad SAW by describing textual and contextual hadits. The method used in this research is Library Research with variables of textual and contextual hadits. The results of this study are that hadits contains religious messages to be conveyed to the people. To understand these messages, we have to explore the meaning of hadits not only in terms of the hadits’s text, but it is also necessary to understand it contextually by taking into the background, situation and conditions when the hadits was delivered.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the perspective of Carl R. Rogers, an initiator of the humanistic flow in learning Islamic Religious Education. In this study using the library research method or literature study. Research data obtained from the recording of books and journals. The object of study in this research is Carl R. Rogers' humanistic learning theory. The results of this study are in the form of a biography of a humanistic figure, Carl R. Rogers, understanding of Carl R. Rogers' perspective of humanism learning theory, the principles, weaknesses and strengths of humanism learning theory and its implications in learning Islamic Religious Education. The outline of this humanism learning theory is an educator, only as a facilitator whose job is to guide, ensure and supervise the learning process runs smoothly so that the transfer of knowledge runs optimally.

Abstract

Morals in everyday life occupy a very important position. Therefore, there is a need for moral formation of a person through education and moral development that can be carried out both in the school environment, family, and community so that the occurrence of moral decline can start early. One proof of the current technological sophistication that can provide education and moral formation to someone is the creation of a work of art in the form of a movie that is not only for entertainment, but also presents a message to be conveyed to the audience. An educator or parents can provide education and moral formation to students or children through a movie, for example Cahaya Cinta Pesantren movie which is the work of Indonesian children which presents many moral messages in it. At school environment, an educator through PAI subjects can use their learning resources by showing a movie such as Cahaya Cinta Pesantren movie as one of the learning media that can provide teaching about morals to the students. The method in this research uses content analysis which is carried out objectively and systematically which results in conclusions in the form of messages presented in a form of communication media in the form of movies. This research produces data on moral values ​​in the Cahaya Cinta Pesantren movie and how is the relevance between moral values ​​in Cahaya Cinta Pesantren movie with Islamic religious education.

Abstract

Menurut pasal 16 ayat 1 KHI, yaitu bahwa perkawinan harus didasarkan atas persetujuan kedua calon mempelai, maka begitu juga dengan rujuk, haruslah didasarkan atas persetujuan mantan suami dan mantan isteri yang bersangkutan. Ketentuan rujuk dalam KHI merupakan aturan yang sangat bijaksana karena mengambil jalan tengah antara suami isteri, yakni suami mempunyai hak untuk rujuk dan isteri mempunyai hak untuk menolak atau menerima rujuk sesuai dengan pasal 165 KHI. Penolakan rujuk oleh istri terjadi karena ajakan suami untuk rujuk bukan untuk kebaikan dua belah pihak melainkan untuk kebaikannya sendiri, dan mengakibatkan kemudharatan atau teraniayanya istri. Istri menolak rujuk suami karena pihak suami tidak dapat berubah menjadi lebih baik setelah diberi banyak kesempatan sehingga kehidupan rumah tangga yang akan mereka jalani tetap tidak akan harmonis dan hanya menyiksa fisik lebih-lebih psikis satu sama lain jika tetap rujuk.

Abstract

Hutang piutang merupakan kegiatan mu’amalah yang melibatkan ke dua belah pihak (kreditur dan debitur) yang mempunyai nilai-nilai sosial yang sangat tinggi tanpa ada unsur komersil, sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa hutang piutang adalah kegiatan transaksi pinjam-meminjam sejumlah uang antara kreditur dan debitur yang akan dikembalikan lagi barang yang sama atau barang yang semisal atau pada nilai riil saat pengembalian. Dengan demikian, transaksi hutang piutang merupakan kegiatan sosial ekonomi tanpa adanya keuntungan yaitu sepeti adanya bunga dalam pengembaliannya, karena hal itu dilarang dalam Islam. Islam menjungjung nilai keadilan dan tidak boleh merugikan orang lain (kreitur dan debitur). Maka dari itu, perlu adanya sistem atau akad agar tidak ada yang dirugikan apalagi hutang dengan jangka waktu yang lama. Jangka waktu memiliki arti penting terkait dengan perubahan nilai beli mata uang, maka dapat dipastikan jika hutang uang dengan waktu yang lama dalam hal pengembaliannya ada pihak yang dirugikan. Untuk menjaga nilai keadilan dan tidak ada yang dirugikan, masyarakat desa Bicorong membuat sebuah akad dalam kegiatan hutang piutang uang yaitu dengan mengkonversi hutang uang tersebut menjdi daging sapi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Peran Kepemimpinan Kyai Dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Sholat Fardlu Berjama’ah Santri Putra Di Pondok Pesantren Siti Nur Sa’adah Di Desa Wonomelati Krembung Sidoarjo. Fokus penelitian ini yang menjadi kajian utama dalam penelitian ini, yaitu (1) Bagaimanakah peran kepemimpinan kyai dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan sholat fardlu berjama’ah santri putra di pondok pesantren siti nur sa’adah di desa wonomelati krembung sidoarjo? (2) Apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan sholat fardlu berjama’ah santri putra di pondok pesantren siti nur sa’adah di desa wonomelati krembung sidoarjo? Sedangkan tujuan penelitian ini (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan kyai dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan sholat fardlu berjama’ah santri putra di pondok pesantren siti nur sa’adah di desa wonomelati krembung sidoarjo (2) Untuk mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat yanng dialami oleh kyai dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan sholat fardlu berjama’ah santri putra di pondok pesantren siti nur sa’adah di desa wonomelati krembung sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dan jenis penelitian kualitatif lapangan. Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisisnya, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif intraktif yaitu merupakan penelitian yang mendalam dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data langsung dari orang dalam lingkungan alamiah. Setelah peneliti mengkaji dan meneliti maka dapat disimpulkan peran kepemimpinan kyai sangat membawa nilai positif. Dengan hal ini hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan sholat fardlu berjama’ah santri putra adalah baik, dalam artian peran kepemimpinan kyai untuk mendisiplinkan santri putra yaitu melakukan koordinasi dan kerjasama yang baik dengan pengurus, memberikan bimbingan dan suri tauladan yang baik, memberikan motivasi dan mendidik serta memberikan arahan, meskipun masih ada santri yang telat mengikuti sholat fardlu’ berjam’ah, hal itu berdampak pada kedisiplinan santri sehingga kurang maksimal, karena ada sebagian santri yang sulit untuk bangun pagi, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, kurangnya kesadaran diri. Maka dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut memungkinkan santri sering terlambat mengikuti sholat fardlu’ berjama’ah. Faktor pendukungnya yaitu berfungsinya komando (perintah) pengasuh, nasehat orang tua, pengurus membagi tugas dengan cara menjadwalkan sholat berjama’ah, pemberian takziran (hukuman), dan adanya kerjasama dalam melatih santri untuk disiplin. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu sarana dan prasarana yang kurang mendukung, kurangnya pengontrolan dan penjagaan keamanan, kurangnya kesadaran pada diri santri yang sulit diatur.
